First I would like to say, I really really appreciate your effort and patience in putting up with my sons fussiness during our dental appointment and how you tried to work it out (transferring him back and forth to the next room when needed) with me and my husbands same time schedule plus bringing our 11 month old baby with us. Dr. Blessings was just that, a blessing. From our consultation to the actual procedure, we were shown kindness and compassion. I could not have asked for a better experience for my daughter.Also, the front desk staff is spectacular. I had to bring my 2 year old along and she did well for a while but started to get antsy. One of the ladies at the desk saw a need and met it. She brought out a small toy that kept my daughter entertained for the remainder of the time we were there.If we lived closer, Id bring my whole family to this office!

We choose this Dentist office for my Grandson because we wanted him to have his own Dentist in a family atmosphere. This office is very nice, clean & beautiful inside. The staff was very kind from the time we got there. Courtney did a great job with my Grandson teeth cleaning. I thought he would be afraid but he wasnt she was so polite and kind spoken to him he did just fine. The Dentist was nice too very caring spirit. My sister had an appointment with Dr. Blessings for a consult for sedation due to severe dental anxiety. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly front desk staff who promptly checked us in and answered our questions about what to expect with the consult today. We were seated quickly and Alexis and Dr. Blessings were very sensitive to my sister’s server anxiety, my mom’s concerns about treatment, and the extreme understanding with both of us (my mom and myself) being involved with her care.Recommend treatment and all procedures were explained in a way that was easy to understand and my sister was very comfortable from start to finish. I took my 15 year old daughter to the falls of nuese office and she had a very positive experience. The dental hygienist (I cant remember her name!) Was the sweetest woman, put my daughter who has pretty extreme anxiety at ease. Very understanding and compassionate office staff. Thank you!

Arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and in 2 minutes I was called back to have a tooth extracted. Dr. blessing and his nurse were efficient, explained everything they were doing. It was a totally painless extraction with impressions for a denture. I was done, paid and out the door in one hr. And 10 minutes. Totally pleased!

Today was my daughter and I first visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. My personal assistant checked my teeth and did my X-ray. When she cleaned my teeth, I didn’t have any of the usual pain and discomfort. From seeing the X-ray she already knew about my sensitive teeth. Thanks so much.

My dental hygienist was great!! She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and she was very friendly. Usually, Dr. Blessing is friendly too, but he seemed off today. I felt like although he was answering my questions, his mind was somewhere else, which made me uncomfortable.

Dr. Blessing is a great dentist, I would recommend him to anybody. However, today my experience with his dental assistant was bad. He was rude and very unfriendly is a nice way to put it. I am paying to get my teeth fixed, I am not paying for bad attitude and bad customer services.

I had to bring my two young children with me to my appointment today. I was so nervous because I did not know how they would act as I was getting my cleaning done; however, the staff was amazing! They were patient with me, and assisted in looking after my kids as I was unable to for the time. Even when things did get overwhelming, they knew how to handle the situation! Through the whole process of my appointment, everything was explained to me. Any questions were answered.

I was so upset that I waited a couple of weeks before I wrote this review. I am not going to give a bad or a good review, I am going to give you a true review. I am a Veteran of the U.S. Army and I served this great country for 12+ years; unfortunately, I was injured and prematurely medically discharged (honorably) from service. I have been deemed by the military to be a 100% disabled Veteran because of my service-connected injuries; as a result, one of my Federal entitlements is dental care. The VA hospital dental clinic (under the Mission Act), because of the volume of Veterans in need of dental care, referred me out to the community. I was referred to Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry located at 4400 Falls of Neuse Rd #202, Raleigh, NC 27609. I was seen by the dentist for an initial exam and I noticed he seemed to be not as engaging as dentists in my past visits at other offices, but I just chalked it up to him possibly being busy or having a less than good day. Riccobene performed my exam and I was told they would put together a treatment plan and send it to the VA for approval. After many attempts of calling, leaving messages, and perseverance I finally got them to send my treatment plan to the VA for approval. I did not understand why the process was taking so long because dental offices I have been to are usually very proficient when it comes to getting patients in for appointments; however, I was patient with the process and once again chalked it up to the clinic being busy. Once I finally had all treatment approved by the VA , I tried to call the dental office to set up an appointment multiple times and left no less than 5 – 10 messages. I never received a call back from the office. I spoke to a front desk person at the office named April, who was about has helpful and competent as a empty can of soda, and she said they had new software at the office and that is why the process was so slow. She stated she would call me back once she got better with the software; I never received a call back. After many weeks of this treatment, I finally called the VA and ask to be referred to another dental office. I believe this office discriminated against me because I am a Veteran. The government has fixed rates they agree to pay all dental offices for all dental procedures performed on Veterans. More times than not, these rates are usually lower than what the dental office would charge civilian insurance so dental offices put a lower priority of Veterans like myself. I understand everyone is in business to make money but it is because of Veterans like me that made a sacrifice for this country that these dental offices are able to charge their inflated prices and to have the “option” to see who they want to see when they want to see them. It was an honor to serve my country and I have no regrets about doing so, I just never thought when I was sacrificing my life to give Americans “options”, that those “options” would be used against me. This dentist office clearly values money over things like loyalty, honor, respect, duty, and many other values money can’t buy; as result, I am glad I have transferred my service and I hope other Veterans, family of Veterans, friends of Veterans, people that know Veterans, and just people that respect the sacrifice Veterans have made for this country stay away from this dental office.

