Ive been looking for quite some time for a quality pediatric dental office that does not have a horrifying reviews and has policies that are reasonable. There are several in the area that should alarm most parents. We arrive for our appointment and found this place to be stunning. Clean, efficient, and staff even said hello to me as they walked through waiting room. In the back area, its spotless! Staff is beyond kind! Dentist was very professional and outstanding chair-side manner. I received my quotes and options for care. I asked a few questions and the receptionists even went to verify my insurance questions. Its quite apparent that this place only hires the best of the best, not someone to just fill a chair. Ill update once the procedures are completed, but so far I am a very impressed.

There are no words to explain how happy my new mom heart feels for the phenomenal care and attention we received from Dr Dave and the staff today! Drove 2 hours for my 7 weeks old daughter to have her tongue and lip tie corrected and have no regrets! Dr Dave was so detailed in explaining everything from start to finish. The procedure was quick and efficient. He even called to check on her! I am so appreciative for this wonderful group!! If we lived closer they would definitely be my choice for her pediatric dentist!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart 😊

Dr. Collie is a highly skilled orthodontist that delivers great results. He as done a great job with braces on two of my older boys as well as braces on my teeth, which just came off today, yay! I was able to see Dr. Collies work firsthand over the course of two years as he carefully straightened out my extremely crowded lower teeth. Im very pleased with his work. Dr. Collie is very sociable and is very welcoming, great soft skills. His staff is very friendly and very professional as well. The office is very nice with a cool surf vibe, relaxing. I have one more son starting braces now and Im glad we will continue to have Dr Collie as our orthodontist.

Great as always. Dr. Dave and all the staff are awesome!!! My son has been coming for 13+ years and customer service has always been great! My son is 16 and has always loved the dentist. He doesnt ever want to go anywhere else! The really cool thing is that even behind the mask you can hear them smile!

We had a wonderful first visit to the dentist with my 3yr old. The staff were super friendly and know all the tricks to make your little one feel comfortable with the exam. They were even accommodating of my 8month old tagging along. We had a great experience. Highly recommend!

The office is fun and bright and all of the staff is absolutely wonderful! They help make the dental experience fun and entertaining for my daughter and me. We can’t say enough positive things and would highly recommend her to anyone. My daughter started here when she was 2 years of age and she is now 9 years of age. We have no complaints! The entire staff demonstrates a great deal of patience. My daughter and I are always asking questions. To include, the office is squeaky clean and everyone follows the best practice to prevent COVID.

We love Wake Pediatric Dentistry! We have been going there for 5+ years and are always pleased with the service we recieve. My 4 kids went today for cleanings and the hygienists were amazing (as usual) and the Dentists were clear in what is needed (if anything) and how to best move forward with treatment. Overall a wonderful visit and the kids are looking forward to their next visits.

They were warm and welcoming upon our arrival (and while making appointment(s)) and made my son feel at ease given it was his first/second dental visit ever. He has some tooth issues and Dr. Rob took the time to answer all of my questions in great detail and reviewed all of our options to come up with Plan A, B, C, and D if needed. I loved the vibe and its clear kids are their top priority.

My newborn was lip and tongue tied and our pediatrician referred us to this office. They were great. Dr David throughly explained the procedure and why it needed to be done. He quickly calmed our nerves and the procedure was very quick! Everyone we encountered was professional and very friendly! They gave us privacy afterwards so I could breastfeed my baby to calm him down. Definitely recommend this office!

Second time my daughter has been seen here & they are awesome. They are quick & work very well with children for their first ever dentist appointments. I highly recommend anyone to take their child here!

We just had our first experience with Wake Ortho and Peds Dentistry and I was so impressed! The hygienist who worked with my daughter was so patient and sweet....as was the hygienist who worked with my son. Dr. Dave really explained things clearly to me as well. I so appreciate that! My son loved riding the surfboard to burn some energy! So happy to my kids as patients!

We love Dr. Dave and everyone else there! We decided at my daughter’s regular checkup appointment to remove a baby tooth. My daughter was very nervous, but Dr Dave put her mind at ease. The tooth was out in literally minutes and she was surprised how simple it was. Wonderful experience!!

My daughter is really scared of the dentist and she has grown to trust and love Dr. Dave here. They spend time with her to calm her nerves and it has made our visits so much better. Highly recommend.

We always have great experiences at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry and today was no exception. Both children were being seen for a cleaning, one for resolution of a cavity and the other for possible orthodontics needs. Everyone from the front office staff, to the hygienists to the doctors were incredible. We love it here!

