Absolutely fabulous! Got rid of 3 different skin cancers on my face with proton radiation therapy. No fuss no muss! Staff is the coolest. All medical providers need to take lessons at ForCare.

Dr. Formans care was excellent. I felt that I was a member of his family the way he treated me. A full dermatology examination and two samples taken for Biopsy. He explained everything he was looking for and why he was taking the samples for Biopsy. I would have no problem with taking any members of my family to him and recommending him to my friends.

I was a first time patient there today and the experience was awesome. Dr. Hicks was so kind and understanding and her bedside manners were the best I’ve seen in a while. She listened to what I had to say and her recommendations were awesome! I can’t wait to get started with my treatment for positive results. I have already recommended her to a friend of mine. Her assistant was also very nice I would recommend for anyone to go there.

They have a beautiful new office. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. I waited a few minutes before being taken to the exam room. The nurse made me very comfortable before Dr Forman came into the room. Dr Forman was very professional and took care of my issue. Then advised he how to proceed with my additional issues. Would definitely recommend this office to my friends.

Visited this group several months back and scheduled a follow up visit for today. I received a text message last week confirming my appointment and I responded acknowledging the time and date. When I showed up, the front desk attendant told me not only do I not have an appointment, but the PA was not in the building. The attendant blamed it on their automated system and asked if I would like to make an appointment next month. I decided to find another provider.

Today was my 3rd visit and every time I’m in this office it’s a wonderful experience. The entire staff is professional, caring and always very friendly. The care that they provide to patients is top notch! I’m a patient forever!! Make your appointment, you won’t be sorry.

I knew I was in trouble as soon as I learned Dr. Bogle was no longer seeing patients. Now ForCare has closed the Primary Care Services of the Practice altogether. Seemingly, their Primary Care referral has no local, Tampa location. I feel very mistreated.

I see Dr. Hicks here and she is phenomenal. She is always up on the latest research and treatments, and is the only derm who has been able to successfully identify effective treatments for my autoimmune condition. I’ve recommended her to friends and family. The staff and office also great!

Spotless facility, professional staff, best dermatologist in Tampa Bay Area!

I had such a great experience! Over the weekend I had a really bad breakout on my face after never experiencing something like this I made an appointment for early Tuesday morning. I didn’t even wait 10 minutes and every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly. I saw Dr. Casey and she was so friendly, she thoroughly checked out my face and reviewed my products, came up with a game plan and I was out.

I heard great things about this place and was in need of a new primary care physician. I called and made an appointment. It was about 7 weeks out which is understandable. A month later I received a text message saying the doctor is no longer accepting new patients and my appointment is cancelled. I didnt even receive a phone call or any explanation. So now I need to find another doctor and start all over waiting for an appointment. I am very disappointed that not only could they not honor appointments that were already made and also that they delivered the news via text like a bad breakup.

First, Dr. Bogle is awesome and she will be missed! However, I called today in regards to setting an appointment with the Rhuemy department. Unbeknownst to me, that department is apparently closing down. The front office staff to answer the phone rudely said to me “it’s closed” without any explanation as to what happened, and to what my other options can be. I thought that was very distasteful. If you’re gonna answer the phone, at least answer and try to help the patient out because they may not be aware of what’s going on!

I had the most amazing experience at this location! The nurse Cynthia and Dr. Maria Hicks were both unbelievably sweet and accommodating. This location was very clean and had a really cool fish tank in the lobby. I loved it do much im going to switch my PCP to Dr Vogel!

Good experience here. I like the facility, everyone was nice and helpful and I had a good experience. Not a long wait at all. The doctor was very good and gave me all the help I needed.

When I moved to Tampa 12 years ago, I went through several dermatologists because let’s be honest a full body check scan by a stranger is uncomfortable. Dr. Forman has always been professional and has never dismissed my concerns. He removed a growth on my face and left no scarring. He never leaves me waiting in the room long and the the staff is professional and friendly and I’ve never had a problem scheduling. His old location was nice but the new clinic is top of the line and I plan to take advantage of the spa treatments soon.

Dr. Forman and his staff are professional and caring. I strongly recommend them for all needs related to dermatology.

