This dr and his staff, have hearts of GOLD!!! In times of need, they really jump into action to help w your kids’ needs & will back you up on treatments, etc. If I could afford them for all our care needs, for the entire family, I would use them in a millisecond! An exceptional team of people! You won’t regret using them. Good care is REALLY hard to find… and they are the gold standard, hands down! We have moved through different states & over a 20 year span, w a complex/high needs care child & when we came back to FL., I had to at least take my daughter back to him for at the very least, certain things. Dr Berger has wings, I’m sure if it!!!!

We have been seeing Dr. Berger for over 10 years. His staff is kind and helpful, and he is, by far, the most well-rounded doctor I’ve ever taken my kids too. I love that his office is warm and friendly, not sterile, and if anything needs to be done like drawing blood, they can do it right there in the office.

Dr. Berger is the only Doc my son asks for by name. Dont get me wrong; our boy has had many doctors due to ASD, so its to be expected that hes not likely to remember them. But Dr. Berger is his favorite (we think.) And he should be too! Hes kind & accepting & knowledgeable as well as genuinely interested in helping. He listened to our parental concerns & helped guide us through an ever changing landscape of alternative medicinal treatment all the while including our little man in our discussions as much as possible as well. Whitley his NP is top notch as well - if she doesnt have a correct answer for you as rapidly as you might ask, then you might not be asking an accurate question. They are both invaluable resources & their office space is warm, organic, comfortable & inviting (also one of the only doctors offices where our lil guy was almost immediately comfortable.) It has really been the best experience top to bottom; because of that kicker I mentioned in the beginning --- our boy calls him by his name. He didnt do things like this prior to treatment. Hes nowhere near perfect (not even what most would consider normal & unchallenged). But hes not only speaking now; hes expressing himself. Hes making his own choices. He engages us in conversation even if it is what most would consider remedial; he is verbally communicating with us as well as others. He tells us what he wants instead of just dragging us to it & pointing. His focus is getting better & his sequencing of activities is improved by worlds. Hes making his own lunch daily - which might seem like nothing to you; but for us its miraculous. Our sons mind seems to be slowing down & allowing more in - finally - after 14 years. Something works. Thank you; Dr. Berger & Whitley - keep up the great work because it certainly is helping.

Dr. Berger is great and his staff is great! My wife and I are holistic in our thinking and want to promote health vs manage sickness. Dr. Berger is the only one in town with the knowledge we seek, thanks so much!

I wanted to like this guy. I really did. After paying $480 to see him for 75 minutes I really wanted to like him. We spent 75 minutes with him talking, a lot. He speaks so fast and didn’t explain anything to us about certain things he wanted to do with our child. I was familiar with some of the things discussed because of throughout research I had done. My husband, however, was lost. Right off the bat from seeing our son, he said he was autistic, didn’t try to talk to him, didn’t try to interact with him. Instantly starting talking about doing this and doing that. It really is unfortunate he is the only doctor who Targets ASD in a holistic manner, apart from the NP in his office. Because as a parent, it feels that you’re being taken advantage of when someone charges so much to “help,” yet you’re left disheartened and more confused than when you came in. I received an email saying “let’s meet again for 75 minutes,” I’m sure this is standard, but for what? So you can charge us another $480 and explain nothing and talk our ears off. I’m sure he’s great, but with us it felt like time is money with Dr. Berger.

The doctor is outstanding. If you want a doctor who IS NOT arrogant or condescending come to this practice! He is interesting to chat with and open to parents having a say in their child’s personal health needs. Lovely man.

Brilliant. My daughter is on the ASD spectrum. Dr. Berger has put together a biomedical protocol that has shown fantastic results. We have see huge jumps in speech and social function. Very happy to have found him

My son is now 19 and doing great. We used to go to South Florida especially to see him. My son has mild spectrum and CP. Dr. Berger is really into what he does and were lucky he came to Tampa!

Office and staff are amazing!! Patsy is who we see and it is never a wait, always casual and comfortable for my baby! Just love this practice!

Dr. Berger is excellent! If you need a doctor in his profession, he is your man. A great people person, friendly and understanding. I highly recommend this doctor .

This afternoon we had a special appointment with Dr. Berger. He is a MD who also practices integrative/holistic medicine. He is certifying our daughter to receive her medical cannabis card in the state of Florida. Our daughter lives in considerable daily pain and didn’t want to use opioids to control said pain. I was not only impressed with his brilliance, knowledge, and thought process, but watched him interact with a non-verbal autistic child with such compassion & love. He embodies what all western physicians should and could be doing with their practices.

Very compassionate doctor. Would highly recommend.
