Cory at Lenscrafters has been a great help with my glasses needs for years! 2 yrs ago I switch to optical dept of my ophthalmologist. A big mistake! Thankfully Cory was still at Lenscrafters to get me back on track.

Worked with Corinne who was beyond my expectations of customer service, expertise and patience. She spent an outrageous amount of time helping me pick out the frames and reviewing them for fit. I could not have imagined a better experience. Have been using this store for over 15 years, tried other suppliers but still come back. Stand behind the products and or make adjustments when accidents happen.

I had an amazing experience at the Belden Village location. Both ladies were very attentive and met my needs during my visit to the store. They definitely deserve 5 stars at this location. All smiles when I walked out the establishment.

The store manager Cindy has helped me in the past and she didn’t let me down this time. How wonderful and courteous she is , is beyond belief. She needs 10 stars for her effort.

The Belden Village Mall location is SO busy, but Chelsea, the assistant manager, made the whole experience worth it! She helped me fix my old glasses in a pinch before my vacation. Then she showed me all sorts of options on new specs after I got back. She even remembered who I was when I walked in! The in-house optometrist was also very professional and friendly here too. The only downside was having to wait a little longer than normal to get the new glasses due to an issue at the lens manufacturer or where they contract for it.

The eye exam process was thorough and efficient. The doctor was friendly and made the experience both informative as well as positive. They have an amazing support staff in the doctors office as well! The eyewear selection process was just easy and their staff is amazing too. I have been a LensCrafters customer for 20 years and will never go anywhere else.

The store is clean, relaxing and the employees are knowledgeable and patient. I am very happy to have located this store and will recommend to others.

Last year due to new insurance we had to change eye doctors and I wasn’t happy. So I went to an expensive optometrist down the street that has nothing but fancy frames spent tons of money with our new insurance only for my glasses to break in for them to not want to help me in my time of need! So I went back to LensCrafters and Leighann was kind enough to fix my glasses and help me be able to see you again. I also ended up ordering another pair of glasses from there I would rather pay out-of-pocket than ever be without LensCrafters again!!

Update: I replied to their comment and filled out their survey link. The local office contacted me in person to apologise for the issue. I will take partial responsibility for a misunderstanding on my end, but part was still their problem. I greatly appreciate that they took the time to personally apologize and make things right. I wont give 4 or 5 stars because I didnt actually have any services performed.They seem shady in my opinion. I booked an appointment online. I received several emails and texts reminding me of my appointment which is very nice and appreciated. However, they failed to tell me that there is a MANDATORY $40 test fee that they said my insurance doesnt cover. (I check my insurance and it IS covered.) I walk into my appointment and am told about this charge. It isnt the cost it is that they are shady and dont tell you ahead of time. I refuse to be blindsided and forced into something I dont want or need. If they would have simply told me before hand I, even though I dont need it, would have just paid the fee and had the test and been done with it. I dont need the test though because I am under the care of an ophthalmologist for other eye issues and only needed a vision exam for my prescription but they mandate it and say it isnt optional. Very bad business practice.

The Drs and staff are great. The optician side however are rude and inexperienced. Every time I have gone in for an adjustment there is at least a 20 min wait. I would recommend the Dr but never buy your glasses here.

Called to see if there was an appointment required for what I had went there for and was told no, just come in. Soo, I get there and then they say that it was required. So because of that, there was a 20+ minute wait. To top it off, one of the employees says without using so many words that the people purchasing were more important to take care of. It certainly didnt seem right with the way it was said. Honestly, I would have walked out if it wasnt important enough to me. Unfortunately it was. The representative that took care of me, made the experience a bit more relieving and i ended up with a decent experience by the time I walked out the door.

The staff is incredible. They were patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Outstanding top notch customer service. My husband and I are working here from out of town and I broke both pair of my glasses and they fixed them for me at no charge. They also recommended an awesome restaurant called scramblers in the mall just down from them and it was amazing as well. Thank you Lenscrafters staff for making us feel so welcomed in Canton.

The attached optometrist, Adam Schmidt and his staff were great. The person who helped me order my glasses was thorough and personable. They promised the glasses in 2 weeks. The glasses were late, but the fit and my vision is superb with the glasses.

