This is my third visit (at least) with this office in the past 6 years. The doctors and office assistants are always very professional and helpful. They process insurance up front and provide clear detail on remaining personal expense. I would recommend this office for basic eye health check-ups and your contacts or glasses resources.

Had an eye exam in late January, waited three weeks for glasses, but when they came in, I couldnt see with them. The glasses made print look like it was stretched wider. They wanted me to keep the glasses and get used to them. I said no, Id go crazy trying to see out of them.They had me come back for a recheck of my vision. The recheck was minimal. I kept telling the doctor that I couldnt see good with the selection he had on the eye exam thing. He said, well he couldnt get me crystal clear. So now I have two very different prescriptions, and no confidence in either. I had paid $259 for the glasses on top of the amount my insurance paid. With the very different prescriptions, I am honestly afraid to get more glasses. With a three week wait to get the glasses, that would be either putting off getting good glasses at least three weeks, and possibly longer if this new prescription is wrong. I plan to go to another eye doctor and get another opinion. This future appointment will cost me out of pocket because my insurance has already paid Pearle Vision. Maybe they are a great place to get glasses, I guess my experience is a rare one. Now I am trying to get a refund on those worthless glasses I cant use.

Have been coming to this location for years. Always impressed with their customer service and the way they go above the average compared to other offices.

Ive been there twice and Ive had excellent service each time. The Doctor is great and the staff is always very personable and helpful. I always have a problem picking out the right glasses for my face, and the staff has great suggestions and I dont feel like they are trying to up sell me. I will be coming here from now on

This was a very friendly experience for both my husband and I. The eye doctor was not impatient, even after a super long day and getting backed up with appointments. The man who helped me purchase my glasses gave us a discount for the long wait we had as we waited 30 min after my scheduled appointment. Both workers were very friendly and kind. The doctor even gave our 2 year old some candy afterwards.

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our experience was. The doctor was kind and extremely thorough. The rest of the staff was so nice and they all were very patient with my daughter and my son. I will be scheduling a visit for myself immediately and would highly recommend them.
