The worst experience Ive ever had with a doctors office. They were rude, condescending and spoke down to me. When I stood up for myself and called that behavior out they made me feel even worse. Please dont go here. Literally go anywhere else. They dont care about their patience. Youre just a dollar sign to them.

Such a great experience. Alex made it so comfortable and personable. Her personality is contagious and is so sweet. Dr.Alleyne is so nice and pays attention to all the small details I wouldn’t have thought about. I’m so glad I came to this doctors office. They are all professional, caring, and safe with covid precautions set up. Alex is amazing!

Marie Collazo ARNP is the best practitioner I have ever been to. She is knowledgeable, kind and takes her time with her patients. The medical assistants, (especially Charisse ) are super professional, knowledgeable and make me feel well taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about this practice!

I have been seeing Nurse Practitioner Marie Collazo for about 2 years. She is smart, personable, and -most importantly - listens to her patients, which is not something that every health care provider does.It’s also easy to get appointments, and I am usually seen within a couple of days of when I call, or sooner if it’s urgent.After seeing a couple different doctors over the last 6 years, I’m so glad I settled on Marie.

Figured Id give AdventHealth another try after past negative experiences at other practices (when under Florida Hospital) a few years ago (bad referrals and billing). While the general phone staff was EXCELLENT on initial contact when setting up my appointment and reviewing my needs that was the end of the positive interactions. Canceled my appointment hours before-cancelations happen I understand, Ive had to deal with them and working travel industry be the one to explain to people their plans have had to change.The issue isnt the cancelation but how it was handled-incredibly impersonal. Received a text simply saying your appointment (details) has been canceled. please contact us to reschedule and a robocall that said the same thing. I know sharing bad news isnt fun but its part of the job and if service is indeed something you consider yourself providing then a generic text/robocall is not the way to handle this. Is it convenient? Yes, for the office. Neither included the office information to make rescheduling convenient for the patient-in fact the text even came from an out of state number. If you actually do want people to consider rescheduling at least give the office number in the text or the opportunity to press 0 when receiving the robocall to speak with a receptionist.

Worse customer service. I called in to schedule an appt. placed my insurance card to my side, when she asked for the Information I said one moment and she had the audacity to say you have to have that ready when you call in. She ended up saying she had no idea what my insurance was independence blue cross . Wow just wow some people should work picking up phones

Amazing service as soon as you walk through the door. Rachel at the front desk is very welcoming and attentive to one’s needs. Katherine (nurse) was also very attentive and professional every visit i would come in for my check ups during my pregnancy. Excellent clinic, would recommend to family and friends.

I thought I would like this office considering Dr. Alleyene is nice and we got along, but this office does not like to help patients! This being a primary care facility, they REFUSE to help you with primary care issues! For god sake, they refused to even help me fill out a Patient Assistance Form for EYE DROPS!!! This is the 2nd request they denied to me and their answer being always.....Dr. Alleyene doesnt prescribe that to her patients or she isnt treating you for that! What is the purpose of her then?!!?

I have been a patient for 4 years and have always been treated with kindness and love. Marie collazo arnp is the best nurse practitioner she gives your time and attention, cares for your well being, always takes great care of me, the medical assistants cherrise, brenda and Jennifer are always very kind and do a great job caring for you, very pleasant. Office manager Nicole is very sweet and always helpful. I can assure you that they are an awesome team.

I just called 5 minutes ago, I was asked to be placed on hold and was left on hold. If your going to put a new patient on hold longer that 5 minutes, please use your professional skills and take a number to call the person back. Also, after being on hold for 7 minutes I called back and no one picked up. I was calling to make an appointment to become a new patient; because I live in that area . However, I will go else where.

I see Dr. Pritchett, who’s a great family physician. She always takes her time with me and makes sure she understands my concerns before prescribing a course of action. Her staff is vey friendly and helpful. Overall all the team is concerned with each patients health and providing solutions to health issues.

S. Morden (my name) I personally would not recommend this office to anyone. Service is absolutely terrible. Prescriptions weren’t called in that we were told would be.....wasn’t even able to talk to the doctor about it. After many calls the office manager got it straightened out. Have had other problems concerning call backs. Don’t count on ever getting a call back except (and this is after 2-4 calls later), MAYBE, from the receptionist. Have never been able to talk to the doctor or nurse practitioner who actually attended to me or a family member. Their phones are not turned on at starting time. The answering service is still answering 10 min or so after they are open. Not happy with this office at all.

The same thing happened to me. Scheduled my physical over a year in advance with Dr Hartman and was never notified the new Dr wouldnt honor it. I had to reschedule for another day. The wait time in unacceptable! The staff arrives after the patients with appointments in the morning. Doors are locked so we wait in the hallway. This never happened with Dr Hartman. Very unprofessional! Looking for a new Dr ASAP.

