Dr. Garcia has been my GP for a number of years and is caring and knowledgeable in every case. With quick responses from her support staff, particularly Michelle, I never have to wait more than an hour to get the abswers I need.I wholeheartedly recommend the practice and Dr. Garcia for wonderful care and quick answers.

I scheduled a new patient appointment with a newer doctor to establish a primary after some new health issues came up recently. I called several places before scheduling the appointment, but was not willing to wait the almost 3 months most places were booked out. I was able to schedule a new patient appointment a little over 2 weeks from calling. I received a confirmation email at 3:30 pm yesterday, for my 3:15 pm appointment today. My appointment was cancelled because the doctor was out. They stated they left a message, but obviously they knew I didn’t receive it, as my appointment was still on the books. The practice has an online messaging portal, access to email and text messaging. None of these other methods were even attempted; knowing my appointment was in less than 24 hours. The receptionist called back to the practice manager and asked her to come up to assist. She literally just said “why?” and as the receptionist began explaining she asked if there was a patient in front of her to which she replied “yes” and then instructed her to have me reschedule. Because I informed them of how rude I found this customer service and left without rescheduling, the practice manager called me and attempted to “apologize” stating if she knew I was up there she would have come right up because she goes up there many times a day. You knew, you still didn’t.Thank you for trying to convince me that you do your job. I didn’t see all of the negative reviews until just before my appointment, as reviews for the doctors were great on healthcare sites. I would NOT waste your time unless in a bind, as these negative reviews are an accurate depiction of how the business is run. For a place with family in the name, they definitely don’t treat you that way.

My Healthcare Professional which is Dr. Garcia, and her nurse Michelle are absolutely Great to work with. They listen to my concerns and always provide an answer to meMichelle is absolutely outstanding, and deserves the praise and pat on the back. Every time that I contact her, she returns my calls and emails immediately, and with an response that places me at complete ease. So keep up the Great Service and work. You are a true Superstar for Dr. Garcia peeps!

Horrible experience. Waste of my time trying to find a new GP. Over two hours waiting and didn’t even get my refills I needed. Don’t bother coming here. The doctor had a dry bedside manner as well. Zero personality

She always seems to have my back and returns my communication promptly. She is more than glad to assist me with any questions I may have.I am extremely fortunate to have this group with me!

Love my doctor, but the billing department is not very helpful. Was told a refund check would be issued in mid-June. Today is August 8 - still nothing. After calling and being on hold for 20+ minutes, the billing manager tells me that the only person that can issue the check is on vacation. Guess it is a looooonnnnng vacation if hes been out since mid-June.

It was my first time going there and I did not know what to expect from this place since I was new to it all I even got lost just trying to find it. But when I was in the door 🚪 the front desk people were very kind to me then I had to fill out paperwork which is no big deal that comes with the territory. Then I got called back to the room where and my nurse who was so nice and friendly wrote down every single thing that I was telling her about my self another words my history then my new doctor came in the room and I was so happy to meet her. It just made my day to fine such a nice lady to see and that is willing to help me with everything I need!! I was so happy when I left that doctors office best day ever!! ❤❤

The Healthcare professionals are Fantastic, but the way they run their office is a nightmare. You can’t see the doctor or NP without paying in advance. Both my wife and I have over paid for services and had to fight with the billing department to get our money back took my wife 2 years. Pretty horrible customer service when you can’t receive care without paying upfront...then they overcharge you and you have to fight to get your money back. If the operations can learn bedside manner from healthcare professionals and proper customer service they have a chance to keep customers/patients. They have one more chance with me before I find a new provider due to the NP I see being great.

Getting bounced around from provider to provider on each visit isnt very complimentary. Blood work is an automated machine print.. False negatives compared to Lab Corp results. These people sent me my results in the mail, the script was so small, no one could even read it. It seems Covid has allowed all others to be ignored. I am tired of this place. I have been established as a wellness patient only to find that self payers are ignored...

I see Kay and she’s awesome! Short wait times and she is a great listener and truly seems to care about her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jan Parrillo for nearly 30 years and he is always on time, incredibly carrying, never rushed and extremely thorough. He is a rare find these days when everyone is a number. He truly cares about his patients and will follow up to make sure what he prescribed is working.

Doctor Shah is a huge asset to Family Medical Center.He listens, and remembers what I have said to him from year to year.He has a calming, sincere and understandable mannerism.He has always advised me in a proper path.I feel tremendously lucky to have him as my Primary Care Doctor.All of his staff show me the same courtesy as well.

At other doctors offices I usually have to wait. The scheduled appointments are handled timely. I was out the door very quickly and completely satisfied with the service provided.

I had an appointment to have a COVID-19 test, I did not complete this service or appointment due to a very unprofessional and disrespectful attitude from the staff performing the COVID-19 test, the lady organizing the service started with the ones that arrived after me, when I asked about fulfilling the appointment scheduled she answered: “If you don’t like it you can leave”! I left the line insulted and with no intention to use this office services in the future, I am notifying my insurance to not accept any charges for this test.

I’ve been coming to this practice for a few years now and the doctors and staff are great. Every time I’ve needed an appointment I get in fast with no issues. One of the nurses I’ve had a pleasure taking care of me was Paola. She’s very patient, attentive to all my concerns and makes me feel welcome. I like that fact that they have a lab in the office. I would recommend my family and friends to this practice anytime.

I’ve been going to this practice for a few years now. Great and friendly staff and doctors. The only thing I will say is the waits are sometimes a little dragged out but it’s very once in a blue moon , most of the time there pretty fast and have u out of there in 30 min! Which you can’t beat for a busy doctor practice.

Dr. Delgado and nurses, Eva and Hilary, are very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and caring. My mom and my aunt are patients of Dr Delgado and they both always feel very well taken care of by him and his staff. I appreciate the bedside manners of Dr Janovitz. Hes thorough and, thoughtful enough to be sure questions are asked and get answered and, that his recommendations are understood so the patient can follow through. It prevents the patient from being left to speculate.Hes pretty firm on relaying the repercussions a patient may face based on the problems negative behavior has caused.I wish I had listened a few years earlier.Last thoughts:I am secure knowing if I need a visit with Dr Janovitz I am getting sound advice and that he has given me time to express myself and be an informed participant in my treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Delgado for many years. I had left a practice because the doctor was very quick with my visit and as I passed by I saw him sitting there eating a snack. He then called to see why I had left. I need a doctor that will listen to me. Dr. Delgado answers every question I have. Most of my family goes to Dr. Delgado as he is the best. The nurse, Eva, is wonderful! I can even ask her personal questions :) I always look forward to my appointments because they are so kind and helpful. Hilary responds immediately to my emails. Sometimes I feel as I have been a pest but she says no I havent. You know you can get an answer from her very quickly. Then Jill is excellent with getting me in to see Dr. Delgado. I never have a problem getting in with I have something fairly serious. The best thing is that the staff never changes. That says a lot! Most places have turnovers but these are the same people that I have been seeing for years. They are all very special and great at their work.

I had to get in as an emergency...I was seen by a Dr. Shaw...whatever you have to do , DO NOT go to this medical facility. No one knows what the other one is doing. Dr. Shaw acted like he was too good to even shake mine or my husbands hand. I ended up going to the hospital and was admitted. My name is Mary Bush. I thank God for the hospital.
