Overall, fairly pleased however was told that my self-pay cost for a video consultation was going to be $80. Approximately 1 week later I got a text msg telling that I owed another $72? I called and was told that the $80 was an estimate; that was not explained to me originally. Sounds like a shady car mechanic to me.

Dr. Parillo is kind and caring doctor.They have onsite lab.All staff is excellent. I highly recommend this facility.

I used to see Dr. Parrillo and go to this clinic before moving out of the country and I really loved it back then. You could always get an appointment. I recently returned to the country and have been trying to make an appointment without any success. They have an online system that doesnt work and when you call and get to talk to someone, appointments are for three to four weeks out (even though I have been trying for over a month now).

Dr Parrillo and his team at Family Medical Center has always been an amazing team. From the minute you walk in until the minute you leave there is a caring approach to delivering care. Having been with practice for over 20 years, I am constantly referring new patients. Dr Parrillo himself is a provider who listens to his patients and ensures that they are heard while providing excellent care.A great and unique highlight to this practice is their sick call walk in hours Monday through Saturdays. Dr. Jan Parrillo is the first primary care doctor that I have had since moving to Orlando and out on my own (August 2012), so I dont have much to compare with, and have been seeing him and the staff there for about a year as of this month. That will not stop me from highly recommending him and the rest of the team working at Family Medical Center. So far I have had absolutely no problems with my visits, and all of my concerns have been addressed promptly and accurately. The Healow app and web service is a great touch for automating some of the less extensive parts of the visits such as requesting a visit time, viewing your lab results, seeing notes from Dr. Parrillo, and your currently prescribed medications, all in one place.I know I might be sounding a bit like an infomercial... lol but I cant think of a better way to describe my content with this team. Even in the midst of all the CoVid-19 suppression, their office was functional, precautionary, and quite welcoming.Easy 5 star recommendation, in my humble opinion.
