I have high anxiety at the dentist due to my jaw being out of joint. Dr. G is the absolute kindest guy ever and treats me like the 5 year old (I mean 44 year old) that I am. He has to be the most patient man on earth to deal with me. I had to go six times within the last 3 months and each time Dr. G and his staff made me feel relaxed and they made me laugh. I will follow him anywhere. I had my last procedure this morning!!! Yay!

I am newer to the Raleigh area and I needed to find a new dentist to go to... I think I found it! The workers here were so so nice. I loved the woman who cleaned my teeth. She was so sweet and welcoming and nice. We had such a good conversation and she made sure I knew what was going on at all times so I knew what was happening! Dr. G was comforting and was gentle when checking my teeth which I appreciated. We laughed, he explained what needed to be done on my teeth so I was educated on my own teeth. It was great! Even the receptionist was patient with me when I struggled with my insurance and was quick to answer questions and inform me on things i needed to know. Great place. 5/5 stars!

The staff here is so AMAZING!!!! Even when I am having a terrible day, they uplift my spirts. From the receptionist, to the Dental Assistants, to Dr. G.! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ARE AMAZING. My boyfriend and I recently moved to the Raleigh area and needed to find a new dentist. We had both grown up seeing the same person, so hesitated when we had to make a switch. Since my boyfriend is terrified of dentists, we spent a significant time researching all options and finally decided that Blue Ridge Dental Care was going to be our new home dentist. After our first visits, we knew we had made the right decision.Our hygienist, Evelyn, was excellent! She was professional, easy to talk to, and made us feel at home. She made sure to explain her steps and gave great recommendations on how to improve our dental care - teeth felt amazing after the cleaning! Dr. G then introduced himself and took the time to listen to our issues and inspect our teeth. We never felt rushed asking our questions and he made sure to explain all the details, including the billing. They even provided a print out of all of our teeth and the trouble areas.Overall - we had a great experience and we highly recommend!

Evelyn is a great hygienist. I tried a different place, and I had to go back to her. She takes her time and is very detailed. She is very knowledgeable about her work. Answers all questions. What she is not sure of; she makes sure to follow up with the right answer.

I felt super comfortable here, especially considering how uncomfortable I’ve felt at the dentist in the past. Evelyn was amazing and assuaged my fears and concerns about getting my teeth cleaned while also making me laugh and keeping me chatting, which helped. Dr. Giscombe was very sweet and obviously knowledgeable. He also made me feel berry at home.

I had an emergent dental appointment, I broke my crown and needed repair quickly. Dr A said I needed a root canal which scared me to death. I am not a big fan of dentist. He assured me that he wouldnt hurt me and he didnt. Michele the tech let me turn my music on to make me feel at home. Love the staff here. Compared to my old dentist this place is like a spa for my teeth. I never leave in pain after my cleaning. They take great care of my children’s teeth as well while also informing me on their care and treatment plans. They did the leg work by contacting my insurance provider for accurate billing. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Moved to Raleigh from out of state and needed to find a new dentist. Lucky me I came to this office first and didn’t need to find another. I neglected my mouth for a few years so I was nervous to go but they got me back on track in no time! All the staff are super friendly and even may or may not bug you about when your going to propose to your girlfriend. 10/10 would recommend making this your new Dentist office!

I have had some pretty scary experiences with Dentists and was very apprehensive about seeing Dr G. -- even though he came highly recommended. I must admit that I could not have made a better choice with the care and treatment of my teeth. Dr G and Michele are two of the most caring, concerned and knowledgeable dental professionals that I have met. I can not say enough about the lengths they went to ensure that I was comfortable with the treatment/service. Michele even took the time to check in on me after one of my procedures. I am a pretty finicky customer and I can say that Blue Ridge Dental exceeded ALL of my expectations.

