Very friendly staff. Joel the office manager is awesome! He’s always trying to help his customers. Visionworks is very good at getting you in and out in a timely manner. Their prices on frames and contacts is very affordable. Would definitely recommend friends and family to this location.

The Doctor (Dr E?) Along with the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue was that I had gone online to find the frames I wanted, so I went with the expectation that they would have them in store. They did not, and they were unable to order them for me. I would have to order them online blindly or find the frames and bring them into the store to have the lenses made. Had I known this ahead of time I would have probably scheduled elsewhere. However, this was a nice step up in customer service compared to Americas Best. So I would still recommend this location.

Used to be great place to get glasses.Gone here for years.It’s gone downhill. They did not place order correctly and I did not get my glasses with transitions automatic shade.I was told by Frank or Mark ( Cant remember think it’s frank) that he did put it in order at the time I was there in the store ordering glasses.I picked up 2 pairs of glasses and one was to have it on.They lost my first pair of glasses.Took 3 1/2 weeks to get them back.Very disappointed. They are short staff and mistakes are made.Frank pushed to get the big lenses which I felt was too big for my small framed face.He had 2 other customers there in store he sold the same exact pair . Ugh. Kick back ?Very Disappointed.

This is hands-down the best eye doctor Ive ever been to.He takes the time to listen to my eye-care concerns, comes up with an accurate picture of the issues Im facing, provides a range of options for me to try, and immediately gets me started on what he thinks is the best option.Every time Ive visited Ive left with qualitatively better eye-care solutions than I came with and, better yet, a better understanding of my own eyes and what I should be concerned with.If youre looking for good eye-care in the Canton area, I highly recommend this place.

First and last time at this place. Incredibly lackadaisical approach to Covid-19 prevention protocols by front office staff.I asked the guy who helped me pick out frames why he wasn’t wearing a mask, and he said he didn’t feel like he needed one. This is in direct violation of CDC guidelines. (He did agree to put his mask on if it would make me feel more comfortable.).After i picked up a frame sample and asked him if he wanted to clean it before putting it back, he told me I should be wearing gloves. They were available in the store but he “forgot” to tell me that.This is the only healthcare provider I’ve visited since March that is clearly clueless about how the virus spreads, and is totally careless about the health of their associates and their patients. I get it - we’re all really tired of this, but if everyone would just be more diligent we could end it.I picked this place because theyre in network with my current insurance plan, but I’ll pay out of pocket at a provider that cares before I’ll get another eye check done at Visionworks.Two stars instead of one because the optometrist was wearing full protective gear, and I was given some information about my eyes that no one had bothered to tell me in the past.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at Visionworks. The Doctor was very pleasant and had a nice sense of humor. I was very comfortable. The person that helped me pick out my glasses could have not been more helpful. I was dreading the decision making process but left feeling happy and secure with my choices. I would recommend them time and again.

The associates and doctor made this mundane chore a positive experience.

So accommodating, we were 15 min late for our 1st appt here at the end of the day and they still got us in to be seen. Dr was great! Made us feel he was genuinely concerned with vision issues and questions. Superb chair side manner. Says something when you come out of a Dr visit with a smile on your face. Staff was awesome and very helpful. This place will definitely be our go to for vision care!!

I went in yesterday for an eye exam and to purchase a new pair of glasses/contacts. It was my first time at Visionworks. As, soon as I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and kindness. Joel who scheduled my appointment, was a pleasure to work with. He was so knowledgable about my insurance and he helped me maximize my benefits. Dr. E was very professional and kind. He immediately put me at ease. Betty was so pleasant and kind. She helped me find some frames I loved. I really had such a positive experience. These guys really went above and beyond for me! Vision Works was great for me and my schedule. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and got my exam, contacts, and glasses in an hour. Becky in the Canton store was very helpful and knew the products and business!

After reading some of the recent reviews I was slightly apprehensive about going to this location, I had gotten my last 4 pairs of glasses here and never had any of the bad experiences that folks have stated in their reviews from this location what so ever. I went in last Friday without making an appointment, wanted to see if I was gonna experience anything mentioned in the reviews. Nope, nothing negative what so ever. Was greeted very friendly by two of the ladies & one gentleman. Was told they had an appointment available right away, got in to see the eye Dr. had my eye exam, told them the style of glasses that I was looking for, brought me a frame in the style Id mentioned, tried them on and Poof, wrote up my order, I paid for them and was on my way!! Dont even think I was there for 45 minutes. No problems, No Attitudes, No Issues what so ever!! Just big smiles, great service, great attitudes and the best part of my entire experience was the cost!! A tad cheaper than my last pair & I felt Id received a fabulous price last time I was there!!

My boyfriend and I came in as a walk in after his only pair of glasses broke in half the night before and everybody was extremely helpful in getting him a new pair. They got us out in an hour with a great price. We will definitely be back when we have the need. Thanks again!

The guy that cuts the lenses for glasses and works here is rude! I did not appreciate his attitude to me as a paying customer, nor to his employees. The only reason I am giving two stars is because the young lady that works there was the only one helpful and nice!

I’m really surprised by the negative reviews for this location. I had a wonderful experience. I didn’t have my eyes checked here but I purchased two pair of glasses because they have a huge selection of fashionable frames. Joel helped me and he was very kind and friendly. They were out of network for my insurance but he offered to help me fill out the paperwork and mail it. That was very convenient. I received my glasses in 2 days and unlike American Best close by I did not need time to adjust to my new prescription. The lenses were amazing. I hope you give them a try.

