Best place to go if you have anxiety. The staff was very attentive and explained everything. They took time to answer my questions about the procedure and were genuinely concerned about my comfort.

Having your wisdom teeth extracted isnt normally associated with a positive experience, but in my case, it definitely was! The staff here is friendly, the facility is clean and comfortable, and Dr. Cross set me at ease throughout the procedure and post-op. He even personally called me the following day to check in on my recovery! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. 5 stars!

I was referred to NCOSO by my dentist for wisdom tooth extraction and in full honestly I was skeptical regarding the customer service after reading the reviews on Yelp and after a few phones calls to get an estimate for the cost with my new insurance. Overall, despite my reservations, NCOSO did a a great in making me feel comfortable the day of my surgery. Kelsey was really sweet in her courtesy call the day before and I absolutely wished i remembered the name of the pre-op nurse that made this very adult woman calm her nerves about the procedure. She had impeccable bedside manners and the front desk assistant was also really sweet about addressing my husbands concerns once i went back. The process was smooth, it was quick.

The office staff was quick with their work even when we arrived early. My son has serious anxiety with needles and the nurse was AMAZING and encouraging and helped him relax. She was quick with the stick and he didnt even flinch. The surgery was super fast and I are fully satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you, we have been waiting for this surgery for over a year, this was the best place to have it done.

I had a surgery scheduled with Dr. H this morning (4/29) for 8:15 am. I confirmed with them yesterday at 10 am that my appointment for today was good to go. Well guess what? 20 minutes before my surgery (7:50 am) they call saying that they have to reschedule. The Dr got his second Covid vaccine and was not feeling well... Super confusing to me because I confirmed not even 24 hours ago. Why get a vaccine in the middle of a work week when you have surgeries scheduled? Blows my mind. Not to mention how rude the entire office staff has been - unapologetic and one even raised her voice at me. They cant get me in for another month, right around the time when my insurance expires. Save yourself the headache and pass on this location. If you cant respect the time of your patients, you shouldnt be in this field of work. If you cant return the calls of your concerned patients when you cancelled the surgery 20 minutes before, check yourself and your staff. Clearly theres a lot of miscommunication in your office alone. Its so unprofessional and a huge disappointment. All they could offer was a cancellation. I dont trust this office at all.

Great visit! Dr H and the team took great care of me! I walked in with a surgical need and a tight window it needed to be completed before I relocated out of state. I was placed on standby and before I could even get back to work I received a phone call offering a slot that had just opened up. That’s the definition of excellent service and shows compassion for patient’s needs. If you need surgery - this is the place for you!

My son came in for a visit and Nadia was very patient with him, she took her time explaining things to us and didnt get angry when I kept asking her the same questions over and over. She works in the Orthodontics department. I will refer others here because the staff was great!

This office is terrible... Tammy koelsch O’Neill the office manager, looked up my friend on facebook who was a patient and threatened her... I find this ridiculous bc as a HEALTHCARE office it is unprofessional to look up patient names and threaten them bc she left a poor review. All of which the review was VALID. As an office you cannot R/S a patient 20 min before surgery after the patient already confirmed her appointment. That in itself is not okay, but also to threaten a patient via Facebook? We have screenshots. Feel free to threaten us again. This is not okay. And other patients please be aware! Do NOT get any procedures done here. It is shocking how unprofessional this office is.

They were AWESOME I had all of my wisdom teeth removed just a few of hours ago! I only remember what happened before the Dr gave me my medicine and then the waking up in the wheel chair. He was really informative; explained my X-ray to me and as to why I was having pain. The two ladies that helped during my op. were super kind! I really appreciated this because I was soo nervous! Horrible experience. When I made my appointment a month in advance i was not given any information on what to expect or how to prepare for my wisdom teeth surgery. I had to call them a few days before for them to tell me that I needed to have a chaperon as well as that I couldnt eat or drink for 8 hours prior (very important information to know beforehand). The front desk and surgeon were cold and apathetic towards me throughout the entire process and the surgeon made me feel scared and uneasy. The building looks like it hasnt been renovated in 40 years. I ended up deciding to go to another surgeon. Very unfriendly and disorganized place

This place has lied to me with bait and switch services, cost me hundreds in lost wages and sick time, cancelled appointments, discriminated against my disabilities , and is causing more detrimental harm to my teeth by delaying to finish services that will inevitably cost me thousands. Unable to proceed to normal dentist as I am stuck by unfinished procedures. Its frustrating to no end the way some Businesses carry themselves. I deplore this location and wish Lane and associates would find a worthy surgeon.

