My name is Paul Konchar (respectively), and I HATE the dentist. I hate the dentist because it hurts. Am I alone here?I needed dental work badly as you can see in the before picture below…. You’re probably asking why did I let it get so bad? The reason being is because I never brushed or flossed because it was such a “hassle”. I kept saying over and over again to myself that I was going to do something about it, but took no action.I finally put my foot down and did something about it. My only concern is where??? All dentists are the same! One day my son needed some dental work done and did his research online. He found Village Dental on Six Forks Rd., went there, got his procedure done, came back and said how wonderful VDental is.I made an appointment with VDental and as soon as I walked into the foyer, I knew I was in the right place. They checked my teeth out with X-Rays, etc, you know the drill. I found out they have choices of anesthesia:NovocainN2OIVThe place is very immaculate, the staff is friendly and professional. I got my top mandible done first. About 3 weeks later, bottom mandible done. I chose IV for both jobs.The staff has a wonderful bedside manner, they ask you if you want to wear headphones and listen to whatever music you want if you don’t like the sound of the tools. They ask if you want a blanket as it can get cold, and finally, do you want us to change the overhead music?Village Dental is owned by DDS, Maja Martin and her husband who is a doctor of dental surgery as well, never got his name.The dental hygienist Ally was wonderful and really knew what she was doing and made me feel very comfortable.Dr. Maja is the Rembrandt, Monet, Van Gogh & Picasso of teeth.I would highly recommend this Dentistry to everyone!!! Out of a scale of 1 - 10 , 10 being the best, I give them a 15.Second photo is a job well done!!Thank you Village Dental & Staff for everything.

I worked with MJ and Chloe and Dr.V all were extremely helpful. I called with a toothache and they were able to get me in the next day. They were thorough in providing the options that were available to me. Sedation was offered at a very affordable price in comparison with other dentists! I have definitely found my new dental home!

Today I ended a 1 year journey to get implants for my rear molars. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Village Dental helped me through it from extracting teeth to getting my crowns today. Ally was wonderful to work with today as we finished up the process. We talked about music and concerts in the down times. Dr. Rodriguez got my crowns in place with no issues. There are others that helped over the last year and I want to thank them all.

After not going to a dentist for over 15 years, I decided to go, and chose village dental.Im on my third visit and every time has been absolutely amazing. The staff is courteous, attentive and will actually help you make the best decision on what you need to do without forcing you to make a quick decision.The little things are what matter, and they definitely know how to attend to the little things.Theyve pretty much have become my to go to dentist facility. If you are afraid of the dentist, or have had bad past experiences that have kept you from going and getting dental care done, please go to this office! I was recommended this place by my sister, who has been a patient here for about a year. The staff here is so friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I feel that they genuinely care about their patients here. Everything from my initial exam, to my wisdom teeth extraction, was the best experience possible. I had Ally, Chloe, and Dr. Britt and they were all amazing! They listened to all my questions and concerns, and were happy to help and talk me through everything, as well as make sure I was totally comfortable the entire time I was there. They treat you like you are a friend or family! This is the best experience I have ever had at the dentist, and I will absolutely continue to come here for all of my dental needs. And this is coming from someone with high dental anxiety! Thank you all for making this such a good experience for me, I am truly grateful!

Excellent customer service! MJ was great and very thorough, so was Dr. Britt. These lady’s sat me down and explained everything that was needed and why. From the staff, knowledge, cleanliness, comfort and up to date technology. Very refreshing after having bad experiences in the past from other dentist. Chloe was very knowledgeable and professional while charting during my initial exam. During the consultation, she reiterated the best treatment option for my needs and provided a itemized breakdown of treatments and cost. After reviewing the information provided; I scheduled an appointment to continue with treatment. The whole experience was pleasurable and informative. Will recommend to anyone needing dental work!