It seems a trend that is going on in these reviews and I will be adding to that.I am a veteran and was sent to Riccobene on 4400 Falls of Neuse road for an emergency appointment. The removed the tooth and started the process of replacing, which they were approved for from the VA. Doctor told me that it would take several months for the bone graft to heal so the new tooth could get put in. In the mean time, the VA approved a treatment plan for my entire mouth that Riccobene submitted for approval. I had only one appointment for that approval and when I contacted them I received no response or calls back. Also, and the worst part, I am STILL missing a tooth. This was in 2020!Fast forward to almost 3 weeks ago (today is Feb 24,2021), a tooth cracked wide open!!!! VA approved emergency services and send me to Riccobene at 13251 Falls of Neuse! Get there, and they say they are only approved for an X-ray and exam. The approval from the VA clearly covers extractions, and replacements should it be necessary without additional approval. The doctor at this office tells me that they are going to transfer my treatment plan and get everything taken care of here. Problem with that is, me and the VA representative spoke to both offices on three way prior to going in and they said they would do this transfer of information and none of it had been done. What makes it even worse is one of the women that helped set up, schedule, and do certain things from 4400 office works at the 13251 office and actually came in and saw me and said she was going to “check on things” and I still haven’t heard back.Been going back and forth with both these offices about getting the care that Hs been approved by the VA and I continue to not receive a return call. Today is Feb 24th, 2021 and I am still missing a tooth they were supposed to replace and still have a cracked tooth that they are supposed to fix. And to top that off, I received a bill from Riccobene for services, and as a veteran working through community care, the Debra office is not supposed to charge me for anything. I hope other veterans have had a better experience. I’d like to believe they aren’t treating me different due to my color, but the one girl saying my name doesn’t sound like a black name should probably tell me something!!!🤬

Absolutely WONDERFUL...ladies are extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Blessing lives up to his name. He is truly a blessing. My husband and I went here and he hasnt been to the dentist in years bc of a really had experience. I explained this to the staff and told them he is VERY insecure about his teeth and what happened to him. They treated him like he goes to the dentist every year and his teeth were normal. That means the world to me. Thank you ALL so much

Ive been going to Riccobene Falls of the Neuse location for several years now. Dr. Blessing has been great and he has had a considerable amount of work to do from time to time. The techs are great, the office staff is always friendly and helpful with insurance, and Im very pleased with their service and prices. Id give five stars if they didnt have so much turnover in the dental hygienists. I like having the same dental hygienist doing my cleanings every time if possible.

You really did brighten his smile from the dental care you provided AND my mine from the way you treated him and us as new to your practice. Dr. Blessings is rude, rushed, and unprofessional. This office seems to have very high turnover with their staff, and since he’s apparently the only dentist there right now, I can see why. I have been with Riccobene for as long as I can remember, and the quality of care has gone downhill. For regular cleanings and stuff they get the job done, but anything beyond that, I would highly recommend seeking a second or third opinion elsewhere. They are more concerned about their volume of patients rather then quality of care.

I needed a cleaning, cavities, and some extractions. They went step by step. I wasnt even scared. Everything was amazing. I couldnt believe how personable they were. I would highly recommend the riccobene on Falls Of The Nause.

I got an an emergency appointment within a week. The staff and dentist were all very friendly, courteous and respectful. Everything was explained to me prior to my procedure with the cost broken down. I also signed up for their in house dental insurance. The cost for both was extremely reasonable. I felt good energy from everyone in the office. I recommend this office as a good honest dental experience.

