When Dr Chapman took over Dr Knights practice, I wasnt sure that I would continue making the long drive. But I am happy to have stayed on, as Dr Chapman is professional and skillful, and the team really shines. I may not be the easiest patient, and Im fairly picky about my care. This team is excellent.

Dr. Chapman and her staff could not have made my biannual checkup any better. I was greeted by Lindsey who quickly asked me some quick questions and took my temperature. The cleaning and polishing was professional and painless. Dr. Chapman performed a through and detailed dental and oral cancer exam. After she discussed options for future dental work without any pressure to schedule soon.

I had such a great experience! A friend of mine recommended them to me and I am so happy she did. At my last dental checkup I went to another local dentist and just felt like I was part of an assembly line-with poor bedside manner. My experience at Chapman was totally different-everyone was very friendly from my beginning phone call, to insurance questions, my greeting at check in, cleaning, and my exam. Sam was my hygienist and was super personable. I recently became a new mom and had questions about when to start care for my daughter. Even though this appointment was for me she spent time talking me through what to expect has my daughter gets older. She listened to all of my dental concerns and reviewed them with Dr Chapman when she was doing my exam. It felt very comprehensive and I felt like I was heard and walked through every step of the way. So happy that I found our family dentist moving forward!

Dr. Chapman and staff are excellent. I love the way patients are scheduled in a reasonable way so that there is only a very brief wait when you arrive. I rarely ever sit in the reception area and have been a patient of Dr. Chapman for several years.

I recently moved to the area and I promised my wife that I would start going to the dentist again (its been 14 years). Dr. Chapman and her staff were not judgmental at all at my time between visits. They explained all of the new advances in dentistry since my last visit (no more spitting into a sink!) and were friendly and knowledgeable. A nice bonus was that their cleaning chair had a massage setting for while you were getting cleaned! My wife is now scheduled to come in next week, and I have an appointment for 6 months. No more waiting years between visits!

A few things come to mind. Friendly , courteous, and most of all staff has patience with reassurance. Something you value when you get to my age. I want to add that since coming here Im able to look in a mirror and see my long lost smile. It was like returning to an old friend.

My girls had a great visit at Dr. Chapmans office. All staff were very kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The front office staff made sure my other two girls had a movie to entertain them while they waited for their turn. Love coming in for my 6 month check up! The staff here is so friendly and welcoming! Sam is very gentle and thorough, yet speedy. Dr. Chapman loves what she does, and it shows! She uses top of the line technology, so I am confident that I am getting stellar preventative care.

Dr. Lauren Chapman is very detailed with her work. She has done restorative dental work and has had excellent outcomes. I can see that she would be excellent with children. I just wish at age 67 that I could be in the cavity free club. Guess I am too old. She would love to tell you about her undergrad degree from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington.Or her DDS she earned in San Francisco. I wanted Dr Chapman to see me and to check out a problem and she worked me in in less than 24 hrs to be seen and evaluated.

Went in with a broken tooth emergency. Left two hours later with a temporary crown. Permanent crown in two weeks. This is what I call flexibility. Another dentist would have added another visit or two in there.

I had a wicked tooth infection blow up my face overnight and was desperate for a dentist to see me asap. I called several and Dr Chapmans office not only agreed to see me same day, but saw me practically right away. Dr Chapman put me on the right antibiotics and one week later the offending tooth is gone. The actual oral surgery was painless and easy, although one must be reasonable and expect some pretty intense pain after the anesthesia wears off. Dr Chapman prescribed the right pain killers for me so I was able to rest comfortably afterwards. The staff at this office is so helpful and friendly. Dr Chapman herself is very personable and knowledgeable. I can tell there is a lot of pride and ethics in this practice. Can confidently recommend this dentist.

Who knew dentistry got so high tech??Given Im knocking on sixty and the first dentist I can recall didnt use any kind of anesthetic, then the next used nitrous oxide before I can recall any Novocain being administered and even then they kept shaking my cheek....like that made a difference?? and whats up with that??a lot has changed in dentistry.I made an appointment off of the reviews I read and can at least say it might have been fourteen months since my last dental visit and not years like another reviewer. But I knew as well as an initial office visit and a cleaning, I had a tooth that was a candidate for a crown and made sure there was room on the schedule to accommodate necessary prep.Yes, a crown is about to be a new addition to my mouth and the prep couldnt have gone any smoother....no need for any cheek shaking :)High Tech Dentistry.....YesDigital X-Rays, precise LTM - Soft tissue laser and massage exam chairs, whats not to recommend!!