This dentistry was one of the best places I could have taken my daughter to today ! Ally was my dental hygienist today ! She was absolutely so caring and wonderful and kept asking my daughter if she was okay from start to finish. Dr. Rodriguez was not pushy and was very caring ! And was very compassionate about what he does ! I would highly recommend going and seeing this dynamic duo!! The whole team was amazing!!!I definitely felt like I was in great hands for my root canal. Marcus took such good care of me. I definitely recommend Village Dental. They are very professional and care about their patients. Also they have an amazing paramedic team if you get any sedation treatment!

I had an awesome experience! Firstly, I was offered a free basic cleaning simply because of a tiny timing error. A big deal for me because finances are tight ! Allison, Dr Valencia and Jeany were so kind and helpful. Sarah (the treatment coordinator) was really great as well ! For me going to the dentist has always been a scary thing. That attitude has changed since I went to village dental! The staff was amazing! And I felt like they genuinely cared about my fears and my care. Being comfortable in that atmosphere is so important and they made me so at ease . I have always been a patient at village dental at Olde Raleigh and loved the service! Decided to apply for a job a year later and had the blessing of becoming a part of an amazing team! They took such good care of me. I needed to have some extractions done on my very first visit, and Dr. Rodriguez and Elizabeth were so personable and professional. Chloe made sure I have a plan moving forward, to help me regain my dental health. I feel so lucky.

I don’t usually give reviews but the staff was super friendly. I’m usually shy (an introvert ) but they made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend going to this dentist.

Very efficient and kind. I had a great experience with my first consult. I love the fact they takes in depth pictures of your teeth to show you what kind of treatment, if any, that they recommend. I didn’t have to wait at all. Walked right in and was seen immediately. They try to see you same day or within 24 hours of when you call.

I can only speak for my experience with the staff that were on shift the evening 8/13/21. Evening? Im sure you are wondering. YES, EVENING! This group of AMAZING WOMEN waited patiently through a series of delays and challenges until their last patient could be picked up. It was Friday night. Well, well beyond the end of their work day. Not one of them seemed angry or put off. They all had smiles on their faces. Thinking back...probably of relief...that they could go home. Nonetheless they were happy. What makes this more incredible is this wasnt even an established patient, it was his first time there! If I had been smart enough I would have gotten each of their names to give them their much deserved credit.One doesnt find this level of customer service and patient care but once in a life time. People who display compassion at this level...work in an environment that allow them to thrive. I can only imagine who is leading this group. Found my new dentist. For life! I want to have this team when it comes to my teeth!

They made me feel so confortable at all times, Amazing service! From the dental assistant to my doctor and paramedic they treated me with so much kindness during my whole appointment and wisdom teeth extraction. Advising for the Better treatment in my case. I have just had a wonderful dental experience at Village Dental.They are located in the shopping center at Saw Mill and Six Forks.Wonderful work done, very clean and organizes. I felt like family.

I started going here at the recommendation of a coworker and have gone 3 times recently: cleaning (and X-rays that are free!), a temporary crown placement, and permanent crown placement. Each time was truly delightful, staff is professional yet fun, they got me in super quick (even same day after my workday for permanent crown placement), and communicated clearly. The best part was my temporary crown stayed put and never came loose. It’s an untraditional model and if you want to see the same hygienist every time it may not the be place for you but all appointments were scheduled with same doctor, Dr. Valencia who gets an A+. Their model works and has increased efficiency of any practice I’ve ever seen operate. And as a bonus they are local business!

I had two crowns done today while being IV sedated. Ellen DeGeneres was the medic in charge, and even though she wasnt as funny as she usually is while watching her on TV, she was very helpful! She kept me comfortable and entertained, even if I was likely only getting her B-roll stuff that didnt make the cut for her show.My wife tells me my mouth still needs some help in other areas, so hoping to work with Ellen, Bridgette, Jeremiah, and Dr Rodriguez on those as well!

