Dr. Zollman takes as much time as needed to hear your concerns, explain what the problem is and what the different treatment options are.He naturally cultivates that ‘Dr./Patient’ relationship which was once prevalent in our culture but has disappeared years ago.I just have a feeling that he is as devoted, caring and focused on his other patients as he is with me. Dr. Zollman is an excellent ophthalmologist, but the office support is weak. Despite a brand new web-site with many fancy features, I was not able to go on-l7ne to make an appointment to see him. When I called, I waited in hold for nearly 15 minutes. At his office, I had a 9:40 appointment, but was not taken back until 10:15. I was finally able to leave the office at 11:55 -- more than 2 hours after I arrived. This seems way too long for a routine check-up, and was certainly much longer than I had anticipated.

Dr. Zollman and his staff were very friendly. He examined my eye and gave me a detailed explanation on what my condition was and reassured me that there was a treatment. He made me feel comfortable during the examination by engaging in normal conversation. Scheduled a follow up exam to check if the treatment was working.

I first went to Dr. Zollman in 2018 after moving to Washington and I remembered he was kind. It was a pretty easy decision to book another appointment to get my eyes checked again. And just like before, he and his staff were efficient and kind. Helpful, efficient and kind. 10/10 would recommend.

I have always had a positive experience at Eye Associates NW. I have gone to both Northgate office and first hill in Seattle. Just one negative is my last appointment they were all behind so my appointment seemed longer than usual. Kudos to Dr Ted Zollman. He is the best. The assistant was amazing and made me feel safe and listened too she was so good with all the tests. Also the front desk patient care coordinator was not just nice helpful and pretty she remembered my father had an appointment the following Monday. If you get the blond A team as I did you feel lucky at the service and view they provide. Dr. Zollman is a great doctor who helped me understand the diabetic issues I face and helped me develop a great treatment plan. Dr Zollman was great. He took time to explain everything and made sure I understood some of the details about health of my eye. Their scheduling team could do a better job, it took about an hour 15 minutes for a yearly eye exam because of scheduling issues.

Both times I’ve been in to see Doctor Zollamn he’s been friendly and super thorough. I appreciate this greatly, especially with having diabetes, my eye health is important. I would highly recommend him as a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Zollman for a few years and everyone is very polite usually you get seen pretty close to your appointment time if they are running late they keep you updated the office is always very clean and with covid restrictions they have plenty of room for everyone 6 feet apart I think they do a little better job than most (that Ive seen) sticking to the guidelines and keeping patients safe

I came here based on good reviews online. I can say that for the most part the doctor has good bedside manner, etc. But hes not interested in dwelling on a problem. He literally says if it aint broke dont fix it. i.e. Ill just re-write the same prescription youve been taking and not give you my time investigating the problem. The staff is what really motivated me to write a review. Theyre simply the worst. Rude, dismissive, using words like Ive been doing this for years when youre simply asking a clarifying questions. Ive had a pretty stressful experience in the Madison location specially (Ive been to a couple). Starting with the check-in person almost making me want to turn around and leave just from how rude she is. Then being rushed throughout the whole visit. Later, spent about an hour with the rude technician getting my insurance figured out for the contacts. She kept interrupting me and not listening. Still they insisted I have to pay a large sum out of pocket despite never having to do that before at other places with my insurance. I left with a promise of a contact specialist calling me back, they never did, even after me calling multiple times. I eventually took my business elsewhere, where I got my contacts ordered in minutes with no issue. The last straw was when I later got a bill for the contact fitting service I never received from this office. Borderline fraud; and I dont like fraudsters. So, here you have it. They did remove the charge when I called them and said Ill complain to the DOH. But boy, was this a stressful experience!
