The staff, Optometrist and staff helping me with new frames and new prescription order are Wonderful! Very Friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. Very nice enjoyable experience!

My exam was excellent. The doctor took the time to listen to my issues and offered great options. She was very kind and patient as always.

Paid for the extra $39.00 retina scan, which is fine, but being first time to Dr appt, I was rushed out and not told what my eye issues were, whether I had near or far signtedness, no information at all...eveeyone just said, Youll be just fine or Youre doing great, no diagnosis, or eye information. I finally went to the adjoining lenscrafters and a employee was sokind, she helped me with my diagnosis, but said there was nothing about bifocals. I have a astigmatism but no information on that, but she said notjing mentioning on the prescription about bifocals, which I absolutely need, I cant see upclose. I was disappointed in Belden Vision, being a business owner that deals with the public like this company, I would never ruh my last client out. I want a refund and will be reporting to BBB and FTC for their lack or patient information that I deserve, diagnosis, and customer service they lack. Unprofessional and only therr to make a buck. Sincerely, your former new patient.

Dr Schmidt is good. Im not happy that they force you to get the retinal scan and insurance will not cover it. They dont give an option to opt out of it which is horrible.

I saw Dr. Adam Schmidt today as a new patient. I was HIGHLY impressed with him and the office as a whole. The doctor’s assistant who did preliminary tests with me was very kind; she explained everything in a nice simple way. When I was seen by Dr. Schmidt, he was quick, concise, and made the whole process very pleasant. His demeanor put me at ease. He is definitely the nicest optometrist I have ever had. I know I’ll be a longtime customer!

Should be able to give Zero stars. They will not see you unless you get and pay for the retinal scan. Insurance doesnt cover it. I told them I refuse to pay for it and cancelled the appointment. Complete joke.

This doctors office now FORCES their $40 retinal scan or else they will not see you. No insurance plan covers this scan. This is EXTORTION to pay for their expensive machine. They will NOT do the retinal scan manually now. Be prepared to drop your pants and bend over so they can make more money off of you. Next year, I’m going elsewhere.

My wife and I had two separate appointments at different times yeaterday and they were able to see us together which saved a lot of time that I didnt have. The procedure was top notch and very friendly even showing no issues when I opted out of a test. Love this office. Best optimist Ive had to date.

I called to schedule an overdue eye exam. Was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a sameday appointment. I was seen on time and was able to order glasses to be picked up within a week. The service I received was excellent!!

Dr. Hults and his staff are so kind and professional. I’ve been seeing them for three years and have always had wonderful experiences. Definitely give them a call if you’re in need of an exam.

I have been coming here for about five years now and love my experience every time. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Schmidt is absolutely wonderful. I have been wearing glasses/contacts for 25 years and Dr. Smchidt is by far the best eye doctor I ever had. Highly recommend .

The experience going there is just Ok. You are asked to take your contacts out then you are expected to follow an employee to at least 3-4 different rooms to do 3-4 different tests so you also have to lug all your belongings with you to each room while you have difficulty seeing anything!It seems overly complicated and cumbersome. Not sure why its not more put together and easy for the patient.

I just absolutely loved Dr. Hults and his staff they were friendly they made me feel comfortable and explained everything they were going to do step by step and I have to add they had a great sense of humor LOVED THEM

I see some people left negative comments. I am shocked. I have gone here over 8 years and they have had the most up to date digital testing equipment and highest technology available. I could not speak highly enough of the eye doctors there and their service.

Saw Dr. Roth for my first time ever eye exam. She was great, went into detail about everything during the exam and was really patient.

I have been visiting this office for years to see my optometrist, Dr. Mary Ellen Roth. Everyone here provides exceptional service, which is especially important to me as a type 1 diabetic.

Do not recommend. My son and I scheduled an appt and were not told their office was inside the lens crafters. We were told my sons insurance was accepted but when we went to buy the glasses we were informed his insurance wasnt accepted because the eye Dr doesnt sale the glasses they prescribe. You have to use lenscrafters. We should have been informed on the phone that the eye Dr sublets from lens crafters.

Very nice staff and the doctor took time to explain everything.