I was able to make my kids appointments at the same time. They have early enough appointments that they didn’t have to miss much of “school”, 8:30 appointment and we were out of office at 9:20. Both of my children at 3yrs old came to this office and everyone was positive, personable and made us feel comfortable. The hygienists and dentists were very gentle and patient. Both kids received a goodie bag with toothbrushes and floss and a small toy and sticker. The office is very clean. My 5yr old has had a few visits since his very first at 3yrs old and every visit has been positive.

Dr. Rob is the best!! He’s always patient with my 11 year old daughter. He spends time with parent and patient thoroughly explaining everything.

Switched my other 3 children to this office bc of the overwhelming satisfaction that no other office in the county can compare to!!

My children have been patients here for 7 years. They are truly the best pediatric dentist office in town. All of the staff are so patient and understanding and provide top quality services. They do a wonderful job with young children getting them used to the dentist office so that visits are always fun.

We were referred here for my 2 year old and I was so pleased. The office staff was friendly and the space was welcoming and kid-friendly. The big fish tank in the waiting room was a huge plus. Dr. Robb took time with us and answered all our questions and was extremely knowledgeable about my sons condition and how it affects his teeth. I would highly recommend and we will definitely back.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in the right hands. As parents we know that going to any doctor visit is not the easiest endeavor with children, better yet a dentist. I was nervous that my my child would have a bad experience and hate going to the dentist forever... but Wake Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry showed my son that going to the dentist can be a positive experience. Writing this review I wish I could remember the dental assistant name. She was the sweetest! She spoke to my son as if he were an adult and treated him so well. She was really good at explaining what we were doing right and what we could do more of. Dr. Robb is the provider we saw and he had my son laughing the entire time. We have already made another appointment to see them for a biannual cleaning. I cannot recommend them enough, outstanding customer service and patient care. Awesome experience! My son is 4.5 years old and was quite nervous/hesitant upon arriving and going to the back. But shout out to the dental assistant/hygienist Ms. Karen!! She was so sweet and took the time to interact with him, explained everything to him and let him touch the instrument before using it! Dr. Dave was quick, but equally nice and caring! So thankful we got Ms Karen, she’s a rockstar!

Everyone is so amazing! I have a son on the spectrum and the hygienists and doctors are so patient with him! I would not take my children anywhere else!

My son does not like people at all but the whole staff made him comfortable and he loved everyone if them. This is the 4th office we have been to trying to get my sons teeth right and no one except Wake pediatric was able to find the problem, make a plan, and set a date to fix it all. Love them and recommend them 100%

It was a first time visit for my 2 year old in March. The patience and understanding of the doctor and his team was my main concern because my daughter doesnt do well with anything when its her first time. But, Dr. Moran and his assistant were AMAZING!!! Their expectations of a toddlers behavior at a visit to the dentist (let alone their first visit) will put any parent at ease. All of the staff I passed by were courteous and friendly. Even with Covid-19 protocols in place, the visit went smoothly. Ive found no reason thus far to go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Moran for making this visit a pleasant one, not just for my baby girl, but for mommy as well!

With COVID hitting the scene last year and our recent relocation to NC, my 3-year-olds first dental visit was delayed. But Im pleased and thankful that he didnt rearrange the dental office. The hygienist was truly gifted in gaining the trust of my 3-year-old. Trust me when I say the struggle is real with my 3-year-old. She knew exactly how to engage my child in a non-intrusive way that allowed my child to proceed at their comfort level. My 10-year-old and 13-year-old also had their cleanings the same morning and Im so proud that all three of my children had no cavities. Dr. Rob Moran was terrific in how he too knew how to engage my 3-year-old, because it could have gone left at any moment due to the unpredictability of a 3-year-old. 🙌

We chose Wake after a friend recommended them. We drove over 3 hours to the Raleigh office for Dr.Kornstein and his staff for my child’s frenectomy. Dr. Kornstein explained everything and in a way we could understand, he made us feel at ease. The procedure was quick and I noticed a difference immediately. Dr. Kornstein even called us later that day to check on us. Best pediatric dental practice!

My kids have been coming here since they were 1+ and needed to have dentists look at them. Overall, class act. We’ve had a rotation of dentists, not my 1st choice, but all of the dentists that we’ve seen have been great. Boys always have a please experience. Last visit both boys needed teeth pulled and both had great experiences. Keep up the good work.

Had a child with 7 cavities that we were going to have to pay for oral surgery to get them filled. Searched high and low for a dentist where she would feel comfortable at and as a mom, I would feel comfortable being with her. Found Wake Orthodontics and it saved us thousands of dollars because they fixed them in the office. They are great there and let the parents stay with their child the entire time and make you feel like you are in charge of their treatment and not about the money as I have experienced in other practices. Highly recommend!