The exceed my and every patients expectations every time ( Ive chatted with multiple BRD patients).I was traveling on business when my bridge on my front tooth broke and was returning late and DR G and Michelle made sure to accommodate me. I was ready to move to dentures because I thought my years of neglect left me know other choice, but DR G and Michelle presented me my options and were able to develop a recovery plan for me that made financial sense. Thanks to them I dont have dentures and I am well on my way to a full mouth recovery. DR G is knowledgeable with an amazing professional and personable demeanor and Michelle is so very caring, funny and attentive that I felt like I am the only thing that matters. I have found a new dental home for myself and my family. I just recently moved to Raleigh and had to find new Drs and a new dentist. I searched until I felt completely comfortable and today was that day.I walked in and two angels greeted me with beautiful white smiles sitting at front office. Then the hygienist Evelyn was very sweet and professional cleaned my teeth, Dr G came in to look at my x rays of all my teeth and did a very through exam and made me feel like I was the only one in the office at that time taking his time explaining to me every issue that was found in my mouth and gave me options, gave me estimate and even gave me discount for having insurance, that’s unheard of in the dental office these days. I felt like a family member... as they welcomed me and even thanked me for being there today. I haven’t seen customer service like this in years.I go back next week to have some fillings done and I am actually looking forward to seeing everyone there again...They are ALL so very sweet and Dr G seems to adore his staff and his patients, He is an angel himself. I would recommend this office if you want to feel like family and get your teeth cleaned/fixed while visiting with them. I have been smiling all day just thinking about good my teeth feel and look. And even if it werent the perfect location for me, Id go out of my way to go to this dentist. He and his staff are kind, profession, approachable, gentle (seriously, Ive never had a more steady, gentle dentist in my life) and they take the time to understand my needs and wishes during a procedure. I recommend this practice without any hesitation whatsoever. Great people, great experiences.

I was made to pay for services that were covered by my insurance. I went for cleaning my teeth and after charging me for what is free x-ray and panoramic and was told that I need to pay for that and to pay 1000 dollars for cleaning my teeth.Would not trust this place for anything.Update : this ya not about not explaining fees . This about not being honest and ethical about what is needed as care. This is unethical. They didn’t treat an abscess and recurring infection that is spreading to my blood stream and becoming systemic inflection . Shame on you.

This is an amazing dental office! Ive been coming here for years and refer all my friends. The entire staff is wonderful, warm, and professional. For my regular visits my dental hygienist is Liz who always does a lightning fast and fantastic job. The staff here really cares about making sure you have a positive experience.The other day I had a sensitive tooth and called late in the afternoon to see if I could get an appointment and Jennifer got me scheduled to see Dr. Giscombe first thing in the morning-- basically 20 business minutes worth of notice. Michelle took awesome care of me, getting x-rays and making sure I was comfortable. Dr. G popped in a filling and I was out the door in 90 minutes. I couldnt be more delighted to receive dental work, which is a sentence I never thought I would type.

Who would have thought you could actually ENJOY getting a filling!?! I didnt think it was possible, but yesterday I had my first real filling done...and I had to do 2 at once...so you can say I was a little nervous. But Dr. G and the entire staff at BRDC are so welcoming, comforting and personable, and you can tell Dr. G really is fantastic at what he does. The overall experience is everything you could ever want in a healthcare provider! I honestly look forward to going to the dentist and I know Im in good hands!

I have just had a crown put in by Dr. Ku. She is an excellent, gentle, very attentive dentist and made sure that her patient get the best treatment. She found a hair line crack on another teeth which has never detected by my prior dentists. All of her assistants are very attentive and great with cleaning my teeth and assisting her. My first visit to Blue Ridge Dental was for final work on implants I was receiving. Dr. Ku and staff are knowledgable, caring and friendly. The take the time to explain the work being done and what to expect during the procedure, all the while being concerned about your comfort.From reception to check out the entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Ku is an excellent dentist and the best that I’ve ever met. She treats her patients with gentleness, love and patience. Because she’s not only doing her job, she really cares about her patients. Also she knows how to utilize her staff to better serve each patient. Many people are afraid to go to see their dentist including me, because of the fear of pain and the treatment they have from their dentists. But the experience I have in Dr. Ku’s practice makes it such a difference. I know she and her team truly takes good care of my teeth.

