I needed some new lenses for a pair of frames I had so I popped in to Eye Eye on a recent trip to Seattle. Cool vibe in a modern setting. The staff were all very friendly and they were able to get new lenses put in to my frames with a pretty quick turnaround. I cant wait to go back and have them help me pick out some new frames.

I was able to make a same-day appointment for a medical issue when I needed one. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in the office was helpful and friendly. Ive had some followup questions and they always respond promptly with exactly the information I need. The doctor was professional and the space was comfortable. Nothing but good things here as far as I am concerned.

My experience at Eye Eye was amazing- Jeremy helped me to find exactly the glasses I wanted and was really helpful with finding suggestions so that I could be confident in my decision. The front desk was really quick to schedule me once my glasses arrived which was really convenient. Overall, the staff here was very helpful and wonderful to talk to- Ill definitely be returning for future eye care

EYE EYE and its staff will not disappoint you. They practice covid safety procedures while providing excellent service. I was there to shop for glasses and we went from 40 frames in my first visit to 2. I purchased one pair to test at home and returned to 10 more options personally picked out for me by Jeremy. I suppose my face shape/size isnt the average, so I have a hard time finding the right fit. Jeremy is patient, honest. and will understand what youre looking for. The perfect shopping companion. Katie made scheduling easy and is very friendly. Their selection is fantastic. The space is comfortable and pleasant, even the pandemic try on tent outside.

The experience that shopping for glasses should be, and what warby parker wishes it was! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and Briar was an absolute professional. Their selection is massive, but their staff help you sift through it all to find the pair that fits you best. Also, they have glasses to fit most if not all budgets. I have no problem recommending EYE EYE to friends & fam. Dont forget to ask for Briar!

Ive been relying on Eye Eye for 4+ years for both eye exams and glasses purchasing / repair. Every member of the staff has been courteous and competent. Most of the times Dr. Pentecost was my Optometric Physician, but I have also had an appointment with Dr. Louie. Would highly recommend both, you cant go wrong with folks over there.I unfortunately dont remember the names of everyone in the staff who helps us out in the front desk, glasses repair and glasses purchase, but theyre all really nice people and very efficient. Theyre also being careful and properly following proper protocols for operating during a pandemic.Since 2016 I have had no reason to take my business elsewhere and recommend the place to everyone I know!

Most horrible service ever. Took forever to order the lenses and didn’t inform me till I called. I was told my lenses were not there yet and that’s like two weeks after I paid. The staff were extremely RUDE, didn’t even apologize. If you want to experience BAD customer service, come in...

The only option for great glasses/care!I went to Eye Eye recently, to have an exam as well as to pick out some new frames.The experience I had was more than great.Dr. Will is quick, transparent and really pleasant - not to mention very stylish.Another staff member spent over 30 minutes helping me pick out frames. While looking through frames, not only did they listen to my preferences and help me choose options accordingly but they also presented me with alternative choices that were curated and looked awesome on me. I felt seen!They were entirely up front about what my insurance would, and would not cover and how I could best navigate that.If you want a comfortable experience, and the best selection of stylish frames you MUST (!!!) go to Eye Eye.

Eye eye is my favorite! The staff is excellent and their choices for eyewear are exceptional. I personally am a huge fan of Cazal and they are carried here. Any time I have had any issue they have gone above and beyond to repair or adjust my frames. I recommend them to every person who needs eyewear.

Everyone here is incredible, knows their product, and are super helpful. Ive been helped by Avi multiple times, and they have gotten me some amazing sunglasses for my work outside every day. Last month, I came in for an eye exam and left after choosing out the perfect pair of glasses - out of too many options. For the glasses styling appointment, they were super responsive over text message, sending me updates as my glasses arrived and letting me choose a specific time slot, in which I was the only patient inside. They also checked my temperature and offer surgical masks near the door. My opticians Briar and Avi were super thorough with adjusting my glasses, making sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. Please, please support this local business and the amazing people here!

Great experience! I have received a really throughout exam (long needed!), including glasses and contact lenses rx. I have had all my questions answered and even got a sample of contacts to try on a month to make sure they are a good fit! My appointment started at scheduled time, and I felt that the provider itself and all his staff followed all COVID precautions to ensure safety. All employees were really friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place if you are needing a throughout eye exam or new frames!(loooots of great frames to choose from, and they are scheduling virtual frame fittings!)