I highly recommend Dr. Dunn and her amazing team. They performed a tooth extraction on my daughter, who was pretty nervous about the procedure. They were patient, thoughtful, and compassionate. It felt like they treated her as if she was one of their own family members. The whole thing ended up being quick and stress free. NC Oral Surgery & Orthodontics has been so great for our 10 year daughter. She just got braces and despite being very nervous at first, she now looks forward to coming to her check up visits. The staff is very friendly and makes her visits fun and positive. I highly recommend this practice!

I was scheduled to have my wisdom teeth removed today October 15th until the oral surgeon of this practice canceled an hour before. now don’t get my wrong we all have emergency’s but how does this oral surgeon not have a back up plan or another appointment the next day ... they suggested I come November 10 to have my teeth removed which isn’t fair to me . I do not recommend this oral surgeon I give this practice a 1 star and I’m not rescheduling my appointment with them because of this I took a day off of work and a day off from my life to have my teeth removed during this pandemic Now I have to explain to my supervisor how this all happen all of sudden after they called me all week asking me was I coming to this appointment.

OMG, I was referred here by the staff of Lane and Associates in Knightdale and so happy I came. I had anxiety about having a wisdom tooth pulled and the pain that might go along with it but the staff and oral surgeon made it a breeze. I cant speak for anyone else but beside the numbing agent and sedation my recovery was fast. I had no pain after the procedure and am feeling like nothing happened the next day. Once again thos was a great experience and would be happy to recommend this office for any type of oral surgery.

Dr.dunn and her assistants (can’t remember there names) they were so awesome words just can’t explain how great this people are. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. One was coming in sideways on the bottom the rest were coming in normally and they all 4 had came through him, I was nervous but I promise you don’t be! They take care of you so good and make you feel at home!!!! Definitely recommend this pace 100%!!!

Dr. Wong is both incredibly friendly as well as professional. She is wonderful with younger children and did a great job explaining the process as well as soothing any fears i had. She even called me to check on my daughter the day after she had her braces bonded. The office itself is clean and state of the art. Very welcoming staff and knowledgeable doctors. My experience of getting wisdom teeth removed was great with Dr. Dunn and team. Mine was a little complicated case with teeth growing curved, tooth being too close to a nerve and what not. But Dr. Dunn gave me confidence before the surgery which calmed me down. Even after surgery she called me personally to check if everything was fine.

Dr. Wong and the staff at her office have been amazing over the past two years. I drove an hour and twenty minutes for my daughters braces and the maintenance. I appreciate how they have always treated us in a loving manner. I highly recommend anyone to Dr. Wongs office.

I was referred by my dentist as I have some complicating medical issues, coronary artery related. I had 1 tooth that broke at the gum line and another that had an abscess under a crown installed over 20 years ago. I got an appointment for a consult in short order, and after xrays and exam it was recommended that both be removed. Starting with the tooth that was abscessed, which was done after a course of antibiotics. I have had teeth pulled before, and while no means a pleasant experience the current one was done professionally, quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The dentist and assistant were courteous, informative and friendly answering my questions and providing additional information. While having a tooth removed is not a pleasant experience, I have to give this group high marks on how and what they did.

