I had my first visit to North Hills Dentistry today and was totally satisfied with the friendly service of Dr. Heberer and his team. Their online appointment system was easy to use and it sent me several reminders leading up to my actual appointment. My visit with the dental hygienist began on time. She was friendly and professional while completing my first visit x-rays and cleaning. She gave me a thorough explanation of everything she was doing along with a summary of what she observed. Dr. Heberer arrived shortly after the hygienist finished and completed his evaluation. He gave me his findings and explained he believed in conservative treatment. He said there was nothing critical and pointed out a few areas he would watch over my subsequent appointments. My wife has been a satisfied patient of Dr. Heberer for many years. I can now fully appreciated why she recommends him so highly.

The doctor and staff were so nice and welcoming! There was a short wait for the doctor but I hardly noticed as the hygienist kept me company. They were extremely accommodating. I dont have dental insurance but I wanted an issue checked out. Dr. Herberer told me if I kept doing what I was doing I should be fine, and let me walk out free of charge, even after a couple x rays. I was amazed. Im definitely going back for a cleaning, they have a great program for $25 a month or $299 a year.

I can’t begin to thank Dr. H and the staff at North Hills dentistry enough for the excellent care they provided during an dental emergency. Walking in as a new patient, they treated me as if I was family. They were very thorough throughout the process and mostly importantly patient with me as I decided on the best treatment plan. Dr. Heberer and his staff have been great. I especially like crowns and overlays being created in the office. If was fun(as fun as dental work can be) to go from a bad tooth, through the design and milling process and walk out with a new tooth that will hopefully last for many years.

I love this dentist. The office is cozy and unpretentious, the staff are genuinely kind and make me feel at home. Dr. Heberer is excellent and he speaks to his patients with practicality and honesty. I have been to dentist after dentist after moving here and never felt comfortable til I found this office. Yesterday I came in with a cracked molar and Dr. Heberer helped me understand my options but never tried to sell me on expensive procedures. I had an unpleasant experience with a dentist I had been seeing for years. I searched for a new dentist and I believe I found the best. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Herberer and his team. I recently had my first and only root canal and crown done and it went so smooth. He was very patient and let me know exactly what was going down throughout the procedure. I am so grateful to him and to his assistant Harriet for making this procedure as comfortable as possible. Such good people.

Had a crown put on today. Honestly was dreading going but very happy with the results. Everything was done on one visit! Most dentists have their crowns made at an outside lab which require two appointments. Not North Hills Dentistry. Everything was done in their office and completed in a few hours. Dr Heberer and his assistant Harriet were great and made me feel comfortable during a fairly involved procedure. Thanks again for a job well done!

Going to the dentist is never going to be fun, but these folks do a great job. they are family owned/run, and will definitely take care of your teeth! i have been getting yearly cleanings for ~4 or 5 years now, and have had a couple cavities filled (all because I continue to ignore their astute advice to stop drinking soda!) These fillings have all been quick with no hassle and no pain.

My husband and I have been going to this practice for more than 20 years and feel like family with the whole office! Now we have a child and she goes as well. They are so friendly, punctual, and thorough. They explain everything in a way that I understand, and only recommend more extensive treatments when absolutely necessary. Went in to see Drew Heberer this morning to have my teeth checked out and cleaned. I thought the cleaning was excellent and Drew spent quite a bit of time talking with me about the about the entire architecture of my mouth. I would highly recommend this dentist anyone.
