They cannot get lined bifocals straight! They used to but now they don’t have a lab and send everything out. Just like crappie America’s best! I ordered 2 pairs back in early April and they still are not ready! Also they use frames off the wall! Ewe!

I went back to Visionworks because I bought a pair of glasses 2 yrs ago and was very pleased with the selection, service & eye exam. This time my intention was to buy a pair for my father & myself. It was very nice to see the same eye doctor as the one I had before. She really makes the experience pleasant & easy especially for my 92 yr old father. The eye glass selection was large and the personal service we recieved couldnt be any better. Masks are require and attention is given to keeping everything clean for the next person. Totally satisfied with our experience.

When I walked in to browse at eye glasses before my eye exam, the staff was very rude to me! I will purchase 2 pairs of prescription glasses at another location!After my eye exam which was a second rate eye exam with no eye dialation included in the exam, I went to LenzCrafters and purchased Vogue and Armani eye glasses that I absolutely love.When I walked into LensCrafters in Fairlawn I was greeted properly, had a tray of glasses picked out for me, a good eye glass fitting and ordered a stunning pair of Vogue and Armani eye glasses!

Was on hold waiting for an associate for over 20 minutes and no response. I was given the same welcome information about selecting 1 of 2 options and neither got me through to anyone on the line.

Tara, Brandon, Barbara were very cooperative and helpful. I say it this way because I have a heavy Rx, but I only wanted the $60 bargain pair with plastic lenses in April 2019.They accepted my choice and helped pick appropriate frames. No upselling. Very pleasant yet professional.When the glasses arrived in a few days (quick), the weight of the plastic lenses was much better (lighter) than I expected, and theyve been comfortable since!Appreciate the help. Will be buying again soon!

Their facility was immaculately clean and all COVID-19 protocols were in practice and respected. Their selection of designer frames is very impressive. I stopped in on a Saturday evening and the store was busy. Branden greeted me and told me about the b1g1 promotion and told me to look around and pick some glasses that I liked and he would help me as soon as he was done. He came to me as soon as I was done. Helped me pick glasses, found the best prices (through insurance vs not), and did it all very quickly as I had to leave quickly due. He even made the glasses for me! I went back an hour later to pick them up, he adjusted them for me and I had two brand new pairs of glasses!! It was amazing. I noticed a scratch in the lens when I picked them up and Branden said he would order new and replace them but to keep them in the mean time. It was an amazing experience!! I will 100% be going back!

Excellent customer service. Both Mary & Brandon helped me find a temporary frame that would match my current one that was broken, contacted my insurance company without issue and went above and beyond to help me find a new pair and expedite the order. I havent purchased glasses from here but had an eye exam done today. They were able to schedule me for a same day appointment. The doctor was extremely kind, patient, and informative. I didnt have to wait at all once completing my paperwork. Will definitely return.

Fantastic service! My frames, which I bought overseas, broke and they had another frame which fit my lenses for under $55. I was in and out in under 20 minutes.

Eye tech / receptionist completely ignored my request not to participate in a particular part of my eye exam. She proceeded to try and administer it anyway...Was forced to schedule a follow up exam as part of a prescription for contacts because she wanted to “make sure they fit well”. Even though I’ve been wearing the same brand of contact for 4 years. The follow up was more of a sales pitch for me to buy there rather than take the script elsewhere. Mind you, I already paid for the exam and the Dr refused to write me a script.

I went to several eyeglass places to look at frames. I was impressed by the huge selection of frames and also the customer service. I have bought 3 pairs of glasses (all from different places) and the pair from here have the best lenses. I will definitely be going back.

I had to have glasses done quickly due to an eye condition so I could return to work. I came to vision works ,because they said could be done same day. 8 days later still no glasses , they dont bill insurance so out of pocket expence. Lost a weeks worth of work and still dont have glasses. Best part is they tell me after taking my money that it will take a few days to get glasses ready, when I called on day 8 to inquire if they are ready for pick up and complain I am told a manager will be in the following week and to call back. I will never again use vision works and never recommend them to anyone I know

Glasses are expensive, but with the discount & great service, the experience was a bit easier. Non-glare coating failed on last pair of glasses from Visionworks, but they replaced the lenses.
