I found Dr. Marichal through the app of my insurance provider. I did a Google search and found his website along with the good reviews he had, so I decided to try this clinic out. My first visit, I explained my issues and concerns, and he immediately put me on a track to better my health. Even though I was reluctant and skeptical at first, I also began his weight loss regimen he prescribed and recommended me, after going there for a few visits. Since I began the program and keeping consistency with diet and exercise, and can proudly say I have lost 30 pounds and counting (282 lbs. to 256 lbs.) since I started the program 4 months ago, as well as decreasing my blood pressure almost 30 points. He is an amazing doctor and his staff is friendly and professional each and every visit. Thank you for all you have done.

Dr. Marichal is one of the greatest physicians, hes very passionate when it comes to his patients. He has always showed that he cares about your well being and has always made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Marichal.

The lady in the billing department, Tina, is the rudest person I have spoken to. I called and she hung up on my without letting me explain my issue because she had other patient to attend to.She lacks empathy and compassion towards patients. I would not want to have her representing my colors because I know as a fact that that behavior is not what the Dr. preaches.

Efficient, reliable, cares about his patients, not in a hurry to get you out of his office and most of all , knows his job very well, an excellent doctor.I truly recomend.

I love this office! From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. I have never had an issue with wait time or any of the staff. Doctor Marichal is the BEST! He is very knowledgeable, helpful, warm, caring and listen to your concerns. He is the first physician I’ve ever had to take the time and care to provide exceptional service.

Worst doctors office Id ever been in my life, they trick the insurance so they receive more money for the visit and their attitude is unbelievable. I went for an annual check and they billed it as a preexisting condition so I ended up paying almost $200 when it was supposed to be free of charge and thats just the beginning. I dont recommend them, dont waste your time and look for another doctor.

This isnt just an ordinary doctors office . They listen , ask questions and act accordingly . Nothing less than 5 stars . From the office coordinator and staff down to Dr. Marichal himself . Put your health in the best hands with the best knowledge .

Its a real shame that Dr. Marichal as nice as he is employs such rude and unprofessional receptionists. I was signed up for their self pay program and after getting a new card it kicked me out of the system. They claimed they called to tell me but I never recieved a voicemail and I always check my messages. More or less she said it would be too much work to get me back in to the system. So she would rather be lazy,lose a patient than take the extra time to fix the issue, cool. Probably best anyway since she severely bruised my arm taking blood, after I stated I have an auto immune disease and have weak veins. I hope he starts to do a better job of screening his employees in the future.

Very poor service from the staff. My 76 year old mom ,which was a patient says the DR is excelent. But i am who manages her appoinments and follow ups and just never had such an uncooperative office . Even more with my mom having serious health conditions. Absolultly no compasion!

Personally, I havent been with them for long. In search of a primary doctor and help me reach some health goals, as they recommended it to me and I made an appointment with them.I am with them in the weight loss program and I am doing very well so far and as for the Doctor I think he does his job very well. I chose it because it helps with both and so I dont have to go anywhere else.Very friendly and knows what hes doing.Now, regarding the Staff, there are moments, not always, they are sharp in the conversation. But that usually happens many times at work.But most of the time Elizabeth answers me, and yes, she is a little dry when she speaks, but she is a very good girl and always answers my questions. That does not mean that he is a person of poor service to patients. It is simply your personality. You have to meet the staff and smile at them too.I live in Poinciana and to go see the Doctor in Lake Underhills says a lot.I have to call you on Monday for some work papers, I need Dr. Marichal to fill me out so I can return and I hope you can help me. Just as many of you expect the same.So far everything is fine as a patient, but if at some point I have to say something to improve, I will. Thank you.

Today finding a Doctor who truly practices medicine, respects his patients, listens to them, and his work ethic is excellent. I always recommend it to close people and friends. I recommend it 110%