My daughter called in pain and needed to see someone and because she had no insurance they advised she would have to pay $300 before they would even tell her what was wrong and then it would be another amount to correct the problem. In these times this is a ridiculous amount of money to have to pay up front before you will assist someone in pain. I will never recommend Riccobene again.

Definitely be cautious seeing Dr. Lewis! Dr. Lewis gave me a treatment plan recommending three teeth have fillings, one existing crown be replaced, and three new crowns be completed. I went to see another dentist for a second opinion. My new dentist said if these teeth were not bothering me it was better to leave them alone. Theres a big difference between a $4372 estimate of services versus no work needing done!

Dr. Meckler Is Truly Amazing I would follow him anywhere, However I needed to see Dr. Meckler and he wasn’t at the knowledge office so for me to see him I had to go to this office and let me tell you I was so disgusted with the customer service at this branch until it was unbelievable the only good experience about my visit here was that I was able to see Dr. Mekler. I will never and I repeat never refer anyone to this branch or come back to this branch once my services there is done.!!!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️

Do not recommend! Raleigh location replaced two filings that were not loose when I had two active cavities. Would not provide cleaning or filing cavities until they had replaced the two filings first. Should have left right then and there as this was absurd at best. Had the two cavities filled, paid the insurance copay and additional charges, then get a bill for over another $100. Do you teeth a favor and find another reputable dentist!

It has been SEVERAL years since I had been to the dentist so you can imagine my apprehension upon my first visit. But from the time I made my appointment until the time I left my experience was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff was welcoming and Suzanne made me feel completely comfortable as she explained everything step by step. I scheduled a last minute appointment due to what I thought was a dental emergency. The practice was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. It turns out my issue wasnt as bad as I thought. However, as a person who is deathly afraid of dentists, this practice renewed my faith in good dentistry. I love the cable televisions in the exam rooms!

I had an appointment today at 2pm they called my name at 2:05pm which is very impressive because sometimes you can be super early to your appointment and they will call your name 30 minutes later. I was very happy with my experience with Riccobene! I had two wisdom teeth removed and was terrified (and acting like a baby), but they did their best to calm me down and gave me ample time without making me feel rushed. Out of this world experience. Came in with tooth pain from the night before not knowing what was going on. Renee my hygeneist was bubbly, and super friendly which made me feel comfortable with her. I have visited the Falls Raleigh Riccobene location three times, and every time have received exceptional service. The dentists, hygienists, and receptionist are all very professional and knowledgeable, and they are willing to thoroughly answer any questions I have. They seem genuinely interested in my dental health. I have been searching for a regular dentist office in Raleigh, and I believe I have found it!

Let me start out by saying that I WAS happy with my service over the 1.5years I have been going until today....This morning I received a text message at 10am confirming (or so I thought) my appointment at 12pm this afternoon. So I left work during one of the busiest seasons of the year at 11:30am to make the 30minute trek from RTP to the office. Upon arriving just before 12pm I was informed that my spot had been filled as I had not confirmed my visit. Despite showing the text message I had received this AM to the person working the front desk, she insisted that I had to confirm before the appointment. (I attached a screenshot of the message) ....Should I have made a better effort to confirm? Yes. Should I have been called and informed that my spot was filled INSTEAD of receiving a confirmation text? Absolutely. Now I have wasted an hour driving and will have to explain to my manager why I need to take more time off to go to the dentist, which makes me look like a bad employee.

I love going to Riccobene Associates. The team is fantastic!!!!!! They always have a smile on their faces, I have great conversations when Im there. They make the visit very pleasant. If you are looking for a dentist, be sure to look them up u will not be disappointed.

This dental office is the best. After going to the wrong office on the same road, the ladies at 4400 falls of the nuese were exceptional! Even with me being a new patient and 35 minutes late with my 5 year old. Their attitudes were just through the roof and so positive. This is the place we will remain as long as they keep the same type of people working in their office. I for sure will recommend this office for any new patient.

The staff is very friendly and caring. The techs are professional and make sure that you feel comfortable. I love having Dr. Blessing as my dentist. Hes kind, explains what is going to happen. My former dentist rushed me through and seemed frustrated and annoyed that it took 6 shots to numb my tooth. They were about to send me home with nothing done. Dr. Blessing reassured me that he would see to it that my tooth would be numbed and that it would not be a problem for him. I know Im in good hands.Just had the fastest and most pain free extraction ever!! Thanks, Dr. Blessing
