Today was my first day coming here and they exceeded all my expectations. From the time I walked through the door they made me feel very comfortable. I haven’t had a dental visit in awhile and they walked me through everything, gave me a really great plan to meet my needs to begin my journey with my dental work. They really took their time to make sure I was getting everything I wanted to ensure healthy teeth/gums and a beautiful smile. And it was also a plus that they have a very beautiful office. I loved it. I really look forward to continuing my journey. I highly recommend them for any dental work.

I have 5 boys ranging from 2-16 and we have been going here for more than 10 years . I love both Dentists , they are CONSTANTLY AWESOME 😎. The assistants and aides are equally wonderful! The helpful lady entertained my 2 year old yesterday with a baby shark duet making him comfortable with her warm presence. God bless this practice with continued prosperity!

So first off I am a huge chicken when it comes to getting my teeth done. Capital dental always puts me first. The doctors and assistants always ask me how I am feeling and make me as comfortable as possible. They make sure I am numb and dont feel anything during any or the procedures. The place is clean, easy access and covid compliant. Such friendly helpful understanding staff from the receptionist to the doctors. Cant say enough great things about this place!

I had a teeth whitening appointment here at capital dental care in Raleigh and it was the best experience. I got results within my appointment. I will be back to get a follow-up.The staff is nice and Dr. Ahmadi was nicely patient with me, heard my needs and explained all the procedure.

From booking and their staff working hard with my busy schedule to get me in to the level of service- i am always pleased. I am so fortunate to have found Capital Dental! Everyone Ive encountered there is friendly, professional and attentive. The care I have received during my visits has been outstanding! Theyve taught me so much about oral health. My previous dentists did not educate me.

This was the quickest and most pain free extraction of a tooth that I have done. The dentist was so efficient and so nice. The assistant was the best, very knowledgeable and really caring. I am always going to be coming here for my dental needs.

As it continues but comes to a close where I had hoped to increase my rating as oppose to decrease due the this entire experience. Never the less, I had 3 cavities filled 7/21/21 midmorning but this time after I left I was unable to chew food for long periods of time that evening.Returned yesterday morning 7/22/21 to start a deep cleaning process where I felt pain after initial numbing and couldn’t complete due to becoming overwhelmed by the this entire process over the last couple of months there and would probable love to dispute charges for today once received if I have the energy to but I doubt I will. Though I called immediately yesterday after leaving to cancel all future appointments it is clear the lack of empathy or concern that has been shown to not even receive any follow through from management over yesterdays trauma! Hour later and my heart was still racing over this last experience.My experience has not been the 5 star rating that so many others experienced. I have been at the Louisburg practice at least 4-5 years now and recently had to undergo extensive work and have seen both Dr. Alvand and Ahmadi to have cavity work done. 5/28/21 I was seen by Dr. Ahmadi prior to a holiday weekend now making this 2 different occurrences now and each have resulted unsatisfactory. As the first time when it happened by Ahmadi, this time I experienced pain and discomfort during the memorial day weekend to the point I had to leave work early. I called their emergency number and left a message. The after hour person returned the call to assist and followed up with me and informed Dr. Ahmadi prescribed medication for me to get from pharmacy to begin taking and a follow up call will be made when the office opens after the holiday observance. While that may seem to be a resolution for many that was not the resolution for me. Never received an apology for the inconvenience, no empathy shared or expressed, only the prescription being called to pharmacy and call Tuesday. Fine. I never picked up the muscle relaxer because I did not want to feel the effects of being drowsy for most of the time under the medication on top of it being another holiday I would be in pain on top of being sleep or out of it so I chose to deal with the pain on top of the severe headache and treat with over the counter tylenol and warm compress. I began full movement of my mouth and left jaw movement by Monday 5/31 with slight headache. Received a follow up call from the office yesterday spoke with Joy to inform my sincere concerns and frustration and dissatisfaction. I was informed I would receive a call from the regional office manager after I requested for that to happen to share further feedback about my experience and the overall customer service experience concerning returning to the office after being gone longer than normal due to COVID-19 and she told me she would have someone follow up with me. Someone phone today Tuesday 6/2 11:40am but did not bother to leave any type of message or anything. It is very clear to me I am being treated as a number as oppose to a patient with a health care need that I use to recommend people to go to for dental needs that even I am not sure is the best decision that needs much rethinking after the next couple of visits to finish what I have started with them treatment wise.

This place is fantastic. The doctors and nurses are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They take their time and make sure you are not in pain. Once they are done working on your teeth, you will look incredible.

Dr. Ahmadi is an incredible dentist. Explains the procedure very well and considers it a top priority that you are pain-free. Capital fit me in last minute due to an emergency(even though I wasn’t a patient) - I really appreciated that.

I highly recommended capital Dental Care, all stuff were professional beginning from the girls in front to the dentists in the back, i did a cleaning and scheduled appointments to do a crown and some fillings. Dentist Ahmadi took the time to explain in details what needs to be done with my teeth and Monica also did a great job explaining about the payment and appointments. One last thing this is going to be my dentist forever and the dentist of my family of course.