I was told to expect my frames in 7-10 days but as of today over two weeks and still no frames and reading other reviews I’m not even sure they will be good prescriptions. If and when I finally get them I may or may not update this review. This is not an issue with anyone I dealt with but the LAB. I’m so disappointed

Went to get glasses and paid almost 500.00 for them I chose RayBan and since igot them in may of 2020 cant return, the noise prices are wrong they dont carry the other ones, the nose pieces put red sores on my nose I go in every 2 weeks to have readjusted just to get new sores, very unhappy with these glasses, rayban told me they cant help lenscrafters says buy new glasses, after dropping almost 500.00 thats not an option . Lenscrafters and Rayban dont care just want your money

New to Lenscrafters and I am very impressed with the service and the speed, for being a new patient. Doctor and staff are awesome and very knowledgeable. Contacts she suggested fit great, for being a new manufacturer. Locked my keys in my car and they even had a wire hanger, handy. THANK YOU SO MUCH. You have a new patient now!!

This review is for the optometrist whos in the same building as LensCrafters yet doesnt have a Yelp account.I had been going to this optometrist for years and never had a problem. Liked them in fact. All up until my last visit. Im on Buckeye insurance and for those that dont know its Ohios medicaid which is synonymous with limited resources. I had to pay out of pocket for a checkup because I had an eye blood shot and very sensitive etc. I was ok with paying out of pocket. Where the problem happened was the doctor prescribed me a medication not covered by Buckeye. I had to pay out of pocket for the medication under the pretense that I was going to get reimbursed down the road. That never happened because it was after I payed for the medication I learned that it was not the one covered by Buckeye. After talking extensively with the pharmacy and with Buckeye the problem is simply the doctor should have prescribed a different medication yet did not. So I went back in to get a refund to which all I got was blame shifting. I explained the situation very clearly to the gentlemen behind the desk and yet he still insisted that it wasnt their fault. Well actually it was and Im out $55. Told him to remove me from his database as Ill never be back. Theres a ton of optometrists in the area with high 4 star ratings. One of them being in walking distance from LensCrafters. Wish I would have looked at Yelp ratings before I went here for the first time... their ratings overall are garbage and rightfully so.

Im not sure if a $40 charge specifically not covered by insurance is standard, but man they sure know where to put stuff so its not very understandable. I pay the highest eye insurance at my company and still had to pay over 100 out of pocket for my exam and over 100 for my glasses. I have coworkers who go to a local vision center and dont pay anything out of pocket. So Im not sure how these things entirely work but I can tell you Id rather pay nothing than 100+. High end is questionable.

The Dr. went out of his way to explain to the young lady who took care of me for the fitting, about the bad experience I had at a previous optical store. They were very considerate to explain the policies of LensCrafters to be sure I had a good and satisfying experience.

I had to go somewhere else because my insurance changed. Made me realize how much I liked it at lenscrafters. Dr Adam Schmidt is fantastic. Next year I will go back there and just pay out of pocket. Well worth the money!!

They have a nice selection of frames and the lady that was helping the first day was informative and knowledgeable. The downside is that they went from an 1 hour turn around time to get your glasses to weeks. Originally, I was told it would be ready the same time 1 week later. I went in to check on the glasses and they told me they were now delayed in the making of them and would be ready a few days later. They also that that do to me coming in on a Sunday that the company that makes the glasses doesnt get the order until Monday or Tuesday, so they wouldnt typically be ready in actually a week if ordered on a Sunday. This would have been nice to know as well. A few days later I called to see if the glasses were ready and they now say that they are delayed again do to the number of glasses being produced this time of year. They said they would be again ready until the end of the week. I would be less upset if they had informed me of this when I bought my glasses originally rather than telling me over and over that they are being delayed. Im lucky that my old pair of glasses arent broken and I have at least something to wear in the mean time. I am not happy with the way this company decided to outsource their lenses.

Great customer service. A large selection of frames. Had a small issue with my prescription and both the Dr and the office staff handled the issue quickly and in a professional manner.