My whole experience with Lane and Associates has been an awesome one. You all have worked diligently to help me today from beginning to end. Everyone was extremely courteous, concerned, compassionate, and patient with me and I greatly appreciate you for it, as I have had traumatic dental experiences in the past. Dr. Dunn and her Dental Assistant are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I serve in the United States Aur Force. And I needed my teeth taken out immediately. Their service and commitment to excellence are outstanding. My procedure consists of all four of my wisdom teeth extracted, the bottom two were growing in horizontally, fully impacted with the neighboring teeth. The top two were growing in normally but not erupted through the gums. This could have been a very painful ordeal. Just to add to the fact that I stayed awake the entire time. Dr. Dunn and her Dental Assistant moved swiftly and diligently. She made the extraction that was quite complicated, appear to be effortless. They were very calm when even though my teeth and roots were stubborn indeed. I would recommend their services without a doubt. They were clear and concise on how to use the medicine during the post operation recovery. They gave me enough medicine for the pain and the healing process. Thank you DR. Dunn and Ms Ba for your services, kindness, and care.

I had a wisdom tooth (upper left), extracted this morning with no sedation. The procedure was extremely simple, quick, and pain free. When Dr. Haralambakis told me the procedure was finished, I could not believe it. Not only did he and make me feel extremely comfortable his assistant (Im sorry I cannot remember her name), but also walked me through and explained exactly what was going to happen and why it was happening. AWESOME STAFF! Dr. Dunn was a sweetheart & is an excellent surgeon! She is very knowledgeable, kind, efficient & patient! My son had to have two wisdom teeth removed & she made it a VERY easy experience for him!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY PROCEDURE!Dr. Dunn was my physician. I do not recommend her what so ever. She has horrible bedside manor and is extremely unprofessional. During a procedure where I was suppose to be sedated. I was awake crying in pain, my blood pressure was also elevated to 150/90 (my baseline is 110/75), yet she informed me that I was not in pain. I was just experiencing “pressure”. After the procedure she didn’t communicate with me that it was over. She left and had her assistants wrap everything up. I had to ask to see her after my procedure, in which she was arrogant and did not apologize. I get tears thinking about what a horrible experience this physician made it for me. I left the clinic, feeling alert and oriented x4, not the typical scenario you see when someone gets their wisdom teeth taken out. I spoke to a pharmacist and she informed me that I should have never even remember the procedure based on the medication I was given. I am a cardiothoracic nurse at Duke, and I have never seen a doctor care so little about their patient, and to tell someone they weren’t in pain as tears are rolling down their face.

I was informed about my appt ahead of time and when an earlier date became available theyve contacted me promptly. I truly enjoyed and appreciated their services.

I was referred from the Harvest Oaks location for an extraction. I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr.Dunn expecting to have to wait an additional week before I could actually have the tooth extracted because her schedule was already booked. After completing my exam she asked if I wanted her to extract the tooth that day! I was in so much pain so I said absolutely! She was very thorough in describing what needed to be done and took the time to answer my many questions. She has a naturally calming demeanor which I found to be soothing. She was quick and efficient, but not rushed. Kaitlin was her assistant and she was wonderful. She played classical music for me because I was a little nervous and chatted with me while she was prepping me for the procedure. I went back a few days later for post op and Dr. Dunn assured me that I was healing nicely. Bryan was assisting her this time and he was very kind and informative as he explained the natural healing process. Both of my appts started on time and didnt last very long. All of the staff Ive encountered have been extremely nice and very helpful. I would return here for any future procedures and highly recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery! I was nervous as all get out from having a troubling experience at a different facility out of state. However, my experience here was absolutely great! The staff and Doctor are awesome Dr. Dunn is an amazing person and does a great job. What was thought to take an hour or so took less than half the time I was in I was out and my wisdom teeth are no longer a problem. I dont know how it is for others but, I have very little to no swelling. This is a great place to go!THANK YOU!

My experience with Dr. H at NCOS was fine for the consult and procedure, which was an implant for #30. He was happy to tell me we have PLENTY of bone to work with, so were going to use a 5 mm screw! I could hardly contain my excitement ;) The procedure itself was quick and painless. Anaesthesia was given with care and concern always for my comfort. One day after, pain management with ibuprofen is completely adequate. I look forward to an uneventful recovery until my follow-up appointment. Glory and Jill provided professional and good-natured support. I can recommend Dr. Halambakiss service without reservation.

