I saw Dr. Albers and was very satisfied with my care in office, and by the nurses. Seriously a great PCP. But they cant seem to answer their phones, which has been a huge issue. Hopefully theyll resolve this

Expect to leave a message if you want an appointment, but they do respond in a timely fashion. Dr. Albers was professional and thorough. If you are looking for a doctor who will spend ages with you as though you are a personal friend, then perhaps this is not for you. She spent enough time with me to answer my questions, and responded quickly once I set up my personal account where all of my medical information is stored, and emails can be exchanged. My impression is that her practice is too busy to stand around and chat, but if you have a real issue, she will be there for you.

They NEVER answer their phone. I called once 36 times to see if theyd pick up. They didnt answer once. They usually have at least 3 people in the front reception area not doing too much, just paperwork or computer work. Seeing as this is the biggest concern from other reviews Ive noticed, its concerning that they arent more attentive to their customers and patients requests. Ive had to drive up to them multiple times 40 minutes out of my way in order to talk to them. They simply dont care. They need to hire someone that is capable of answering the phone and taking calls. However, they are great physicians. But when you need them they arent there. Sometimes they call back. I should not have to leave a voicemail every time I need to contact my physician. Currently trying to find another PCP that is reliable who values their customer service. The front desk staff is simply incompetent and in over their heads.

Tried to call a few times no one ever answers. Sometimes they call back. Havent been able to get my prescription filled because they didnt answer when I called to reschedule my appointment. Now I wont be able to be seen for almost 3 weeks. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Like others have mentioned, they never answer calls. Communication is non existent. The doctor barely exams you during a physical. The doctor spent no more than 5 minutes speaking with you. Poor attentiveness.

Dr. Albers is amazing!!! She is so personable and actually takes the time to talk to you. So compassionate and caring, best doctor Ive ever had! I will say its hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone and or get a call back in a reasonable amount of time which is frustrating, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Is there anyway to contact this office? I have emailed, used the new patient function on the website, and called every day several times for 2 weeks. If you’re not interested in maintaining business or accepting new patients just say that 😭

Dr. Albers gets 5 stars from me! She’s very caring and listens to me.Unfortunately, the office staff never answers the phone. Every time I come in, they aren’t busy enough to not answer calls. So I’m unsure why they don’t. This last time was so important and I NEVER got a call back. I called because I tested positive for COVID 19 and wanted to know what to do after the two weeks. I left voicemails and called and I heard nothing. Because of me not getting called back, I couldn’t return to work because I didn’t have a physicians note. Mind you this was LATE NOVEMBER/EARLY DECEMBER. I STILL NOT HAVE HEARD BACK.

The other comments are not lying. THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE AND YOU WILL NOT GET A CALL BACK. Dont believe me? Try it now and you tell me what happens. The doctors are probably great, but youll never get through the crummy staff to find out. I dont know why doctors dont test out their staff to make sure things are going smooth before their patients finally get to them.

I was assigned this doctor by my new HMO. It is absolutely appalling how horrible this office is at communication. The office never answers their phone and takes 2 days to call back. And, if you miss that call (which I did because they only call back between 8 and 9am when I am working), youre out of luck for another 2 days. I actually had to drive to the office in person to make my first appointment. At the office, none of the staff appear to be even close to busy enough to not answer their phone and take 2 days to return calls.I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because I had a decent experience when I actually got in to speak with the doctor. But, after multiple chances and seeing other reviews saying the same thing here, I have given up and changed my PCP to another doctor, even though theyre much further away from me. My health is far too important to jump through so many hoops just to get basic treatment.

I wish I could rate the visit, however it is impossible to get a hold of anyone at this office. I have been calling and leaving messages for about 3 weeks with no response. I even sent an email to make an appointment but have yet to hear from anyone. They cannot be THAT busy!