**Buyer Beware** If you purchase glasses from here. An extended service plan will be added to your bill. Without your consent or knowledge. My salesperson was the assistant manager. This is a bad business practices and illegal. So I return my purchase and I will never step foot into this store again.It makes you wonder how many other consumer are taken for $34.99 without consent for a possibly commission pay out.

Lenscrafters in Summit Mall is 20x better than the one in Belden Village Mall. They rushed me out the store without fulfilling the agreement. Didnt offer to size my glasses correctly after replacing it. The lady at the front desk made it very clear that she was uncomfortable with a black man buying $800.00+ glasses wearing work garments (hoodie, coat, jeans and boots). She rushed me out and said next time schedule an appointment, Have a great day. Unbelievable...

Terrible experience. Most of the frames I looked at were discontinued. I left feeling conned into buying what they had in stock. Went back 3 weeks later to return the purchase and found the same discontinued glasses still on the displays. Also way over priced, $400+ for basic replacement lenses in my current pair of glasses. As a customer of 6 years I will not be returning.

They did a good job on my wifes glasses but the Dr messes my sons and my prescriptions up and tried to make me repay to have it all done again, I argued with them and they said they would half the bill with me. Excuse me why is this my fault that you messed up? I believe this is how this place is making money, I think Im done dealing with lens crafters. BTW me and my sons appointments where done on separate occasions, I was giving them a second chance looks like they blew it for me and the rest of my family!

Thee worst place for hi cost low low quality eye glass and lenses period . i bought a pair glass es two years ago . then last year November after year owning them went in to see what could be done to fix my glasses noth ing glasses were fogged from cleaning they claim .. so i ordered new lenses they cut my bi focal wrong my glass fogged over same way after 2 months i have been so mad at myself felt conned buying them . Same as the first year i bought a worth less warranty that cover s nothing but it sure put money into lenscrafter pockets but now not even into new lenses that are screwed up from the start need them again . i would not send any one you cared for there could not pay me to go to the belden village store please take me the dam off your email list i keep blocking you still send emails some how ..update after posting they got hold of me said they order me new glasses guess what nothing no call back except the initial call 10/20/19 think i gave them how much time more than enough

Sorry this review is actually for the belden optical inside of lens crafters. I give 0 stars for sure this place is awful. I will never go back to that place I took my 80 year old mother there last week the guy at the desk his name was Dennis I told him she had Medicare and a 2 nd insurance he told me they took her insurance and even made a copy of her cards, we filed out all the information and came back at 3 for appointment the same day went back got eye exam and came out to pay at that time Dennis was with another costumer so another lady was taking her payment when I handed her the same cards that I showed Dennis she stated we don’t take this insurance, I explained to her that we wouldn’t have got the exam if they didn’t except her Medicare and that Dennis told us it was excepted the entire time Dennis was sitting right there he never even once looked up at us or apologized for telling us wrong they both new we were upset the lady said I can give you the AAA discount so my mom ended up paying over $60 for an eye exam that she could of got for free through Medicare. I feel that everyone should avoid this place because that was a perfect example of taking advantage of the elderly and I will make sure that everyone I come across avoids this place. Awful and the 2 workers at the desk were terrible. The Dr and his assistant I forgot her name she had long blonde hair both were very nice and professional

Looking to get some new glasses and Stood there for approximately 30 minutes before someone actually noticed me,before coming over.. they answered my questions, now I’ll take my business elsewhere,zero stars

Expensive , but what do you expect for designer brands like Coach, Prada, Burberry, Oakley , etc... Employees are very helpful when helping to pick the right frame, you can tell theyre not just pushing you toward the more expensive frames. When it comes to actually making them, theyre almost always done early. Theyve remade one of my lenses 3 times because it kept having a tiny blemish.

Stopped by to try on RX sunglasses not even a hello or how can I help you? I get it, close to closing time, but Im just there to try stuff on. Had you said hello, you would known Ive had a recent eye appointment and probably gotten my business. Ill take my business online. All the questions I had, I answered by trying on what you had in your store.

Poor customer service and very disorganized. My wife and I waited 45 minutes and no one helped us except to say that there are some people ahead of you. We ended up leaving.

Absolutely horrific last time I ordered glasses 2 weeks turned in to 2 months this go around my daughter got hers in 3 days Im going on 2 weeks agian Im going else where