It was my daughter first experience at the dentist. She got her exam done and was looking forward to her teeth cleaning next. Unfortunately, I had an insurance issue that I was unaware of so we could not proceed with the cleaning with their coverage. However, they were very nice and understanding and continued her exam with no fee. I look forward to making this her official dental care provider once we fix this insurance issue. Thanks to all the staff.

MJ was Fantastic! I was so nervous about coming as I hadn’t been in some years but she made me feel comfortable and that I could trust the care being provided. I will be moving forward with my dental needs at this facility.

I used to have a five star rating for this place for customer service and always just cried when I had to pay.. til I went to another dentist to double check because of a bad gut feeling.. I had been told I most likely needed a root canal, possible extraction (plus sedation for FILLINGS) only to find out.. my entire mouth could be fixed just with fillings, crown in maybe 6 years at the other place. Ive been told by another hygienist how eager this place was to perform major procedures because they’re fresh out of school.. these are peoples teeth we’re talking about- you can’t get teeth back once they’re gone- I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but then the cost.. This new place I’ve switched to is a FRACTION of the price. It was going to be about 7k here.. I’m paying 1k total for all my procedures at this new place.Ive gotten a couple regular cleanings here, then went to the new place a week later and they asked when the last time I had a cleaning was. No wonder, my cleaning was done in 15 mins and I thought nothing of it!Get a more experienced, seasoned dentist who will be more genuine and caring about keeping your teeth and saving your wallet, guys. AMAZING customer service and location, but I see all the flaws now.

Well I had to have a root canal and two temporary crowns 😮 until the actual crowns comes in in a week. I must say I’ve worked in a Dr’s office for several years now (17) but this is office goes above and beyond to take great care of their patients! I was a little apprehensive about the root canal but Elle reassured me I would be fine! And I was from start to finish!☺️ Everyone I came in contact with thank you so much for taking exceptional care of me! Dr Gonzalez, MJ, Chole & Elle! You all rock!!❤️

I love this dentist. I moved to Raleigh about 2 years ago and was searching for a dentist that was friendly and kind. Village Dental has nothing but that. All the staff are amazing, sweet, and ready to help you. I love working with Jeeni! She makes me feel comfortable while working on my teeth. I highly recommend this dentist office.

Village Dental was wonderful during my first visit. They were super friendly and inviting. Katrina in particular did a wonderful job, was professional, and kept making me laugh. If I wasnt moving to another state, I would definitely continue coming as a repeat customer.

I worried about it for two years and considered going to Costa Rica to get it done to save money. I went instead to the UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill. Multiple dentists and students looked at my teeth for an entire afternoon. Finally, one dentist said, For the life of me, I can find nothing wrong with your teeth. I was removed from their program because there was NO work to be done on my teeth.Another dentist recently told me that he saw a patient who went there who was told she needed 20 silver fillings. She was in her very early 20s. The dentist who told me this said SHE DIDNT NEED ANY WORK AT ALL. Yelp reviews describe some similar disturbing stories about Village Dental.

I have had a lot of work done here over the past several months (a few crowns, getting my wisdom teeth pulled, etc...) which has been no fun, but not as terrible as I thought it was going to be. By my count, I have worked with at least 6 different dental assistants over my visits, and they were all very pleasant people. On top of being good at their jobs, they really focused on making sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment and did what they could to make the visits as not terrible as possible. Dr. Britt, who is the dentist over my care, has paid a lot of attention to detail to make sure I came out on the other side of this treatment without any issues. She, too, has been very nice to work with. Any time Ive had a concern or question, she has listened and answered.One more note, they are not going to shame you here. Which I really appreciate. They are going to do what it takes to get your teeth healthy, and then help you maintain that health. If you have neglected going to the dentist for the last few years, or are just looking for a new dentist, give this place a try!

My experience was absolutely fantastic at Village Dental North Raleigh. From the moment you walk into the door until you leave everyone is helpful and welcoming. My dentist (I cant remember her name) was knowledgeable, kind, and helped me with my issue. My assistants were MJ and Marcus. Being a former assistant myself I can say I was throughly impressed with their knowledge and care. If you are looking for a new dentist this is definitely the place to go!