Dr. Albers is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She truly cares and will do anything for her patients. I am so glad to have found her. She is what a doctor should be. I honestly love Dr.Albers she is so sweet and caring. She listens to all of my concerns. Unfortunately getting an appointment there is the worst!! If you don’t call as soon as they open you cannot get a hold of anyone. Every time I have gotten an appointment it’s after calling multiple times at different times of the day. I’ve been trying all week, not kidding, to get an appointment. I’ve called 4 days in row calling at least 10 times each day at different times and not one answer. The girls were always nice and sweet when I have been there and people are always in the front when I did happen to go so I’m not sure why no one ever picks up. I’ve been holding off getting a new doctor but unfortunately I feel like I have to at this point. So frustrating to try to get an appointment and thank goodness it’s only for physical and not because I’m actually ill.

Never return calls same day. Impossible to get in to see the dr when you’re sick. God forbid if you need a prescription filled. They may get back to you after the holidays even when they were open the day before. Great place to go if you don’t mind paying out the wazoo for absolutely nothing. Oh and if you need to see an MMJ there are far better, less expensive, and more reliable doctors out there!!

Dr. Albers is a one-of-a-kind doctor. I have been her patient for nearly a year now and will continue to be one despite now having a long drive. My loyalty began within minutes of my first examination.Dr. Albers had read through my lengthy medical records and referenced my files during the exam. I about fell off my chair! I arrived with complex issues and she developed a systematic plan to rule things in/out. My treatment plan actually had a plan.During each visit, Dr. Albers listens intently and her care is evident. She is tenacious and researches things to identify connections and patterns. I have come in for follow-up visits that include her saying, I looked at this and found....I have not seen Dr. Weaver, but have friends who are his patients. They report having similar experiences.

As a new patient to a small private office I expected better especially with the great reviews. I was seen late, the staff member who brought me back and took my blood was cold and lacked any sort of energy. Very poor communication in regards to test results, issues with patient portal and appointments.

Read reviews here and my feedback shouldnt be a surprise.Quality of medial care is great. 5 Star. Unfortunately the office staff and operations are a disaster.Getting in touch with someone at the office is difficult at best. You will NEVER have your call answered. The only recourse you have is to leave a voicemail....which is rarely returned in a reasonable time frame. And if you miss the return call (say for example youre busy at work) dont count on a follow-up return call. Its a hard reset...call back in, leave a voicemail, wait for hours (sometimes days) for the callback. They push you towards communicating via their portal website. In my experience, the portal is often unavailable due to technical issues. Also, response times to messages submitted to the portal are inconsistent as well.Dealing with my Primary Care Physican is a hassle and raises my stress levels. I simply dread it.Today is the final straw. My wife and I (both of us are patients there) are trying to get in touch with our doctor to get Tamiflu as our son tested positive for Flu A this morning. But as expected, we cannot get a hold of our doctor to receive medical attention. Despite numerous calls/VMs and messaging via the portal.I guess well have to pony up the extra cash to go to urgent care.Dr Weaver/Dr Albers..sorry, but youre no longer our doctors. With all sincerity, I hope that you figure out how to provide better customer service. Your patients are suffering. Youre losing business.

Dr Weaver is quiet n cool but brilliant. May not say a lot in the beginning but he knows his stuff and methodically approaches what hes going to do to find out whats wrong with you. I appreciate his cautiousness yet professional aggressiveness n approach. For I know hes going to get to the core of the issue! Hes the old school approach you dont see anymore. He is a blessing for me to have been recommended to. Thank you doc and especially to Sara who Always gets back to you and gives you Peace of Mind...takes care of business and I call her my Angel! And to Linds as well who cares and his entire lovely staff! ❤️

Ill divide this review in two separate categories: One:Doctor and facility; two :OfficeOne, the professionalism and care of the doctor and the office, deserves a 5 star. (Only reason why I keep coming) I like the convenience of the office that you have your blood work and urine test right then. Dr Weaver is very professional and takes his time with me everytime I go for my physical. Now, when it comes to schedule an appointment Ill give them a 0 star. This is my third year and EVERYTIME I call I leave a message (bc none ever answers) and even when the recording the message states that they Ill give you a call back in 48hrs, that never happens.Very unprofessional and disrespectful to your patients. You need to get your office organization together.
