I called yesterday 6/25/2021 at 7:15am with intention of leaving a voicemail for Felicia dr Reddy medical assistant.. to my surprise she answered told her what was going on and she put a message to Dr Reddy and 45 min later a call back that it was called in to my pharmacy.. thank you for your promptness Felicia .. it makes it comforting to call in if neededPosted this because the good in medical field is rarely recognized as I am in medical field as well

I saw Dr.Linga Reddy on April 15, 2021 for the 1st time when I was referred by my PCP. He was WONDERFUL. Listened to everything I said, asked a ton of questions, examined me and was very explanatory on everything - Great MD!!!!!At the time of check-out I was told by the front office (Dan ??) that Dr.Reddy wanted to refer me to a rheumatologist for some testing and that he wanted me to go and get some blood work ( I did this blood work in less than 5 business days). He said office procedure was to send over my patient information to the rheumatologist office and that they would verify with my insurance and then call me to schedule my appointment. On June 15th (2 months later), I still hadnt heard anything from either MD office so I called Dr.Reddys office and left a message for Shirley, his nurse (ext 230) at 2:15pm. I had to call her again on June 18th and leave a 2nd message because she never called the first time. She finally called a while later that day and said that my referral was sent over to the rheumatologists office on May 10th. (WHY DID IT TAKE 25 DAYS TO SEND OVER THE REFERRAL?) She told me the name of the rheumatologist so I Googled them, got their office number and I called and explained the situation. I was told by the office that they just hung up with Shirley so they knew what was going on. They scheduled my appointment with them and was told by their office staff that they have never called patients to schedule appointments or verify insurance until the day the patient is seen. I told her that I found it strange back on April 15th when I was told that. That I had heard of a surgery center or hospital calling a patient the day before their surgery to give them the time to show up for surgery but never a MD office calling a brand new patient for an appointment.I then called Dr.Reddys office back and got nurse Shirley again and I asked her why it took 25 days for the referral to be sent. She said that that was when the MD closed out the file. I told her that I had talked to the rheumatologists office and that they needed my records sent over to them ASAP. I asked Shirley why someone couldnt call me about the delay or ask / remind the MD during those 25 days if it was ok to send my info to the rheumatologists office........ she never answered and instead a man started talking saying he was Walter, the administrator of the office and that Shirley and Dan did what they were suppose to do. So I asked Walter why it took so long and why couldnt someone call me about the delay.....especially since I was a brand new patient. His words - we see 60 patients a day and we dont have the staff! WOW - if they are seeing 60 patients a day and all their patients are getting delays like this or any delays at all with their service.... I am surprised that they even have that many patients at all. I RATE DR. LINGA REDDY - 5+ STARS ..... BUT SOME OF HIS STAFF ---- 1- STARS.I am to blame...... I should have read the reviews about this office before going there....... LESSON OF THE DAY - READ THE REVIEWS!!!

Worst doctor visit ever. And I should know I go through the VA. I go into the appt and pay $340 for an initial back examination. Literally just to see the doctor go over a couple things and get a basis diagnosis. My doctor was Dr. Linga Reddy and this doctor didnt listen to a single word I said. I went in with bad lower back and upper back pain and tingling/numbness in random varied appendages. The doctor constantly cut me off quickly hurried through every little test not providing any info as to why it was done and after just 10 mins (this includes the initial conversation) he hurried me out pushing several X ray/MRI orders PT orders and lots of other expensive things. When I got the paperwork from his initial exam notes a week later he told I had an UNREMARKABLE back and his chief concerns were sleep apnea and chronic insomnia (mind you I never complained of sleeping issues except the occasional restless night that everyone has every now and then or due to night terrors.) I asked for a refund as I felt rushed and cheated and after 4 weeks of going back and forth with Jim Waters (office manager) he tells me no refund but the doctor was willing to redo the examination and at that point whats the point? Plus I had already stated I couldnt come back because of my work hours. The responses are slower than ice melting on a snowy day and I was given attitude several times by the office manager himself. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get a neurologist. ANYONE ELSE IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE!

Dr Cascione is very patient, thorough and truly involved with my care. He listens and always allows me to have a say in my treatment, which is extremely important to me. Hes truly the best neurologist Ive seen since my diagnosis. I would highly recommend Tampa Neurology and Dr Cascione to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate doctor.To those complaining about the phones, the doctors each have their own assistant. If you call while theyre in a room with a patient, they cant answer and youll have to leave a message. If thats your biggest complaint about this practice, then youre really missing the big picture. The best things are worth the wait and Dr Cascione IS the best.

Dr. Cascione is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. He is very experienced. All of the doctors have a profile on the website so that you may decide for yourself depending on your personal needs. My first appointment with him was about two hours long; he is very personable and takes plenty of time to explain things and answer all of your questions. I am new to Florida and I had never met as great a neurologist as him. I finally have an intelligent doctor in my corner and that makes me feel more confident.

Ive worked in tandem with Dr. Cascione for 4+ years and both he and his staff have done an amazing job with his/our patients. I am never left in the dark on what is going on with my patients documentation and they are always treated with kindness and respect. i refer 100% of my patients that are in the area to him if they present with a neurological condition.

I am not one to typically right reviews but, I was so impressed with my experience with Dr Linga Reddy. You can tell he listens and cares about what you say. He spent more time then I am used to have a Dr spend with me which was a pleasant surprise. I was most surprised that he called me after my appointment to review previous imaging. I would highly recommend.

They are just names but in reality they dont care about their patient they treat you as you there for new neurologic catch i had a lot of hope with them and i figured out that the nurse she is the one read the Mris i feel really bad for the nurse because any mistake it will be against her not the doctor

Dr Cascione is a wonderful MS doctor. He is caring, you never feel like you are just a number. When we moved from Michigan, finding doctors was one of the hardest things to do. I had wonderful care at the MS clinic in Ann Arbor, but than I found Dr Cascione and I get the same great care. He knows my Dr from Michigan so that was another plus for me. I recommend him to anyone searching for a great MS Dr in the Tampa area.

If you are attempting to make an appointment here, I suggest you find another Neurology team. The office is impossible to get a hold of, you can call every extension and never get in direct contact with anyone. After not being able to contact the office regarding my appointment, I drove there. I received extremely poor customer service and directly called my primary care office to refer me to a different Neurologist immediately. Will not be rescheduling here. If you cant get ahold of anyone to discuss your appointment, imagine trying to discuss your results.

Dr.Redd I believe his name is spelt sucks. He told my husband that the reason for his insomnia and hallucinations was because we sleep together, he was told to go there because the hospital sent him there because they thought it was serious enough and he hasnt been working because its serious enough but according to him it wasnt . I wont recommend seeing him if you go there.

Staff is rude and medical assistants doesnt return calls. Calls go to answering machine. No one answers the phone to make or cancel appointments. NOT A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE.
