Dr Bassiri extracted a molar and placed an implant for me yesterday. I felt no pain at all at time of procedure. As I a matter of fact when I woke up from the 2 hour procedure I thought that only 15 minutes had passed haha! After arriving home I felt great and was hungry. Today, day after, I still feel great. I was so worried about having pain and it was all for nothing. Not a bit of pain. Fusion Dental has been awesome!I also highly recommend her husband for optical needs. Great family practice 👀👓🦷😁

I was seen by Dr. Doan and she was very nice and calming (I am normally terrified of the dentist) she was also personable. This was just a consult, havent had any work yet but the consultation was exceptional. The staff was so sweet and thorough with everything they were doing.

I would strongly recommend Fusion Dental care! I had not seen the dentist and nearly 2 years. The pandemic played a role but I also had some health issues that the interfered. I was very anxious about seeing a dentist because the position of the dental chair I could activate some of my problems. Dr. Hoda Bassiri and her staff were wonderful. They took great care to lower and raise my chair. They checked with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was OK and showed me great compassion.In addition, I would like to say that the staff and the doctor have infectious positive energy that makes it a very pleasant experience- some thing I haven’t experienced at a dentist office for many years. I can’t say enough positive things about this practice.

The staff is very friendly and so are all the doctors I have met there thus far. I go to them for both dental and eye care. I often get nervous at the doctors but they do a great job at making sure I’m aware of what they’re doing and keeping me calm. They even let you pick you’re preferred show to watch!

What I also notice is, no matter how busy, they are very pleasant, to clients as well as to each other. Today they took me as a last minute appointment which I very much appreciated, but I didn’t feel like one. Everything was well done.

Brandy took my X-rays and cleaned my teeth. She was gentle handed, fast and efficient. It was one of my best cleaning and she was super pleasant and I was very pleased with my care. Then the doctor came fot my check up and was very nice as well.

Dr. Bassiri is amazing. She really cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your service. She is the best dentist I have ever been to and I plan on staying with her forever. Both my husband and I come here and have been for the past 4 years. Dr. Bassiri really takes the time to discuss all your options and pick what works best for you. She is not the type of Dentist that is money driven and adds on unnecessary procedures, instead She has always looked for the most economical way to achieve my goal. Her prices are better than any other dentist Ive seen. I do have Delta Dental insurance but even when that is exhausted my out of pocket costs are very reasonable. I cannot speak highly enough about this office. Everyone is warm and comforting and there is absolutely no dental shaming. I went far longer than I should have to get my cleaning and all she said was that it was great to see me again. No where have you been, its been too long, nothing of the sort. If you have any fears or doubts about getting dental work done, please come see Dr. Bassiri and give her a chance to show you what a dental appointment should be like.

Dr. Doan was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable and at ease even though Im terrified of the dentist. She and the staff explained my treatment plan thoroughly to make sure I understood what was going on and answered any questions I had. Having moved around for several years prior to living in Raleigh, I have been to many different dental practices and I can tell you, *nothing* compares to Fusion. My first time visiting I was shocked at how pleasant the experience was from start to finish. They truly take such good care of their patients. Now that I have been seeing Dr. Bassiri for 5 years it has stayed consistently excellent through routine cleanings, fillings, invisilign, even a root canal. Dr Hosa Bassiri has consistently been superb in my oral health care. The best female dentist in Raleigh, NC We moved from California 2 years ago and found her by looking at reviews.She has been beyond amazing.A very old crown (15 yes) popped off on Saturday completely severing my ability to chew on my favorite side! I was able to go in and she took amazing care of me. Made recommendations for moving forward and was able to reattach the crown without incident.She is kind and precise and offers the best results needed for oral health. Do not hesitate to become a part of her community. She is exceptional in all care for you.

