The receptionist is very polite and helpful.Review: Based on emergency, I was able to get an appointment 9n Sunday afternoon (as of that day, 10AM-2PM they attended emergency dental cases). The dentist and his assistant were very welcoming and tried to make my visit as pain free and comfortable as possible. The billing was brought to me well before the procedure to maintain transparency. I have a routine checkup after 4 weeks. Trustworthy place, for an emergency appointment.Things to expect: Based on the number of patients and dentists availability on a Sunday, waiting time was more. But I was okay with it. At least, this was a rare dentist place open on Sunday for help, in the neighborhood. Only patients are allowed to avoid crowding (for adults). Insurance details need to be provided during the appointment to maintain easier billing.

Frist its not 24/7Second they No good Customer service, No experience for how to make you happy, so dont go there if youre nervous person or you should be ready for to stay outside while the weather is 105.f oooooooh my wife got headache staying outside an hour for her appointment time 🙃 😑 😩 😫And I and my 4 years old lovely daughter running up and down for 6 hours weather was 105.f and she got sick staying at sun for all that time, they couldnt able to take care for my family and they didnt take her tooth out which Im not happy, then you will not be happy please dont go this location if you are reading this comment I dont recommend you to be this location.Feel better if you or your family feeling toothpain, thanks for reading.

I called on Sunday morning in need of an emergency appointment and Michele had my appointment set for an hour later! Upon arriving, a wonderful woman named Rhonda assisted me with the paperwork and payment processing. After my initial exam they realized that I needed to have multiple things done to resolve my dental issues and not only were they very informative, they were courteous as well. Dr. Pastoor handled all of my procedures with the greatest of care and was kind enough to give me breaks when I needed them. His assistant Brooke even held my hand and wiped my tears along the way. I was there by myself and believe me I was TERRIFIED but their bedside manner was impeccable! I am definitely going to recommend them to all of my friends!

My experience was the most relaxful dentist visit that I have ever had. I was told to relax and thats what I did. Dr. Jones was very caring and considerate when I said it was uncomfortable he stopped and numbed me some more until I couldnt feel anything. After the extraction of the wisdom teeth and cleaning processes were complete, I was completely restored with a smile that was priceless!!!!. I have not had a smile like this since high school! I am more than satisfied and would highly recommend this dentist practice to any and everyone whether adult or child!🙂

Broke a front tooth late Saturday afternoon caught dentist who saw me immediately. They have real time image scanning so no impression needed and instant permanent crown creation, so I got full service same day, on something that would require two visits to my normal dentist. Since my wife and daughter gag on impressions, we will likely be driving the extra distance for the ease of mind.

I had a great experience the dental assistant was awesome they all made me feel comfortable. I had no idea I needed an extraction the dentist/oral surgeon was awesome quick and painless very reasonable I will be returning I had the procedure done then and there instead of having to go elsewhere

My experience at this dental office was amazing. Efficient, fast and kind people. I couldnt have asked for a better place to get my wisdom teeth removed.

They are NOT 24 hours and they do NOT have a 24 hour phone line. I have a severely abscessed tooth, and I tried calling for an hour. No answer and no voicemail. I drove 15 miles hoping someone would be there so I dont die from sepsis, but no one was around. Dont waste your time with these people. Ill tough it out and spend my money at another establishment first thing in the morning.

They were open on Sunday which was cool. We were told to arrive at 2 and seen at 3. I get that theres only a skeleton crew on Sunday. Neither X-ray machine worked, so the extraction was not possible.

Was inquiring about getting some dental work done the gentleman i spoke on the phone with yesterday was extremely nice about everything said they would work with me and figure out my best plan to move forward and get me a estimate of what id be paying in total, when i spoke with mike jones today he would only telling the price of 3 things that would need done to my mouth and was leaving out the pricing of the general cleaning and wouldnt inquire about anything else that needed done just to come in and get an xray and when i told him i didnt have any money right now he proceeded to tell me to call him when i was ready to have work done and hung up. He didnt even want to set up a payment plan or anything, do not go here they just want your money out of your pocket. Something is deff fishy about this place.

Call for a chipped tooth, was told I could get an appointment and they would call me back, this was at 930 pm, the site says available 24 hrs, dentists on call, to handle all emergencies, I called back 6 times because Inever got a call back, I got voice mails, never got an appointment. Now I have to wait till 745am drive to fayvetteville for a walk in appointment. Nothing like under delivering and over promising.
