I’ve been coming here ever since I was 15 and on June 29th I’ll be 21. When I tell y’all that I never use to like the dentist I mean it especially because I have Bad anxiety. They have just been so caring and understanding and mindful of your feelings. They want you to be comfortable they have made me feel relaxed while getting my tooth extraction. You much go here all the staff is polite.

Dr. Ladimer and the staff are professional, warm, personable and welcoming. This is truly a great place to go for all your dental needs. I love it and have definitely recommended them to family and friends. If you’re thinking about going, go! They’re re awesome.

Im a new patient here and everyone that I came in contact with was super friendly! Carol was very kind, did an amazing job with my cleaning and explained everything that she was doing as she went through the process. Ive been a patient at New Hope Dental Care for 5 years. So of course when I decided I wanted cosmetic work done I knew that New Hope Dental Care would be the place. I received four top Labial Veneers and couldnt be more happier with my new smile!! The overall procedure was painless, however a little soreness afterwards, but Ibuprofen was able to ease the pain. I was referred to New Hope Dental by my mother. She talked about this practice so much that I left my previous Dentist to try NHD out. I finally had my appointment for my deep cleaning. This appointment was set a month ago. For the past month I have been so nervous about getting this deep cleaning because my teeth are SO SENSITIVE and I just cant stand getting them cleaned due to the sensitivity. I have thought about cancelling this appointment on several occasions , but I did not. Today was my visit for my deep cleaning and it was the BEST DENTAL APPOINTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD. I expressed my concerns to Mrs. Carolina. She MADE SURE that she took great care of me. She made me feel comfortable and eased my worries. She explained the entire process to me and asked if I had any questions. She is amazing!!!! Dr. L came and numbed me up a few times and I felt NOTHING! I didnt even know that he put the needle in my gums. I WAS SO AMAZED! The whole time I chatted with Mrs. Carolina and Dr. L. A few times I even closed my eyes while Mrs. Carolina cleaned my teeth. I was relaxed. While Dr. L was with another patient he had another team member from the office to check on me to make sure that I was doing okay..... He checked on me while he was with another patient? WOW! He went above and beyond even while he was occupied with another patient. From the very 1st call that I made to NHD I felt welcomed. You can hear the excitement in the ladies voices when they answer the phone. The customer service is unheard of/unseen. They are consistent, the tone in their voices never waiver. I know that I am at the BEST DENTAL PRACTICE IN RALEIGH! I am going to tell everyone about NHD.I am excited about my next appointment. I have been a patient at New Hope Dental for the past 9 years. I have had nothing but excellent experiences and service. As long as I live in this area, I will not go to any other dentist. Dr. Ladimer and his staff are the best in making everyone feel like you are the only patient in the building.

The entire staff is wonderful except Pam she called herself the manager and she is the only one you can address billing issues with!! She is very unprofessional and disconnected the phone call while trying to explain that the claim was denied due to duplicate claims and etc.. The insurance and I try to contact her on 3way and called the office phone numerous time to resolved this matter... I was told I had to email Dr.E about this matter?!? That’s the reason I gave one ⭐️ star because of Pam!!!!! I will take this matter up with the better business bureau and hopefully my email to Dr E showing the claims was denied duplicate claims per United Coordinate. I wasn’t even there on a claim that was billed to my insurance company’

I have been a patient of New Hope Dental for many years and have been very pleased with thier service. I just had some crowns done recently and am very happy with the way they look and how it has changed my smile. The Dental hygentists are great. Dr. Ladimer is very personable and funny and is very gentle.

Decent service but completely overpriced! I had 2 “examination” appts before I even got my teeth cleaned! I have great insurance and they felt the need to take advantage and schedule appts 1 month before they know the insurance would pay so now I’m stuck paying out of pocket for a simple annual cleaning! Won’t be returning here at all!! Definitely a rip off! I’ve never in my adult life paid for a cleaning or had my insurance kick back a bill as my responsibility! I’ve had the same insurance for 11yrs now! Again, I won’t be returning here for dental business!

Great dentist! Keeps an eye on issues, not too hasty to suggest procedures that may not need attention right away but he does monitor closely. Had an implant done, he was very meticulous about his part of the process and did a great job! The staff there are wonderful!

I have been going to Dr P, since He took over for Dr Booth back when i was a child. I followed him to his new practice, New Hope dental care. When Dr P retired i stayed and Dr L is just as amazing as Dr P has always been! The ladies are very attentive and Pleasent to visit and work with!! Great place for kids as well! They see them in the same visit and keep them entertained!!

From my very first appintment, I have been extremely pleased with the entire staff at New Hope Dental Care. My son was there recently and was not able to complete his visit because he was nervous. Jackie and Tonya called me to make me aware and made sure my son got home safely by having him call them back when he arrived. Their price are outrageous in comparison to other dentists . The office manager was quite snobbish and unwilling to speak to me about options and my husband and I have A1 dental insurance. This is how this worked as we are in a covid 19 pandemic and our budget is very tight. Dental Works met our needs the same day. Thanks rude office manager!!!

They did not make me feel comfortable. They treated me , like I was poor. Told me that I may have to go to a free clinic not knowing what type of finances I have. Was told to call the emergency number if it swells. I called twice and never received a call back. Had to go to Urgent Care since my dentist was not available.

I just went in for another cleaning. My husband and I have been patients here for over 10 years. Dr. Petrocella and his staff have always been top notch. They are great about reminders and informing us before hand of charges. They not only make me feel like they are looking out for my dental well being but also for what would fit into my budget.

I give this office 5 STARS!!!! The staff is AWESOME! They greet you by your name! They not only know your name but remember you as a person. I moved closer to Wake Forest and returned back to New Hope Dental because my new dentist office was not as pleasing. You do not feel like a number at this dentist office, you feel special! Ask about the referral program, it rocks and they give you not only a nice toothbrush and floss, but chap-stick and hand santizer as well! You couldnt ask for a better office to spend your money in.

I absolutely DREADED the dentist -- HATED going. But once i met Dr.Ladimer & Heather I fell in love with the office. The staff go above and beyond to help me with my treatment plan and are always ok with me juggling appointments and changing what i need to have done. I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist office in my life. I drive 30 minutes sometimes more in traffic just to come to this office because i love the staff there so much! i can NOT wait to have my finished product because, i will forever remember the staff here at New Hope !!!

I started going to New Hope Dental about 10 years ago. The receptionists have always been so helpful setting appointments around my work schedule. Hygenists are very nice and thorough. Transition from Dr. Petrocella to Dr. Ladimer has been very smooth.

I use to work/live right down the road when I started with New Hope Dental, I have now moved but yet still travel to New Hope Dental because of their staff & service. They are excellent to work with.

Way to difficult to schedule services and I was paying cash, no insurance. Sad when. You have to go and get a refund from your dentist.