My 8 year old son has been going here (Garner office) since he was 2-3 years old and we love this office. Both Dr. Rob and Dr. Travis are great! The ladies working there are great as well. Everyone is so friendly, personable, helpful, and very professional. We have always been very happy with the services received. I highly recommend this office.

My 20 month old cracked his tooth and it had to be pulled. It was pretty traumatic for me as a parent. All of the staff was amazing! Dr. Travis was calm and gave us all the information we needed during the situation. The hygienist staff was comforting to my baby and to me, as they could see how upset I was with the situation. I would never take my kids anywhere else, such a wonderful team of people that really care for their patients.

Cannot believe how amazing everyone was. It was my daughters first dentist visit and she just absolutely loved it. With COVID protocols still in place they didnt have the toys or interactive displays available but she loved the fish in the lobby. The staff was super friendly and made us feel at ease. She just laughed the whole time the dentist was checking her teeth. We will be back again and we will be telling everyone about them!

We just had our autistic sons first dentist visit and wow! What an amazing experience! Everyone we came in contact with was so good with him and were very patient with him. Kudos for making his first trip to the dentist such a positive experience for him!

Always quick, efficient, and compassionate when dealing with my son who has special needs. We’ve been coming here for years and the dental staff make us feel confident in the level of care we receive, as they make all of the necessary concessions to make sure my child receives the same quality of care as any other child visiting the dentist. Additionally, at our recent visit we were able to experience the outstanding safety protocols taken to keep the patients & staff comfortable and safely socially distanced during a pandemic dental appointment. Super great office for kids. The dentists and hygenists are sweet to the kids and make them feel comfortable. My 4 yr old is comfortable and not afraid and even does he cleaning without me by his side. Super clean office. It is an open environment for the cleanings so you can see everyone. And there are a few private suites as well. Waiting area has a kids play area (not avail during covid) and huge fish tank. Def recommend!

Now a high school teenager, she still enjoys her visits to the dentist and could not conceive of going to any other practice. My daughter has such a beautiful smile because of this practice. This entire facility and staff are absolutely amazing. My son had a dental emergency over the weekend and the oncall dentist was very accommodating. We went into the Garner office on Monday to be seen and was met with kindness and gentleness, My son is on the autism spectrum and he was very anxious about having to be seen. Wake Peds Dentist is amazing. After moving out of state for a couple years and then returning they treated us like we never left. Dr Dave is so friendly and makes my 9 year old daughter feel at ease. My son LOVES this dentist! He has autism and has been going since he was little. The same staff, they are very personal, professional and really care.

My daughter has been a patient at Wake Orthodontist & Pediatric Dentistry since the age of 5 and now she is 17. Throughout the years they have always been kind and made her feel comfortable during every visit. I think they are also doing a great job keeping everyone safe during COVID.

Amazing, caring, staff. My middle child has always had a hard time at the dentist and they went over and beyond and made her feel right at home! They are also very honest when recommending care and or treatment. So excited we found our home dentist while our 3 kiddos are so young and will be needing not only cleanings but braces in the future!

This place is awesome! My daughter was afraid to go to the dentist but she had a great experience at this dentist office. I felt like they were Angels they knew what to say how to say it. I love how warm and welcoming the staff is and how they always remember your face and know how to start a conversation. Also, I always walk out with a clean new smile with or without braces! Dr. Dave is excellent. He calmed our 10 year old through 4 extractions and 3 fillings (over 3 visits). He is a very skilled dentist with a wonderful bedside manner. All of the hygienists are friendly and helpful.

I think the experience was nice everyone was Courteous and saying good morning and they waited for me to get there with him cause I already didnt leave work on time and I just enjoyed the feeling of being Appreciate of in there eyes. I loved the service.

Have had appointments here for my daughter at ages 4, 5 and 6 and they’ve been great every time - I can see she grows more comfortable each time and the hygienist is so patient and willing to explain each thing before it happens. This helps so much, I wish I could go here too! Most recently she needed a couple extractions and it went super smoothly. The providers are wonderful at explaining what will happen and keeping kids comfortable. They also take care to keep any potentially scary-looking dental instruments out of the line of sight. This is the perfect place to help kids develop comfort with such an important part of their healthcare.

What a great first dentist experience for my son- I highly recommend!

The hygienist were naturals with my three kiddos. We decided to pull my son’s teeth at the same appt and the transition from the regular check up to pulling teeth was flawless. We’ll happily be seen here for years to come!