I Just had my wisdom teeth out at North Carolina Oral Surgery & Orthodontics. Dr. Dunn was my surgeon and she was spectacular! I put off having my wisdom teeth out for 7 years and it was a relief to have them out. I was awake the entire time with local pain shots to numb my jaw. It was really awesome to see Dr. Dunn pull them out finally! Dr. Dunn let me take home my teeth, and I am excited to use them in an art piece in the near future! No need to be scared of getting your wisdom teeth out.

I was referred to this location by their sister facility. Well the secretary Kendall was very kind and helpful at first. Once I decided not to get my procedure done there she has the worst attitude ever. I called to have them send a referral and my xray over to the facility I decided to go with due to them being closer; again I spoke with Kendall and she was very rude and blah very different from her original happy, excited self. She said she send my information over and the referral, when I got that my appointment none of the items had been sent. The reception lady called then 3 times and it took them over 30 min to send over what should have been sent a week ago. Safe to say shes a take just putting on for a check. The doctor was very kind. He was the GD not one of the specialist. His staff needs work. If you do as they want they are kind. If you choose elsewhere over then they will turn evil!

They were the nicest and quickest in taking care of me. Dr. H was truly passionate and straight forward and gave me lectuared consult. I was in an out of there. Going to the dentist can be a scary prospect, especially when youre having the worst toothache of your life. It turned out that I had an infection and needed a front tooth pulled and Dr. Dunn was able to see me immediately for the extraction and first steps of a dental implant.Im not an easy patient. I had more than my fair share of worries over the 8 months from extraction to final implant. But Dr. Dunn was there every step of the way, ensuring that my implant would be a success. Halfway through the process it became clear that I needed a bone graft but Dr. Dunn and her team assured me that this was that best way forward and they were right. I couldnt be more thrilled with the end product. Now, you cant even tell which tooth is missing!I dont wish having to go through the implant process on anyone. But sometimes things happen, and if you have to go through it near Raleigh, you cant find a more caring team and better hands than Lane and Associates.

I was super nervous and the entire team was understanding and attentive to me through the entire extraction procedure. Dr. Dunn was very professional and removed the teeth in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

I went in for 4 wisdom AND and 1 broken tooth 5 days ago and they made me relaxed comfortable it was over before I knew it all I remember was waking up like its done they all out.lol My healing process is still in progress with 5 removals and its just a week to be expected ...kudos 👍🏼

Being that Im TERRIFIED of the dentist and that Ive had horrible experiences, I felt like I would go into a complete melt down. NOT!!! The staff were very professional and sweet. Went in to see Dr. H he was very friendly and put my mind at ease. The front and back staff did an amazing job at explaining everything to me.They were all very friendly. Office is very clean and organized. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My 5 year old son had a procedure done calling around to different oral surgeons some said they couldnt do it some acted clueless on what I was needing but when I called I spoke with Kendall she was very helpful with all my questions and concerns she got us in as quick as they could with Dr. Dunn. Dr. Dunn performed his procedure and was absolutely wonderful I was a nervous wreck that day so his dad stayed back with him and I waited in the waiting room to keep my son from seeing me upset. Kendall kept me posted on how he was doing and assured me he was ok she even called and check on us later that day I was very pleased with Dr. Dunn and all the staff that day.

They made me feel really comfortable and at ease with the procedure that was going to be done. Once I was in a semi-conscious state, the surgery seemed to go by fast. I didnt have any side effects from the anesthesia.

I went in to have all of my wisdom teeth take out. I was put under. It felt like I was asleep for 2 seconds and when I woke up I was fine. A little dizzy from the anesthsia but its been about 4 hours since I am home and I am not bleeding. Thank you doctor Dunn and staff. You were all amazing and very comforting!
