I recently had my first eye exam at this location. The entire process went so smoothly, the receptionists were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get me an appointment the next day. The doctor that performed my exam was very thorough, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Hills and Dales Vision to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor.

Extremely rude staff.I went to pickup my glasses through the driveway and sat in front of the window for several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. A technician finally appeared and I explained I needed to pickup a new pair of glasses and have an old pair fitted. She seemed annoyed and disappeared.She took a very long time to return with my glasses (I received a text to pick them up, you would think they would be readily available). The glasses were clearly crooked on my face, but she insisted they were fine. After arguing with her she eventually agreed one side was lower than the other, but she stated she couldnt do much about it?I explained to her that in the past I would work with a technician and they would make adjustments. She interrupted me and informed me she was a technician. So then I asked her if she is a technician then can she please adjust them so they fit better. She says the best she can do is table-top level. I explain I dont care how the glasses sit on a flat surface, I want them to fit right on my face.She grumbles and tells me to come inside and she will adjust them. As soon as she lets me inside she walks away and tells me its going to be a long wait, the doctors are busy. I am confused at this point. I say you literally just told me you would make adjustments and asked me to come inside, you made a point of letting me know youre a technician, why am I having to wait for the doctors?She just stares at me like I have a hole in my head and mutters that shell have someone else help me. Why would you tell me to come inside and that you would help me only to make me wait?The doctors here are great, but they need to do something about their staff. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not be recommending these people to anyone.

I just less than a month ago got two pairs of glasses from here. The majority of the workers were awesome and I enjoyed my experience greatly. About three weeks in, I dropped my glasses and the metal arm that connected to the frames snapped right off. Ive had glasses for years and have never had that happen. They could do nothing about it sadly. Just be aware of the quality before spending a ton of money.

3 generations of my family have now been served at Hills & Dales Vision! I brought my 7 yr old in for his first eye appt with Dr. Ben today and it was a great experience. He is a wonderful addition to the practice. When it came time to pick out glasses, Kayla was amazing! Congrats on the team you have built and the quality of service you continue to provide for our community!

I have had great experiences with this staff! Lisa was extremely patient and helpful as she helped navigate me through some insurance confusion, (all was fixed- and truthfully, my fault!). The staff is so friendly and taking their precautions seriously for everyone’s health during this pandemic! Way to go!

My experience has not been a good one , started off with a rude secretary who made my appointment. At my appointment I wasn’t told about the anti glare I figured my insurance covered it since nobody said anything to me , I pick up my glasses was told I had to use the drive through waited forever , finally my turn glasses needed adjusted and I was told to go back around and get in line so I had to wait for 4 or 5 cars ahead of me after I already waited forever get home couldn’t believe how bad the glare was , called to ask why they explained my insurance didn’t cover the anti glare , ok , I asked how much it was. They told me I said I wanted it done and she said she wasn’t sure if they could since I had the glasses already she would call me back , took forever to get a call back. I just honestly would not recommend this place to anyone I reached out to them to tell them this exact stuff and I got “we are doing the best we can” that’s not an apology that is not anything. I will be letting everyone I know about my bad experience. Never again.

We have been going to Hills and Dales vision for a while now and will never go anywhere else. You are treated like family. They have the most up to date equipment that makes your visit go flawlessly. Everyone on staff there are the kindest people you will meet. The selection of glasses is huge and the prices are better than anywhere else for the quality. I cant wait for my next eye appointment!!

Dr Mike was the kindest eye doctor I have ever been to. He was also extremely knowledgeable, gave clear explanations and was passionate about his job. Amazing!

Our family goes here and we love them! Our 6-yr old son had a corneal abrasion recently. Although it tends to heal quickly over a couple days, it is very painful during that time. Dr. Mike Shaheen was very responsive to our sons pain. He showed genuine compassion and went above and beyond to make him feel better as soon as possible.Their office is often busy, but you would never know it with the quality of care you receive. We never feel rushed out. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a qualified, compassionate optometrist.

Dr. Mike is incredibly professional and kind. My 17 yr old son wishes he was one of his teacher’s because of this. Can’t say enough great things about this office!

My one year old son manged to hit me in the face while playing, and knocked one of the lenses out of my glasses. I dropped the glasses off, and before I even got home I recieved a call that they were ready to be picked up. Dr. KJ is great, and I would highly recommend Hills and Dales Vision!