This review is not intended for the doctor. Dr Bogle was amazing the first time we saw her. But the front staff is just useless. We had a follow up appointment for my mom for lab results. Called the day before to confirm the time of the appointment. Spoke with a young lady and told me my appointment time was 10:30 am. I even made sure they had received all the test results. She said yes theyll see me tonorrow at 1030. When I get there in the morning, a lady at the front desk states we are late for the appointment and they cant see us, I have to reschedule. I explained to her that I spoke with the staff the day before and the person I spoke to told me confirmed it was 1030. I drove there for nothing. Mind you the office was empty but she still wouldnt let us see the doctor because the supposed appointment was at 1015. I really loved my first interaction with Dr Bogle and was looking forward to continue care with her. But I will definitely not be back because of the front desk staff. They are unorganized then blame it on the patients for what was their mistake.

This review is about Dr. Tanya Bogle (PCP) with Forcare Medical Group, Tampa FL.I have been seeing Dr. Bogle for awhile now. She listens, kind, patient, understanding, cares, etc... Trust me all the good things you want in a family medical or primary care physician. I’m use to doctors quickly coming up with some sort of diagnosis as soon as you open your mouth. Do NOT let her sit back and think approach/let’s see deter you. She’s not just going to come up with anything off the top of her head if she’s not sure after evaluating you (holistically). I never knew that’s how a diamond rated PCP should be.I had extensive medical care needs even before seeing her. She is so thorough. She ordered my medical records from every doctor and every surgery I ever had (in my adult life) and went through them ALL. Dr. Bogle doesn’t just order labs and shove prescriptions down your throat. If she doesn’t understand something she’s not afraid to say, “I don’t know”. What I can tell you is after that “I don’t know”, she will refer you to a specialist but also spend her personal time researching, calling and trying to get to the ROOT of whatever it is. She calls (sometimes personally) or has her dedicated nurse call you if she knows you’re not well, not just one time either. I can go on and on... The things I’ve said are only the tip of the iceberg. I will (and have) traveled hours to keep her as my pcp. My deciding factor on my insurance preferences revolve around whether she accepts them or not. Yes, I feel she’s that good/great/excellent.Thank you Dr. Tanya Bogle. You have set a standard that I feel all my other Dr’s should/must have.

Ok, I used to love them but the pass several times, I have made appointment and sat for a hour plus before getting in a room and once I get in the room I have to wait another 45 minutes. When they were located off of Ehrlich rd but ever since they have moved it’s horrible. Will NEVER go back.

Dr. Chawla has been amazing! I brought my Mom to him for her osteoporosis. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us our options with handouts to read. He explained what diagnostics were needed and moved forward from there. My Mom is 81 years old, so he made sure she understood the plan. I am impressed with his communication skills and his empathy for her predicament. I would whole heartedly recommend him for having the rare ability to make sure we understand the game plan and guide us to solving the problem. Thank you so much Dr. Chawla!

Ive had only one doctor, and that was in Japan, that I truly felt like this is a doctor that wants to cure what ales me.First, it is Dr. Ramani AND her staff...I was seeing a neurologist that was merging into Forcare Medical. He retired, Dr. Ramani was the doc for my appts.She listens to you, she examines you thoroughly, and I truly feel like this might just be the one that cures me. She is a Rheumatology doc who has been published and just to make this review short, if you a are in pain, scared or youve already been diagnosed, I urge you to at least try Forcare Medical and see if either herself or the newest member of the team ( I apologise ) I dont recall his name, call the office, speak to one of the exceptional office members and schedule.I must also mention... There is a blood lab AND small pharmacy on site.Now, my primary care at Forcare Medical, in the same office, so convenient, Dr. Tanya BogleThis doctor has gotten me from feeling so awful I could not even go out, leave my home. On a good day, I could clean my kitchen before I felt Ill and had to call it a day.She did every blood test under the sun and when She narrowed it down, sent me for more blood test. It took some time, but she found the main component of the problem, treated me followed up every few weeks and even ( hope youre sitting down ) called me to check on how I was doing!Dr. Bogle is the absolute BEST primary care physician Ive ever had. She will not stop! Yes, I have to get another blood draw but, at least she orders blood draws.To follow up on the MedicineIf she thinks you need something else, she gives you 3 referrals to choose from.Her staff also has that unique bed side manner as herself.Theyve calmed me when I was nervous, and their just EXCELLENT.Lastly, they also have dermatologists, get your moles and skin checked too!

Dr Seth Forman is one of the Tampas highest regarded dermatologists. Im a surgeon, and me and all my surgeon friends (and our wives) go to see Dr Forman. His is extremely personable, and very good with his hands (important to us surgeons). He is a doctors doctor. Nothing else needs to be said.