The receptionist (i think her name was Whitney), MJ, and Dr. G are amazing! I had a severe toothache. I called at least 30 dentist all over the Triad and Triangle. I told Whitney the situation and she got me in same day when no other dentist could!The service was quick and I was comfortable while Dr. G worked. They have the latest technology and I was able to see the x-rays as soon as they completed them. All of the staff I encountered were super nice.Consider yourself lucky if you live near this area. I really wish I did not live so far away. I would love to be a patient there.

I had my first visit with Village Dental recently, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Hillary was extremely caring due to the fact that I am an adult but have the fears and anxiety of a child when it comes to dental visits. She was very patient with me and didnt make me feel like a burden once. Dr. Gonzales was friendly, caring and knowledgeable, and I left with zero questions, I was fully informed. Robyn was also a valuable asset to my visit as she was able to go through many options for pricing, and timelines, as well as educated me on the process of my insurance. The entire team shows an abundance of expertise and care that is unmatched. I always receive the support I need at this location. Riley, the outdoor receptionist, is kind and patient. The indoor receptionists are incredibly efficient. My favorite hygienist, Tiffany, not only thoroughly cleaned my teeth; she also gave me some helpful tips about dental maintenance which I gladly took to heart. Im not sure the name of todays dentist, but she was also very professional and kind. I never look forward to going to the dentist, but I have always delighted in the excellent service and care received at this place. Dr. Martin (she saved my life 3 years ago) and Tiffany the best!

My experience today was great! Got my implants installed and started work on my cavity. They are very good at all this.

Very professional practice. I am 55 years old, had major dental work done, utilized the IV sedation method, and had no conflicts. Many thanks to M.J. for explaining the overall process from the beginning, Sara for reviewing my treatment options and being very quick to respond to questions, Ellen for her knowledge in preparing me for the sedation process, and Dr. Valencia for her treatment.

I was so nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed: most were impacted and, after reading dozens of horror stories online, I was anticipating the worst. However, Village Dental made me feel completely as ease and comfortable during the process. Between giving me a warm blanket, headphones for some great music, and answering any questions I had before I.V sedation, I felt relaxed and calm. By the next day I felt no pain and was very grateful I chose them for my surgery. Thanks to Dr. Rodriguez, and every other team member who helped!

This was the absolute best dental experience I have ever had! That may sound dramatic, but it’s the absolute truth. From the moment of check-in it was a warm atmosphere. As a new patient, they did X-rays and an in-depth explanation of what may be needed and why. I had a very professional, lovely dental hygienist, Tiffany and a great experience with Dr. Rodríguez too. I would recommend 10/10 if you have any anxiety about the dentist, or if you are looking for a professional upscale dental experience.

I hate going to the dentist but by far this is the best dental experience Ive ever had. Very professional very nice crew. Any more future dental visits I have I will be returning to this place. I had 3 teeth pulled and didnt feel a thing and Im not even in pain a day later. I highly recommend this place!

Today as a new patient I was introduced to the facility by MJ (who by all accounts is Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way). Emily was my hygienist and was great with the pressure washer! Thank you Sara and Dr. Valencia for helping me understand where I was and where I could be with my teeth. Almost wish I had changed to this dentist 5 years ago!

This place insisted that I needed two root canals. After over $9000 worth of payment from me I got two new root canals that have been bothering me for years now. Went to a endodontist today after 2 days of extreme pain in one of the root canal teeth and facial swelling, turns out both of these root canals failed due to improper cleaning by whoever did the work at Village Dental ( I do remember it being someone inexperienced by several strange occurrences during the procedure) . I am now paying to have them both retreated at the Endodontist.

Had to make an emergency appt on a Thurs night for Friday morning as a new patient because of a cracked filling. Of course I have neglected the dentist because of bad experiences in the past, but the folks at Village Dental were amazing. The staff was warm and friendly (Destiny was great) and the experience literally made me not scared to have work done anymore due to their use of sedation. It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it.