I have been going there for probably 10 years.I am extremely satisfied with their service. DR Alvand is the best. She extracted several of my teeth and didnt feel nothing. She is extremely friendly. The front desk staff and the dental hygienist are wonderful. Never had a bad experience. Try them.

I would like to say that I tried canceling my appointment today because I just got call into work. So they charge me 50 buck for the cancelation and then ask me if I wanted to reschedule. Um no thanks! Try not to miss your appointment for any reason. Even if ur going to get fire. Now I have to put in some extra work just to make up that 50 bucks. Dam! I hate covid!

I’ve always been scared of dentists, mainly because I genetically have sensitive teeth and no one was ever gentle enough. Dr.Alvand really makes you feel safe and in good hands. Never not telling you what it is going and what treatment is about to be used. The front staff is also very kind and friendly. I love coming here and my visit to the dentist no longer scares me

Dr. Alvand has been my dentist for almost 10 years and I wouldnt even consider going anywhere else. She is kind, caring, thoughtful, and takes her time when I have an appointment with her. I recommended my brother to come here since I had a decent experience with service at this place and because he wasn’t a fan of dentists, but it’s been a few months and every time he comes back from an appointment he has another issue on top of another issue.His first problem was that a piece of their metal drill broke off and got lodged into his gums when they were working on him, so they refer him to a specialist to get it removed only for him to find out that he can’t because it’d cause more complications to his gums so it’d be better to keep it in. Now after they cured (? don’t know if that’s the right terminology) a new metal filling in his mouth, his lip actually got singed because the tool was too close. I regret telling him to go here. Unfortunately even though it worked out for me it didn’t for him, how sad.

Did some cleaning. Love them. I am working on getting some implants. They are willing to work with me on an affordable plan. I have dealing with them for over 10 years. Dr Alvand is one of the best, kindest dentist in the triangle area. Her gentleness is a God given talent. I love my hygienist, over the years we developed a friendship as well as the care plan specialist. They are lovely. I always look forward going to my appointments.

It was my first visit to the office and I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was so professional and John, the dental hygienist I had was great! Great first visit!

I do not recommend this dentist office. Manager does not have the decency to get on the phone to speak to clients about their concerns - they could care less.They schedule appointments for you 6 months in advance. They then call and text you to confirm. Well you would think that if you do not confirm, meaning they could not get a hold of me, that they will cancel the appointment. But no, they intentionally keep the appointment so that they can bill you $50 for not attending. I was out of the country for two months, therefore, not able to get in contact.It was more disappointing when office manager did not even speak with me about the matter. I was told that the hygienist had to be paid and that is why they charge $50 for no show.

I love Capital Dental Care! Dr. Ahmadi and Dr. Alvand are wonderful providers and the staff is top notch. They take time to explain what to expect with your treatment. They recently took care of my family member that had a dental emergency out of town and they took the time to tell us what to do until we could get back and then worked us in as soon as we got home. I recently saw Dr.Alvand for my first dental appointment in several years (due to past bad experiences with other dentists), and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my entire visit. Her team of hygienists and front office staff are knowledgable and courteous. I will not be visiting any other practice for as long as she is still behind the drill.

My daughters and I absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone, especially people that have children with fears. My 6 year old lost her 4 front teeth when she was 3 from a coffee table accident and we went to a dentist in Wakefield that was highly recommended, to our disappointment they made her feel bad about it, never suggested sedation or pain meds. She never wanted to go back but she wanted to be a dentist. She said if she was a dentist then she could help other kids in ways she wished she had been. This place goes above and beyond with patience and understanding for her. They make her feel like she can do anything and she leaves there waiting for the best time. I am beyond blessed to have found this place as we have tried many since the accident. Thank you to the amazing staff for helping my little overcome her fear. She still shakes and gets squimished but she is more brave here than anywhere I’ve seen her be yet. Looking forward to going back here with my family as we grow and having great, positive experiences.

They are 5 stars for the doctor who always attended to me, has a very delicate hand and is excellent.The problem is the administration or the managerIt is of very poor human qualityMy sister was always patient with the doctor there and she liked that doctor very much but my sister is disabled, with many diagnoses of different diseases. I miss some appointments and tried to get them to understand and communicate with me always because of their mental health sometimes I didnt coordinate muchAnd I forgot the appointments or woke up very sick and we called to cancel but they said that if it was 24 hours it was left as a breach.The manager of the office did not want to take care of my sister again - she is called Angela Reyes and it seems very little charisma of very little humanity to have taken away the only doctor with whom my sister felt satisfied and calm at the time of working on her teeth .It was the office manager who said that he was definitely removing it from the system and getting another dental place.I hope that this never happens to her mother or her family, because it hurt my sister mentally and frustrated her of not being able to do it in the hands of the doctor who works there.