Absolutely satisfying service. Greeted with a friendly smile and a hello as soon as I walked into the office. The staff quickly got me worked in even though I didnt have an appointment. My eye doctor maid me feel like I was wanted there and Emily was an awesome assistant. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Brought in my prescription and they cheerfully helped me select two frames and lenses and made the lenses in store. Great deal on two sets of glasses for under $200. Wish I had found this place a long time ago. Glasses shopping as it should be.

I scheduled an appointment online, when I got there they were very professional and took me right away. I got fitted for contacts and walked out of my appointment with a pair in my eyes, I was finally able to see!!! Very exciting!! Definitely my vision place from now on!!

Waiting over a month for my glasses to come in. I have very poor vision and had my contacts at a different facility and it always takes longer for then to come in due to my astigmatism. Called vision works this morning apparently they put CLARA in the system instead of Ciara... and my wrong address too. But; you’d think they would still call, but let me guess wrong phone number too? Contacts are uncomfortable for me (wear them only on special occasions). Thanks vision works 👍🏽

Dr. Eguez is the best! Ive seen a lot of eye doctors over the years after I started wearing glasses. I prefer his analysis and personality over all the others. Ive seen him annually for the past 5-6 years. I wont see anybody else.

My husband and I had an excellent experience here. The doctor was very personable and informative. Scott spent all the time we needed to select the glasses we wanted and answered all our questions. We found out they were out of network for our VSP insurance! However, we walked out paying less and getting more than our insurance would have covered even if they were in network. Well definitely be a regular customer here.

THREE trips and still the wrong glasses!I get it that sometimes, the wrong glasses can be made. That explains the first trip. But now after a third trip, my wife still does not have the sunglasses she paid for (full price too I think)Wrong frames... wrong lenses... and after 3 trips to pickup, what they had did not match the order. This shows not only quality control issues with the manufacturing, but also in the store itself. How hard is it to look at the order and make sure what shipped matches the order?

The only good thing about my experience here was the nice girl who helped me pick out my glasses. Besides that, they were all condescending. I left knowing for a fact I was going to be insulted as soon as I walked out the door. A little bit of friendliness shouldnt be too much to ask for, although I did appreciate their noticeably fake smiles. I almost picked up my phone to call Visionworks customer service (Im still considering)!!! Definitely avoid if you can, but if you cant, dont expect much from these pompous bunch.

Love this place!! We have been going there for years! We went late in the day and I was exhausted from an earlier dr appt and they did an amazing job helping me pick the perfect glasses for my daughter and meeting her needs! During the sit down time with insurance the other employees went out of their way to entertain my kids. Normally I would have them sit and chill but they knew they needed to release some energy without running. Great idea for paper planes 😉Again love the atmosphere everytime we go in!

Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! WE went on as a family sat for over an hour getting insurance info done and appointments set up......we told them that we had an appointment early morning with lung Dr , early that morning, we were told that it would be fine if we were a little late to call them and they would work it out...........I called at 11:55 & said we would be 20 mins. late . I was told rudely that the Dr goes to lunch at 1 and that they could NOT SEE US !!!!! I will NEVER REFER OR GO TO ANY VISIONWORK CHAIN ! Had I not been told we would be ok if we were a little late than I never would have expected services! FURIOUS!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment online to then be told the doctor left early. They must need a better online system to keep track of a returning patient ready to buy new two pairs of glasses.

I had to return 3 times after purchasing two pair of glasses and contacts. The glasses were incorrectly made and the progressive lenses were in the wrong place. The man who assisted at the third visit was rude and acted VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY. The glasses are inferior as well. I will NOT use Vision works again.

Dr Cesar was quick and very professional.

I had set up an appointment and doing so, I asked if they took my insurance, specifically clarifying which one I had...I was told they do by 2 different people, a man and a woman. I go to my appointment, get signed in, go back for my eye exam and come back out for them to tell me that they dont take my insurance and would only give me a discount which would have still left me paying about 500$ for one pair of glasses. The frames alone were going to be 120$... I was furious. To add insult to injury, they were extremely rude when I tried to voice my anger claiming that it was my fault because I didnt show them my insurance card. I paid for the exam, took my prescription and left. I went to Target and had zero problems afterwards. I have never encountered such a group of clueless, rude individuals who would be so shifty to try and rip people off. That was the first and only time I will ever go into a Visionworks.

I am so mad right now. I had a wonderful experience getting my eyes checked(hints 2 stars instead of one). When I was in my exam I was asked what contacts do I usually use. I told them I use Biofinity. I was told I would get a call as soon as my contacts came in and that never happened. After I called and found out my contacts where there I went to the store to pick them up. I was first told because I didnt get a call my contacts where not there. Then, when I got my contacts they where not what I had ordered. I wanted Biofinity instead I got AquaTech. I have used Biofinity for over the past 3 years. The clerk told me its just a store brand of Biofinity. I did not ask for a store brand I asked for Biofinity. Now I have to go buy new ones and pay more to get what should have been ordered. This is my first experience with Visionworks and my last.

The best place ever for your eyes

Waste of time and money. I needed an adjustment done and left with more problems than I began with. All three times I had been in!!

This has been the worst customer service, I ended up not doing business with them because associate was really rude and racist, I never dealt with such an attitude, the Manager is actually nice and friendly, but I was shopping with them and thats not how you treat your customers she needs to be retrained and learn how to deal with customers!!

They were very friendly and very helpful!

They went above and beyond to help me on a moments notice.

It takes a month to get glasses. This was after I was told 10 days. I will never go here again!!!