Ive been going here for over a year now & Im still so very pleased with Village Dental! The hygienists have all been super knowledgeable & friendly. Destiny was my hygienist this time & she was awesome! I had a great experience & felt everything was well explained. All my questions were answered, my treatment plan was thoroughly reviewed & I never felt like I was being taken advantage of (this has not always been my experience with other dental offices). Also tons of credit is due to Amber for spending so much time figuring out my wonky dental insurance issues & making sure I was covered! As someone without dental coverage their membership program is a life saver and the best price in town. MJ assisted me at my first appointment, she was attentive and informative. I was extremely nervous going in, Im not afraid of the dentist office. I was nervous about having sedation. Let me tell you Fernanda sat with me the whole time (she wasnt allowed to leave the room) but she did more than just that, she calmed me down just to a point I was putting on the mask and headphones and just relaxed and it was over in a jiffy. The dentist deserves credit as well as the whole entire office, I moved here from Asheville and they have honestly been the best, caring, and along with being gentle and careful.Highly recommend you at least!!! - visit this or location or another one of their locations closest to you. 5 stars for a 5 star place to be entirely honest.

Angie and Dr. Rodriguez and both incredibly kind and competent professionals. The day that I called they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency crown procedure, which was much appreciated. Its quite obvious to me Dr. Rodriguez went into dentistry to help people. He seems to be a very principled and knowledgable dentist that deeply cares for his patients well being. Angie was just as knowledgeable and an absolute joy to be around and is, overall , just an absolute sweetheart.

I was scheduled for a root canal with Dr. Gonzalez. Chloe in reception was great with explaining the entire process. Mel and Austin made me feel very comfortable and less anxious prior to my sedation/surgery! Dr. Gonzalez did a great job as well! I am a new patient Village Dental, and will definitely be returning.

I was terrified about going to the dentist. I was in pain for about a Week! Im so blessed to have found this practice. The entire staff was Amazing. MJ and Dr. Britt were especially Awesome. They explained everything to me before they did it.Chloe explained the financial options in a clear way.. I had an EMT and a hygienist right by my side during the entire sedation. This place is amazing. Katrina makes you feel right at home. She is kind and caring and you can tell she loves her job. Sam was great, she was very gentle and made me feel comfortable. She did a good job cleaning my teeth. Robin was bubbly and such a kind individual. She could tell I was a little overwhelmed with everything. She quickly calmed me down. Doctor Britt, she was also so sweet and made the experience a good one. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out was top notch.

It had been several years since I have been to the dentist and I must admit I was extremely nervous. I had waited for an appointment to get 4 wisdom pulled for over a month with another provider and on the day of they wanted to reschedule my appointment. I couldn’t believe that after waiting little over a month dealing with pain they pick the day of my appointment to pull that. I won’t blast their name but that same day I contacted Village Dental @ North Raleigh after a referral and let me say best decision I’ve made. They were able to get me in the next day not just for a check but able to get everything I needed done same day(4 wisdom and deep cleaning) They made me very comfortable from the time I walked in to explaining the work I needed done to actually doing the work along with explaining the financial part as well. They put me at ease and I really feel like they cared about my teeth and comfort level(didn’t feel a thing) Amazing staff Amazon doctor. I’m so bad with names so shout out to all the staff I worked with yesterday you all are amazing. This will be my go to dental office going forward.

I found this office Online & I was amazed @ the service. From calling in, being seen the next day not having to wait 3/4mths like most dentist offices, to getting there being helped, they were kind & patient. I had Katrina & she was so pleasantly nice, explained everything, answered all questions. Then I was sent to Robyn about the fees/bill & she was extremely helpful, she broke everything down, explained all the charges. She gave me diff options on paying & explained the timeframe to my procedure thoroughly. Dr Rodriguez was very nice & explained everything I needed to have done. My experiences have been great! The staff is very friendly and proficient. I somewhat has feared the dentist, but Ive been a patient for over 5yrs and my anxiety has so much lessened. I am happy to have found a dentist that I feel comfortable caring for my dental health.