I went to visit Dr. Eva Ku and her team of professionals. I am very impressed with the service and care that I received. I highly recommend them to all who are looking for a great dental experience.

As someone who is not terribly comfortable going to the dentist, I could not have had a better experience! Starting with Jennifer, the Office Manager, who was not just kind and reassuring on the phone when I first scheduled my appointment, but thoughtful enough to have made note of that and was even more comforting when I arrived for my appointment, to Ginny, who repeatedly checked to see that I was doing ok and literally ran to and from the room while taking x-rays to minimize my discomfort, and Dr. Ku, who was equally kind and compassionate and willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. I cant recommend Blue Ridge Dental Care enough as Dr. Ku and her staff were wonderful!

I have been seeing Dr. Ku and her staff for a few years now. Dr. Ku is so intelligent, kind and also very gentle! She and her staff went above and beyond to help me with a billing and insurance challenge when they didnt have to. I even saw Dr. Ku at a restaurant once and she immediately said Hi John, how are you? She truly knows and cares for her patients.

I had a thorough and gentle exam by Dr. Eva Ku at my dental appointment several weeks ago. Dr. Ku and her staff educated me about my mouth with an oral cancer check, digital x-rays and an intra-oral camera. The quality of care I received was excellent!

I and my son visited Dr. Ku last week. I was impressed by how she worked with my son. My son is a strong-willed child. He is very picky and he screams for things that are not his way. Initially, I didnt expect he would complete the whole treatment, but surprisingly because Dr. Ku is very experienced in dealing with kids, he didnt scream during the whole time. He was very co-operative and happy. He also got a very cute rabbit mask and a kid brush as rewards at the end.I am also very pleased with the experience because Dr. Ku is very considerate. Since I am pregnant, she didnt ask me to take an X-ray like the other dentists did. Instead, she used a small camera to take pictures of my teeth and showed me a small crack of a tooth. I was surprised because my other dentists never told me about the small crack. She is definitely very careful and detail person.

I want to start by saying I am the hugest wimp ever when it comes to going to the dentist. I am 32 years old and covered in tattoos yet I sit at the dentists office and cry. I transferred from my family dentist to Dr. Ku because she was conveniently located close to my office. I was a new patient and I called to schedule an appointment because I was in a lot of pain and I was told to come in that day that they were able to work me in. When I got to the office (extremely nervous) the lady at the front desk was the SWEETEST!! She had a very calming voice tone that just made you feel comfortable. I sat in the waiting room for only a few minutes before being taken back to the exam room. The hygienist that started my exam was AWESOME!! I needed a few x-rays and because I am so tiny hygienists in the past have had a really hard time getting the x-ray things in position without hurting me & she was able to get them in and positioned perfectly the first time with no pain at all. She was very thorough and seemed very content on finding out where my pain was coming from. Before she was even done examining me Dr. Ku came into the room and introduced herself and began her examination as well. She was EXCELLENT!! She was very nice; she took the time to actually sit down with me to make sure I understood what the diagnosis was & what the next steps were. Dr. Ku and the hygienist both took extra time to look at a lip piercing that was causing some irritation even though that is not the primary reason I was there. Dr. Ku had a very calm aura about her as well. By the time I left I was not feeling as intimidated about going to the dentist as I did going in. I would recommend Dr. Ku to anyone...her and her staff all seem like really great people!! Huge thanks to Dr. Ku and her staff!!

Dr. Eva Ku is an experienced an gentle dentist, many a times in the past I felt pressured into doing treatments without understanding the reasons behind them but she listened to my concerns, took the time to explain my treatments in detail and took great care of me.