Have been with this office 5+ years and have been switched off to new doctors with no warning twice. It’s about impossible to see a doc here—always a nurse practitioner. Marie Collazo, ARNP, is lovely and attentive, but the staff is completely terrible and I’ve had multiple bizarre interactions with them. Most recently, I talked to them about an antibiotic; they talked to Marie and called me back, and had the situation COMPLETELY wrong. Like, saying, “you said you were allergic to....”. Uh, I never said a word about allergies. And now I’ve gotten some blood work results back in the patient portal with no interpretation or comments. I looked up the results and they’re not good. I should NOT have to call my PCP to confirm my own diagnosis. Done with this place. Done. Done. Done.

This one star is for the previous staff, not the current staff. This is the first and final time Im ever going to go to a gynecologist. On November 30, 2016, I went here for the first time ever, and samples were taken from me. When they took the samples they told me THEY wanted to run some tests on them, STD tests even though I was a virgin, just to be sure. That was something I was completely fine with, what I wasnt fine with was them sending my samples to a lab that was out of my insurance network even though they knew what kind of insurance I had, as well as the fact that I called ahead to ask them if they took my insurance in the first place before I even made an appointment to visit them. That mistake left me with a bill of over $900 which Im currently trying to have corrected. I called on December 30, 2016, after finding out the night of December 29, 2016 when I was presented with an e-mail from my father about it. Now it is January 2nd, 2017, the soonest I was able to call them back because they were closed on the other days, and the staff has conveniently left this office building and did not leave contact information for the new staff besides a fax number.Update: Im not sure who it was I was speaking with, but either they were covering for them, or they didnt know what they were talking about, because I just called the office again; January 5, 2017, and Dunn is still there.Update: January 6, 2017; So apparently Dr Dunn didnt move practices, she retired on December 31, 2016, so now I have to state a claim and hope it works out, because I have no other options. So amazing, I love my life.

Overall, a positive experience. I see Marie Collazo (the NP) and I love her! She is very attentive and takes the time to answer all of my questions. She seems like she genuinely cares about her patients. Shes always returned phone calls and emails through the patient portal within a day or so, which is nice!I generally get in on time for the most part, which is a big deal, because most of the time I have kids to pick up from day care after and need to be on time! I have only had one instance where I had a 4:30 appointment and didnt get moved into a room until 5:15 and not seen by Marie until 5:20, but it happens at just about any doctor from time to time. Sometimes things come up and I am understanding of it.The only reason for the 4 stars is billing issues. The first appointment I went for was for my yearly, which with my insurance has a $0 copay. I received a bill in the mail for $30 and called into the billing dept to explain that this was a yearly appointment and I should not have a copay. They said they would investigate and get back with me within 60 days and not to pay it until they figured out what the deal was. When I showed up at the doctors office about a week later, they tried to collect the payment. I explained to them what the deal was. The front desk girl just kept saying over and over again that the appointment was not coded as a yearly (not my fault). After going back and forth for about a month between the billing dept and the front desk, I just paid it. Mainly, because I like Marie so much and I didnt want to keep making calls and arguing with them every time I went. Still irked about it a little bit, but it is what it is.

Lovely staff, friendly nurses/techs, and fantastic doctors. BUT they have a sign stating if youre 10 minutes late they will reachedule you but what if they are running 45 minutes late… do you wait hoping itll only be a few more minutes or reschedule only to go thru it all again next time. Mind you I showed up 15 before my scheduled appointment. Usually its a short wait. Im hoping its because theyre catching up on patients because of hurricane Irma.

I have been a patient of Dr. Constant-Peter for years. She was also my 3 childrens doctor as well. Last night my feet swelled up really large. I called today and was told I would need to wait to see the doctor. I told the receptionist which are very rude people I would call Cigna and remove my business she told me that was fine with her. I have selected another primary care physician. Sadly, after years of a good doctor I will no longer tolerate her rude and lack of empathy staff.

Idk why there are so many bad ratings about this place... the nurses and doctor are all so nice and sweet. I have anxiety and hate going to the doctor and felt extremely comfortable. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Have gotten a new Doctor because of the staff thats now there. . Nothing but mistakes. Never with Dr Hartmans office staff. Been with this office with Dr Burns, Dr Hartman but color me gone. the only way I can post this review is leave a star. THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT.