I used to love this dentist but the last time I called for a appointment I got a very judgmental tech. I lost my job due to COVID and have been struggling to get back on my feet. It’s been almost two years since my last visit and instead of understanding what I am going through she lectured me on waiting so long to come in. I was already skeptical about returning because I had several cavities filled two years ago and all of those teeth are broken and need repairing. I have decided that village dental is no longer worth the extra money I spend there and have found a nicer and cheaper practice

Best dentist office! Always profesional, friendly and clean. Always making you feel super comfortable during your appointments. They have great people at the front desk, always nice on the phone and in person. The dental assistants are super fun and also the doctors. Recommend them 100000000%

Nicole is absolutely extraordinary doing crowns. A genuinely kind and super-skilled professional. And Sam for cleanings is fantastic too. Experiences there really depend on the individual, so good to ask for senior people.

I felt like Ive known the staff forever and today was my first visit. Robin was absolutely the best!!.. The whole staff was friendly and really makes sure youre comfortable and provides you with all your questions to make your visit comfortable. I would recommend anybody to them. Im ready to go back already lol

I havent been to the dentist in over 15 years. I have extreme dental anxiety. I had a loose bridge (front teeth) recently replaced. I couldnt be more happy with the process and the inclusion in the design of my new 6 front teeth. I had a deep cleaning done at the same time under sedation. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. The Drs are super awesome. I especially would recommend Dr. G and Dr. Rod. I will not trust any other place with my oral care. My experience was amazing. I used to be so afraid of dentist I would only go once a year for a cleaning. My appointment consists of IV sedation, tooth extraction, 2 fillings, and deep cleaning. I didn’t feel anything at all. Staff was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Staff will take time to explain X-rays and answer questions. I’m excited to return for my next appointment.

Village Dental North Raleigh is such an amazing office. The staff is like none other. They treat each other like family and their patients like family. I have had the pleasure (yes I say pleasure) of being a patient here and trying sedation dentistry for the first time. Dr Martin did some very extensive work on me and now I have a beautiful smile again. She has transformed my smile and I can not thank her and the entire office enough! I am a terrible patient, so the sedation was a fantastic option for me and them. They don’t have to listen to me and I don’t have to listen to them. It’s a win for all! I highly recommend this office for your dental needs because you will receive the BEST dental care around. I have been a patient at many offices and THIS office is by far the best! Destiny is amazing. She was not only able to handle my teeth with care, but she was able to provide all the answers and information before the dentist even came into the room. I would definitely recommend asking for her if possible, she is definitely one of the great hygienist they have in the practice

Jeeni made my experience so lovely! We bonded over our favorite color being purple. She kept me at ease the whole appointment and it seemed to go by so quickly being with her! This place is amazing! My boyfriend recently had several teeth extracted and does not like the dentist at all but Kena calmly talked him through what he could expect. She was fantastic at settling him down and putting him at ease. All the staff was very thorough on aftercare and what to expect going forward, I have nothing but good things to say!