I absolutely love this office for both Dental and Vision. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by skilled, caring people at the front desk. The technicians and Dr. Doan are so full of positive energy, making the experience so much more comfortable. The facilities were very clean and I felt that they took Covid precautions seriously. The staff was nice and accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had an all around great experience at Fusion Dental Care and would greatly recommend this office if you are looking for a gentle and reassuring , good quality dental office. Their protocols to keep patients protected during covid are well done and made me feel very safe. The office is very beautiful, with personalized touches (like a screen in your personal treatment room greeting you by name and a time stamp of exactly when the room was sanitized ). Dr. Doan was gentle, tending to all of my needs without rushing me. I am always nervous about getting dental work because I am sensitive but felt comfortable during my appointment because she and her dental assistant kept checking in with me to ensure my comfort and they were gentle (can’t stress that enough!). If you have struggled to find a good dental home or if you are anxious about going to the dentist, try them out, you won’t regret it. I strongly recommend them.

I have to start this review by saying “what a great experience!” I am not one who looks forward to going to the dentist and as many individuals can attest to, looking for a new dentist can be a challenge, even daunting! But when you find one, it is such a blessing! I discovered Fusion Dental by referral through my dental plan and it was such a positive experience. From my initial contact to completion of my first visit, service was wonderful. My dental hygienist was not only professional, but took time and care to ensure my comfort and understanding of every step of my exam. She was patient and caring and for someone like me who is not thrilled about dental visits, this was very much appreciated. I even received follow-up calls later in the day from both my hygienist and again, by the dentist just to check on how I was doing. Talk about patient focus and great customer care!I strongly recommend this dental office. If you are looking for a new dentist or need to change from your current one, you should definitely consider them. They are wonderful!PS... I just had my first official appointment at Fusion - which Ive been avoiding for a while due to my phobia of Dentists. My mouth needs a lot of work, and every Dentist Ive visited has done nothing but worsened my phobia with their insensitivity and/or painful dental work. My appointment was with Dr. Doan and her assistant (whose name I, unfortunately, dont remember) and it was by far the best experience Ive ever had. They were both very gentle, sweet, and caring.This is the first time in all of my years (33 years of living) that Ive ever been looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you for putting the effort into making sure my appointment went well...ESPECIALLY in the middle of a pandemic. It means more than I could ever fully express.

This is one of the best dental offices Ive been to. The front desk staff are all friendly and super helpful, and Im giving a special shout out to Madison, who was my hygienist during the visit. She was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable and (mostly) painless. She took the time to explain little details during the cleaning that none of the previous hygienists Ive seen even bothered to. Definitely would recommend!

I recently moved to Raleigh and needed to find a new dentist but with having a toothache, I was forced to find one sooner then later and came across Fusion Dental. After reading the reviews I decided to give them a try and when I say my experience from the moment I made my initial call to the day I got there was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING... It has TRULY been the best dental experience I ever experienced. For 1, being a new patient... I was about to get an appt the same week. For 2, they greeted me in the office with my name displayed on the screen and the time that room was last sanitized. They took plenty of xrays and kept me informed with what they saw and recommended. Once Dr. DOAN came in, she was very friendly and informative. Im trying glad I choose to go with Fusion and sure they just became my dentist, now that Im here. Even looking to make them my eye care provider also

Fusion welcomed me with open arms! I felt safe due to COVID-19, they took all the necessary steps to make sure everyone was safe. Madison was my dental hygienists and she was amazing. And she had such a great and bubbly personality! If you can’t afford everything or don’t have dental insurance THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU! JUST ASK! I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Bassiri is not only highly skilled but kind and generous. I had a broken tooth that she worked on and then, when she saw a stain in another tooth, she fixed that too. A third tooth looked like it might be a problem soon, and she applied a fix to keep it safe for now. I like that she does her work with joy and common sense. Her staff is careful and well prepared, now that Covid 19 is a worry. I trust her and Juanita, her assistant on the day I went to see her. They work as a team and keep me informed as they do. You cant ask for more from a visit to the dentist!

I’ve been going to fusion for a long time. It’s a wonderful office and my kids love it. But unfortunately checking out always takes a long time. And it did today as well.

Everyone was extremely friendly. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I was very anxious about the visit. The staff explained everything they were doing, and created a treatment plan to resolve my issue. Benefits were clearly explained and most importantly they were kind. I actually feel much less anxious about going back and getting some work done.

The office is fine and the dental care is satisfactory, but the scheduling is awful! They have messed up my appointment times/dates 3 times. Sometimes moving my appointment to an entirely different week without notification.
