Dr Cosmo and his staff are amazing. Dr Cosmo is a caring and compassionate doctor, very knowledgeable. Doctors like him in this day are hard to find.

Dr Cosmo is very nice but the front desk staff are not very nice and forget about trying to get things straight when it comes to meds and insurance companies! The woman that does this is pretty nasty and just gets rude when you try to get information. I would not recommend this Dr because of his staff, horrible!

Doctor was very nice & knowledgeable but staff at check out was rude & uninformative, & not professional & unreliable.At the beginning of 2019,she wasted my time waiting for a really long time at an appointment only to tell me I can not see the doctor because I would need a new referral from my primary care doctor. I wish she had told me that before I show up for the appointment & has waited for a really long time but never got called. I kept seeing people came after me getting called but I never got called. I decided to ask & that’s when I finally found out that I needed a new referral. What a waste of my time missing work for this appointment only to be turned away! She said I should have known they need a need a new referral every year. I have never experienced this type of problem from my office before. Usually at other offices, I would either get informed about what I will need to bring to my next appointment or the office would work directly with my primary care doctor about getting what they need from my primary care doctor. This time at this office I was never informed & instead got turned away when I showed up for my appointment after a really long wait.

Definitely not happy with the office Workers, first they are always standing around in the middle of a gab session. My authorizations are mailed into them and they never know where to find them. Too many times I had to get someone from home at last minute to bring it. They dont call to let you know about your appointments or even that they get canceled. It is a pulmonary office, you think they wouldnt spray all the smelly stuff in the sitting room. Had an appointment 09/17, never got a call or even that they cancel this morning, after knocking on the door they just said Dr Cosmos wasnt in and I could come back at 10. While talking with them they had to ask my name four time. So discussed them. I have seen Dr Cosmos in earlier appointments and he seems to be thorough about examinations. I just believe his office help is not very co-operative in servicing the patients and their paper work. I know there was another Dr that worked there and left because things werent right. The exit reception/office person Christine seems to be the only one on top of what she was doing. Thank you for reading this word of advice.

Dr.cosmo has been my Dr. For 3 years. I love him he listens and shows compassion to his patients. I wish he was my primary because he even helps me with issues not related to pulmonary when my primary is no help. I would highly recommend him to anyone

Love Dr. C, I have been his patient for over 20 years. He is patient, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I love that he discusses my treatment plans and listens to my input. Ive never had a problem refilling my meds, the staff calls in my meds when needed. I have always been able to get in on the same day or next. He and his staff are friendly and helpful, everyone just makes you feel at ease. I have driven from Wesley Chapel and from St. Pete to South Tampa to see Dr. C.

I absolutely Love Love Dr. Cosmo...I have been seeing him since 2001 and he is the most kind, professional doctor I know...They do call for appointment reminders...At least the past 6 months or so they have been calling me..They called me Sept 30th 2014 and have been doing so quite a while..Dr Cosmo has a lot of students due to internships there. So if you see different faces that is why. Thats how Doctors learn..They are a little slow with calling in refills but he always gives me at least 2 and sometime 3 refills on my scripts...Maybe you did not care for a staff member but you may find that anywhere..I like all his staff..They are always very kind to me...If they dont call you back I just make a follow up call...Again Dr Cosmo will listen, take his time, and always have a smile on his face...I trust him with MY LIFE..I drive all the way to his office from Brandon and have been for many years...I would never want to get stuck at Brandon Hospital Kill Mill. I can promise you, I have had to see doctors since age 23 and I am 56 and It is always a pleasure to talk to Dr. Cosmo...So if you dont like him I think something is wrong with YOU! Great Staff, never had a problem in the 2 years of going. Dr. Cosmos is the one doctor that sits and listens to your concerns. Very helpful, professional, and organized.

Dr. Cosmo treats you with dignity and respect. You are not just a number and he and the staff take time to listen and evaluate your concerns.

Dr. Cosmo may be the kindest, most reassuring Dr. I have ever seen!! He is walking me through a terrible respiratory problem and I always leave feeling most take care of!!

I had a great experience, appointment was on time, nurses were really nice and caring, front desk very on top of your paper work, and Dr Cosmo listen with no rush at all, showed concerns, very professional. I was very happy with him.