We are so grateful for the staff at Village Dental. Dr. Britt and Angie were literal life savers when my husband needed a ton of dental work done but couldn’t do traditional sedation. They supported and encouraged him and made him feel comfortable throughout the whole journey! They also completed a beautiful smile for my husband! Their medical and cosmetic work is phenomenal. They are also very timely and answer all questions. I have been going to Dr. Maya Martin since she was on her own. The process of going to the dentist is fun for almost no one. Village Dental knows this and their entire staff works around the knowledge that it ain’t fun. They are all super friendly. The front desk staff were very kind and the lady who did my new patient stuff was understanding and helpful despite the fact I had no insurance information at the ready for her. I heard no fewer than five complements about my teeth despite an obscene about of time between visits. Where one might expect to be harassed about not doing the right things the Village Dental staff simply says “Wow. You’re teeth are great! Definitely do floss though!” M-J was very kind though and understanding through an incredibly uncomfortable series of x-rays. She did a wonderful job explaining what was happening as she did it. The doctor, a gentleman whose name I forget, was also very kind and gave complements towards my teeth despite the aforementioned gap between visits. He quickly assessed what M-J had learned and made a few recommendations for work to be done. The cleaning that took place is the one thing I remember hating about dentists and even that went by swimmingly, as much so as it can, and the lady who cleaned my teeth was, just as the rest of the staff, kind and understanding of the fact I was noticeably uncomfortable and even stopped to make sure I was okay. After being thoroughly x-rayed, assessed, and cleaned I was sent to Sarah to discuss dates and treatment plans for the issues the doctor noticed. She did her best to give me times and dates that worked best for me and that I understood what the treatments were going to be. Village Dental and the entire team there hit it out of the park making me feel as comfortable as I could and keeping me informed as to what’s going on.

It’s been a while since I last went to the dentist, and the folks at Village Dental made me feel right at home. Dr. Rod made me feel comfortable even when I was a little nervous. I didn’t feel rushed or like a number. His assistant Nicole was with me the whole time. She made sure I was comfortable. If you haven’t been to the dentist and need to get some work done this is the place to go and the team to ask for!

Went there for a emergency dental issue. I was able to make a same day appointment online. Ally was the technician that first saw me and was very professional. She answered all of my questions and helped me making a informed decision on what to do. Robyn helped me and my wife decide on the treatment options for me. I had avoided having dental work done for almost 30 years because of a traumatic experience with another dental practice. Ultimately, the time came to have work done and I began the search; the first and foremost requirement was sedation and thanks to Google, I was able to find Village Dental of North Raleigh. Dr. Gonzales is fantastic and the entire staff is very caring. I am looking forward to completing my treatment plan within the next three months and having a beautiful smile again. I will be moving to the beach within the next 18 months but I will return to the North Raleigh office for all my work in the future. I would recommend everyone to become a patient at Village Dental.

This was my second visit. Just as satisfied as with my first. Walked in with an unbearable toothache and was able to get an appointment, the exam and procedure done today! I had gotten an abscess over the weekend and due to the infection was in pain. I called after using their chat option and got a same day appointment. I arrived on time and filled out the paperwork and submitted my insurance information which they said they accepted. After about a 30 minute wait I was told by one lady they were cleaning an exam room for me and it would be a few minutes more, as soon as the door shut on one side another lady stepped out another door and told me to come to get x-rays. I got into the back area and she took my temperature and the device beeped showing a low battery! She tried it again after hitting it, it said 102! I didnt feel feverish nor did I feel like I had a temperature! I wanted only to be seen and have my dental emergency dealt with! But because their device said I had a temperature, though a low grade fever is expected with a tooth infection, I was not seen! I asked if I paid in cash for the visit could they write me a prescription for an antibiotic....nope! The lady was looking down at a schedule! 😳🤨 talking about they could reschedule me in a couple of weeks! I come in for an emergency type dental issue and I get treated like this! If you have to use pliers, youd be better off than going here! Oh yeah, if you were told you had a fever and it was 102 please contact me! The lady acted like she checked hers and u asked what it said, she said 98 7🤨 yet I could still see the 102 it read the times she pointed it at me. For the record I went straight to buy a thermometer and I didnt have any fever at all! These people are either Crooks or Liars or both! I will be reporting this office to the proper authorities.

Village dental North Raleigh is by far the best dental office Ive visited in years! I went in for a cleaning in October 2020 and recently received a full dental exam with xrays. The service was beyond amazing. The friendly staff made me feel right at home. The care I received from Katrina was impeccable. She took extremely good care of me during my visit. She is the best dental assistant Ive ever went to. They also helped me by setting up a plan for dental work I will need. I highly recommend village dental North Raleigh for any of your dental needs.