I had scheduled my new patient appointment with Dr. Pritchett as I heard wonders from this FL Hospital Medical office. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with their scheduling process. When I scheduled this appointment, the only availability was for 1 month away. No problem, I understand new patients usually have to wait a little longer to be seen for the first time. I anxiously waited the whole month as I really needed to see a physician. One day before my appointment, I received a call stating my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict. Again, no problem, I work at a medical office myself and understand situations like this can occur. When I called back, I was appalled to find out that their next availability was another 2 months out. Not only did I already waited one month, now I am told I need to wait another 2! When I incurred about the unfairness of this situation as a patient, I was told that this was a decision made through a protocol change by Dr. Pritchett that she could only see 2 well visits in the morning and 2 well visits in the afternoon. I have worked in medical office management for several years, and we never created a protocol that would have such a negative effect on patients. Needless to say, patients are not their priority. I now have a bad taste in my mouth about this facility and doctor, even if an exception were to be made at this point, I do not want such a physician as my PCP. If she does not care about her patients needs and time, how will she ever care for me as a patient? Truly disappointing and will never recommend this office to anyone. By the way, front desk staff and management were not responsive as I never received a call back about my concern, and had to reach out to them myself. When discussing this with the manager, all i heard repeatedly was that this is how it is and there is nothing she could do! Then went on to say that she understood where I was coming from.... clearly she didnt, because if she did, there would be something she could have done!

I have been a patient here for about a year and I am much less than satisfied. Dr. Pritchett asks you to be patient with their staff as some visits may run longer than others, which is completely understandable, but will rush you through your visit and leave you feeling like no one is listening to you, or worse, no one cares. She is often on vacation and difficult to get an appointment with, which is concerning considering she is one of only two doctors in the office. For example, I called 3 weeks ago with severe groin pain and was told I’d have to wait for an appointment as the dr was “on vacation.” So I scheduled my visit for today and waited patiently for this day to arrive. I showed up 15 minutes early to my 3:30pm appointment and waited in the lobby for nearly an hour. I watched a pharmaceutical rep show up unannounced and he was ushered back into the office right away. A few short moments later, one of the front office staff members walks out and informs me that the dr had a very sudden “emergency meeting” and might be able to see me but not for a while. I was given the option of waiting several more hours or rescheduling...AFTER WAITING 3 WEEKS! I was directed back to the front desk to have my copay refunded to me and stood several minutes in front of a woman who was on the phone with another patient. She did not acknowledge my presence and clearly planned to continue wasting my time. A total of TWO other staff members walking around in the back acknowledged me as I stood there and did NOT offer to help this coworker of theirs who was clearly busy with something else so that I could have my money returned to me. I left the building and called to have it done over the phone minutes later and requested a call back from the office manager. A call I’m sure I will not receive. I just want to make it clear to everyone reading that I have NEVER written a review for anything. EVER. I’m not a complainer. More often than not, I just put up with bad service because any other kind of action just isn’t worth it. But I am sick to death of dr’s who demand that patients respect their time, while simultaneously failing to do so for their patients. I am more than willing to wait my turn, but If you have something better to be doing with your time, please do not have your office staff schedule patients for that same window of time. Not all patients are doctors, but I’m pretty sure we all have business to attend to and I value my time just as much as any doctor. Lastly, patients should really, really matter more than an impromptu meeting with a pharmaceutical rep.

Dr. Gregorie Constant-Peter is the best primary doctor Ive ever had. Ive referred so many of my family and friends to her. If youreunable to get an appointment with her, feel free to schedule one with either Dr. Bernice Pritchard or the Nurse Practitioner Marie Collazo because they are both great as well. They have a fantastic office team especially in Lawnie, the Office Manager and long staff member; Ayisha, the Front Desk Clerk and Charisse, the Medical Assistance.

I am going to recommend to everyone I know in this area NOT to go to this medical group!!!! The staff are idiots!! Not sure where they received their education, but it shows!! cannot carry on a conversation and explain why they make appointments at times when doctors are not even in the office yet and expect the patients to wait for them to arrive. The front staff are ridiculous!! Never experience such stupid, disorganized staff....Florida Hospital should be ashamed to allow these doctors, nurse practitioner and staff to run a doctor office in this manner.

Awful, completely awful. My poor mother has been seeing them for over a year with all of her medical issues and theyve never done anything right. Then, to make matters worse, I came in today after making an appointment because I have a UTI and they refused to see me because I was alone, and both of my parents were at work. Their excuse for not seeing me was because I dont turn eighteen for another 3 lousy months. I have never in my life been denied medical care from any doctor before because I was only 17. My parents both work 9-5 jobs during the weekdays, so their is no way I would be able to have my parents take me to a doctors appointment during the week. My mother is absolutely baffled that I was denied medical care, and therefore we have decided to find ourselves new primary care physicians. The nurses are rude, the doctors are impersonal, and the receptionists are extremely unorganized. Worst doctors office I have ever dealt with.

Was great with Dr. Hartman. When the new team took over they were terribly disorganized and unaware. I ended up seeing a PA and she was not personable and didnt try to get to know me. That appt was almost a year ago and when they called me for my annual I laughed to myself knowing I wouldnt go back. Too bad they sold out to FL Hospital in that way.
