Some of the most friendly and professional service. They go above and beyond. It’s easy enough to go to some corporate cheap company. But I would rather save up spend my money locally with these kind and amazing people.

Yes ! I highly recommend this business!! They have been very good to my kids and I. Our family has been going here for the past 5 years. Very helpful staff and We all feel comfortable and safe with the eye doctor. Great selection of frames too!

Greenwood Optical is Great! The Optometrist is very skilled, detail-oriented, and professional. The entire staff is very helpful and considerate. They also offer a stylish selection of lenses with a variety of materials including environmentally friendly & recycled material. Extremely pleased with this group of eye care professionals!

Amazing staff! Dr. Monterola and her staff make me feel totally at ease. They are all warm, friendly, super professional and helpful! Lauren at the front desk helped get me scheduled for an appointment over the phone and recommended the perfect pair of glasses to frame my face during my appointment. Clean, professional and easy to make an appointment for an eye exam. Easiest way is to call their office. Dr. Monterola and her staff are friendly and helpful. Intake is paperless and done through a tablet. They take a variety of insurance and do day before reminder call.

Absolutely not helpful. I called them to see if they could fix my glasses, and they said they only accept returning customers. I explained that these are my working glasses and I really need them fixed, but they said you should take your glasses where you bought them from!!

I rarely write reviews. Today accidentally broke my glasses after work. I went to Greenwood Optical and they were super helpful. The found a replacement frame for me and worked after hours to swap the lenses to the new frame. It only took 10 minutes but they could say come back Monday. Excellent service! I will be back for sure.

Greenwood optical has been great to work with. The employees are attentive and very kind. You will not regret your choice in using them. Dr. Monterola is a pleasure to work with. She could not make the experience more comfortable. Its very good support local businesses, especially when they are so deserving of it.

Grossly incompetent. Doesnt understand how to process insurance claims, doesnt understand glasses features, and has poor customer service. Sold me a bunch of features that I didnt want or need, telling me that they were covered under my insurance, and then sent me a second bill weeks later that was 120% larger than the original amount I had paid, which we had agreed upon. They cant be trusted. There are lots of good eyewear stores in Seattle. This is not one of them.

Dr. Monterola was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated her explanations about her process and when responding to my concerns. Her staff was also very professional and thorough.

Dr Monterola did an expert exam; all the staff are friendly and helpful. I had my varilux glasses made in house; cost me more than using my insurance, but worth getting an accurate prescription. My two best set of glasses that Ive had made in seattle have been made here. Highly recommend!