Really nicely curated selection of glasses in a beautifully designed, modern boutique space. Feels like an art gallery for eyewear run by friendly and welcoming seattle hipsters. The exam rooms have a relaxed lounge feel, not like a typical doctors office at all. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and they takes Covid 19 measures seriously which made me feel more comfortable during the exam and while shopping. Pandemic precautions I observed included limiting the amount of customers at a time, requiring face masks, and sanitizing surfaces and even glasses after being tried on.

After having intra-ocular lenses a few years ago, it took me awhile to establish a proper opto home as I was hesitant that many optometrists wouldn’t meet my needs (my older sister is also an out of state optometrist). I recognize I may be not the usual patient. Overall, I would highly recommend them.Pros:- environment is fun + laid back- accept many ins- State of the art technology- scheduling is easy, convenient- staff are personable, knowledgable, and accomodating- EVERYONE I encountered was passionate about this practice, from their front office, back office tech, and doctorsCons:- Capitol Hill parking- Frames can be pricey, frames aren’t a NEED for me because my implants are doing well. Mayann did help me pick blue light filter frames within my budgetThanks Eye Eye for the quality care & attn to details! I’ll continue to recommend this practice.

I had the BEST experience at EYE EYE! Their thoughtful staff took time to listen to my glasses concerns, pick out just the right frames for me and they arrived super quick! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new frames! Before I had them I was always bugged by having to wear glasses and adjusting them all the time etc...my new glasses fit perfectly, look great and I barley notice Im wearing them. This is the most wonderful gem to have in Seattle!

Fantastic experience at this store. Staffs are super helpful and very friendly. They can anticipate your needs and give you answer before you ask them.Optometrist is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. One small thing is that I felt slightly rushed during my appointment with the optometrist. But it was lunch hour so I totally understand.

Dr. Will is very knowledgeable and has the latest technology to do a thorough eye exam. Everything was done on time, all questions were answered in detail and the prices here are very reasonable. Dr Will has a great sense of humor which may not be evident at first.

Normally I feel uncomfortable trying on glasses in public, but the optician was very approachable and honest. She helped me feel confident in what is usually a daunting quest for flattering eyewear. Oh ya, and Dr. Will has the best vibes. He is thorough and very efficient, but he doesnt rush through his time with patients. And he has a cool voice. Eye think this place is great!

She said their policy is only letting one people coming in at one time. I was with my boyfriend and she told me to sit outside. It was raining and cold, she even didnt let me to sit inside. Ridiculous

We LOVE Dr. Will. He is a laid back, no nonsense guy who makes you feel welcome. He got us in in a timely manner, his prices are great and his eye wear selection is fun. He also has an awesome staff. Go see him!

Ive seen Dr. Will at his other locations for years, and I was excited to hear he was opening his own shop. I went to visit his new location on Pine Street and I was super impressed! Finding parking was fairly easy, and the shop is in a quaint older building in a cute, less busy part of Capitol Hill. The shop itself is pretty amazing - modern and very unique, with tons of frames on display. Dr. Will seems to have a real knack for finding the best frames, because this selection is even better than Eyes on Fremont! He doesnt carry the big brands, just lots of really cool new and vintage frames. My eye exam was great, as always. Dr. Will was very thorough and easy to talk to, and helped me better understand my prescription and lens options as my eyes get older. All in all, it was a great experience, and I look forward to getting all of my frames here from now on!

From the moment i stepped into Dr. Wils EyeEye shop, i recieved a warm welcome from the Docs staff. Several days before my visit I recieved an IM message to remind me of my appointment. When i arrived there was no waiting. They were ready for my exam and got right to work. I was especially impress with Dr. Wils knowledge and his ability to pass that knowledge to his patients (he has a wonderful chair side manner). The shop is lovely and is loaded with modern, fashionable frames and supplies. My wife recommended EyeEye to me after having the same experience. We discussed fees before my visit. There were no supprises, all was as we discussed. It is a great place
