Dr Sanchez and Dr Boor are just amazing!

You guys Rock!!! Thank you; the phone was answered fast and very professional; I needed an appointment for my father who has Medicare, the appointment was made for the same day, not only that but I was offered medication delivery; that is wonderful, my father can stay home safe and we don’t have to worry about getting his medication. I love Premier Medical.

Dont go here... I dont usually leave bad reviews but I felt that I had to warn people about this place. The location in Dr. Phillips is super unprofessional from the receptionist to the doctor. Checking in feels like youre at the DMV (receptionist hates her job and acts like dealing with customers is a burden). We were scheduled to get our bloodwork done and they claim they never received (likely lost it). They said they would handle it by reaching out to the lab that did the bloodwork but they never did. After 4 months with no update from premier, we started asking or our money back. This finally triggered a reaction but they sent us the wrong paperwork, two times (still never got our bloodwork results). They also did not submit the invoice to my insurance company after my first visit so when I arrived for my 2nd visit, the receptionist said I owed them money. I called Aetna right then and it was determined that Premier Medical Associates had never even submitted it. These other positive reviews cant be real. The way this place handles customers is as if they believe people dont have other options.

This place is impossible to get a hold of if you need anything. They will over charge your insurance for no reason. They also play games with patients who are in need of medication after they take your money. Be aware and stay away. They are thieves and will leave you hanging during this pandemic. DO NOT TRUST them!!!

I called to get a test arranged. I spoke (via emails)with Shelby Zellner. She made it work!. Had a tele-visit within 30 minutes with Dr. Sanchez and was impressed! Shelby arranged a test immediately that fit my schedule. This is a professional organization. Will be back to use them.

PMA has locations all over and they get you in there fast and know how to treat you. Most of all, they are affordable.
