After 14 years taking my kids (2), I guess its time to take my money elsewhere. Both my kids had an appointment at 9am ( they always see them at the same time, same room, but we are charged separately) my husband arrived by 9:06 and they said they can only see 1 of them because he was late. At any office you have a grace period of at least 10 minutes before they charge you for no show or so. It didnt make sense to me to see 1 and leave the other one hanging, especially because theyve always take them in in the same time slot. I think they were in a hurry because they want to leave early since its Friday. Well they just lost 2 patients. They were inconsiderate.

Bad experience. The nurse who did my checkup was super friendly and courteous. Dr. Ong was nice but spent maybe 5 minutes in the room with me and was a bit hard to understand because he spoke quickly and has a strong accent. I only went to the doctor to check on my thyroid because my medication was almost out of refills, so of course had to go and get blood work done. Rather than the normal response which is wait for the results and then call and discuss them with me (the same treatment Ive gotten from various doctors in various states during the 10+ years Ive managed this illness) they had me set up an appointment three weeks after that date. I showed up for the appointment and was told it would be 95 dollars. Confused, I explained that this was just a followup for some blood work. Yes, itll be 95.81 was the receptionists response. I just paid because there wasnt really anything else I could do (other than walk out and get billed for a missed appointment and lose my prescription). They then proceeded to give me ANOTHER checkup (three weeks after my last one!), then discussed the blood work results which Id already seen on the patient portal and could easily understand. Flash forward a few months later, I get a bill from them for another 40 something dollars, no explanation. What a ripoff. They got their 130 bucks but theyre never seeing me again.

They had a good doctor called Dr. Corp but since he left they have change doctors more than 3 times. That would be the only thing they change doctors too much. Staff is great and really helpful

I have been going to see Michelle Roberts_Perkins for four years now. And while its a drive from where I currently live, I trust her judgement, bed side manner, and have never had any issues with her service. Currently, my fiancee, daughter and I all have her as our primary care. She is truly exceptional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a patient of Roberts-Perkins for over four years. In my experience, I have never had a Nurse Practitioner so knowledgeable and professional in my life. Even after moving, I refused to be seen by any other doctor or nurse. Although I did not like the wait times there, I knew that when I walked in the room Roberts-Perkins would make sure to address every concern I had about my daughter or myself. I am writing because I am appalled that she was forced to resign. Her professionalism and demeanor was not taken into account in this situation. Nor did her patients get an opportunity to provide feedback in order to ensure a proper and neutral investigation. This was all one sided. Because of how badly this practiced handled one of their best employees, I will be retrieving my full medical file as well as my daughters and will never go there again.

Would love to know why Michelle Roberts Perkins is no longer there. I now have to find a new office bc I have seen all the others there and they can’t handle talking to pts and have no bed side manners

This office is very rude and inconsiderate, I arrived at 1:52 for a 1:45 appointments after spending two days in the emergency room and hospital. The front office staff was rude and said that the doctor has to approve seeing me because they have a fifteen minute grace period, but I was there seven minutes late. After the doctor gave the approval five minutes later, the receptions said, rudely He will see you, but he is going to see another patients before you since you got here late. Not that I have a problem with him seeing another patients first but it was clear that I was told that in demeaning and disreputably manner. This office is very unprofessional and I have employment based insurance that not only cost me weekly to pay, but a deductible and coinsurance I refuse to be treated as if I am beneath anyone, so if you are looking for a doctors office that displays compassion and consideration this is NOT the place. Dr. Pettits office is great. Good doctor, good nurses and staff. Im very satisfied with the attention I get there.

Came with a child who has a cough and fever. We do not have English, but there was an interpreter on call and there is insurance blue florida, they work with this office. But the doctor did not want us to say that without English or an interpreter would not accept. We have not seen an even worse relationship anywhere. Maybe here there is where you can write a complaint about this doctor?The pediatrician is simply not humane. Look for any other place for your children.

Ive used this group for years. Good doctors who dont keep you waiting. Clean offices and a respectful staff.

The wait was 2 hours.... but if you arrive 20 minutes late your charged so how does that make sense. 3 other women and I waited for around the same time. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password the front desk told me the wrong password when I informed her it was wrong she gave me attitude and just repeated the old password. You would think that if you have to wait 2 hours with no service they would provide an internet connection.

I had an GYN appt with Dr. Munoz. She was on time, thorough, and was very efficient.

BEWARE OF GREEDY MONEY HUNGRY DOCTOR, WHOS ONLY INTERESTED IN COLLECTING YOUR INSURANCE MONEY! If you have a long term health condition stay away from this corrupted practice. They made it real clear they are in business for a paycheck only! They dont care about your lively hood what so ever. Im lucky and blessed to have great health. I only have asthma, and from time to time use a rescue inhaler while im in the gym. Im very active and fit and use to work in a pharmacy. So i know its obviously real easy to just fax a prescription in. This drug is NOT a narcotic - its a freaking rescue inhaler to breathe. But apparently with Dr. Pettits receptionist as healthy as i am i HAVE to come in on an appointment every single time for a prescription. I am Completely healthy NOT sick at all, but Dr. Pettit wants my insurance money...so basicly i have to go out my way to see him, just to get a rescue inhaler. In exchange for him to collect his $500+ from my medical insurance. When he can easily just fax CVS a prescription. And guess what everybody there are doctors across the state that ACTUALLY write or fax in prescriptions WITHOUT seeing there patients. But this greedy money hungry office is trying to justify why they have to see you each time to charge your insurance just to get a prescription? What happened to seeing a dr. When your actually sick? Furthermore, to make matters worst, Dr. Pettits receptionist tells me to go some where else if i dont appreciate this practice wasting peoples time, for a quick buck. Do yourself a favor and DONT COME HERE!

I am 4 months pregnant and the Receptionist put an incorrect phone number and wrong information for my appointment. By the time I waited 2 months to see a doctor, i was told I missed my appointment and had to wait another 2 months because of the misunderstanding.

My old doctor left this firm and I was left to go back to Dr. Ong. He took 1 minute on my physical and left the room. They DO NOT take care of you here.
