Highly recommend the Lane DDS team. Friendly, professional staff. Experienced tooth pain and they were able to work me in quickly as a new patient and provide treatment needed. Each staff member ensured I was informed every step of the way so I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Had not had regular cleanings for some time as well and they made the experience very comfortable and easy. Will be returning for regular cleanings and checkups going forward. I’ve been coming here for more than 5 years and they’re just as good as they were then. From the friendly greeting when you enter to the personal interaction throughout your your visit, I can’t see why anyone would want to be a part of the family. By the way, Jeanne is the best

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at this location. Every person who helped me through my visit was kind and did their job very well. My cleaning and my three fillings didn’t take long at all and I was able to continue my day with no problems.

Went for my both normal cleanings this year (2020). I felt safe. The staff takes proper precautions with face masks and social distancing. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth, Mrs. Jeanie, wore a mask and face shield. We always have great conversation (albeit a bit one-sided). They have always taken great care of me, and I tend to learn something about oral care every time I go. Thanks Ridge Road crew! Youre the best!

Was very bad I ended up hospitalized after Cellulitis and having a tooth pulled also manager was very Rude !

I went in with a lot of pain that turned out to be an infection under a tooth and was referred out to an endodontist. When I called back to ask for some help with the pain that was now unbearable I was dismissed with the suggestion to take ibuprofen and call the referral for an appointment. Not going back to a doctor that won’t even take you seriously when you say you are in a lot of pain. The nurse was really nice though and helpful in helping me find an endodontist that would take me in sooner than a month out.

This was my first visit to the dentist in years. The staff made me feel special and were a joy to be around. I was feeling a bit anxious but they made me feel right at home. Definitely worth a visit!

I am really blown away by this dental office! I hadn’t been to the dentist since getting my wisdom teeth out at least 6 years ago and everyone was still lovely and I didn’t feel judged at all. My dental hygienist, Jeanine (sorry if I misspelled it!) was fantastic! Not only was she funny and very friendly, but she also told me everything she was doing, down to where the ducts are that secrete saliva- I was enthralled. It was like a Ted talk in my mouth! My dentist, Dr. Kim, was very professional and helpful. When getting cavities filled, he was super quick and checked on me several times to make sure I was ok. The rest of the staff, from the front desk who went above and beyond to fix an insurance issue, to everyone else I interacted with, was wonderful. Thanks, y’all!
