I literally just got off the phone with the reception who was VERY rude. I just got insurance from my job and have never had insurance before. I called her and she asked me what was my ID number. It wasn’t on the card, so I said dang what is my number ? I don’t know it I’ve never done this before. And she RUDELY said with the smart little mouth she has “ I don’t know you have the card” and took the phone off her ear to speak to someone and said “ she doesn’t know her ID #” and then asks me for my social with an attitude. First off, HORRIBLE customer service . I’ve dealt with people who don’t know their OWN information and I Never disrespect them. She needs to learn some customer service skills because she LACKS THEM.

The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars here was the wait time. 1 and half hours just to diagnose an eye inflammation is too much in my book. Literally 4 minutes with the Doctor himself. However, that being said... excellent bed side manner, if you will, from the Dr. He was great. And his staff is amazing and patient. I saw one of his staff members dealing with a lady that couldve made the meekest of people just snap. And you can see she was close lol.... but she got through it with a smile. Rare to find service like what we encountered there this past Friday. Im sure well have a great experience tomorrow as well.

I went here to get fitted for contacts and my glasses prescription updated. They had a hard time getting the contacts to be right, which I was told was extremely normal. When I called to confirm an appointment, I was told that they wanted me to go elsewhere and that they could not help me. Very unprofessional. Then the huge effort to try to get my medical records, my glasses prescription and glasses sent to me ensued. I was told they would mail my glasses to me and called 10 days later to find out they were not mailed and they would not know when they would mail them to me because they did not have a box. Seriously? They have an optical department that sells glasses so surely they have a box! I never received my medical records from them (they told me at first they would not release to me-only to a provider, which is against the law-they are MY medical records!) Then they emailed them to me in a word document that would not open. DO NOT GO HERE!

Updated review: Been going to this office about 3 years and will continue. Service is excellent and Dr. Parker and his team are very pleasant. No complaints!

Love this place, the type of service they offer is out of this world amazing!

Its one-stop shopping and the doctor is great. Front-desk reps and office assistants, however, can at times be lacking in customer service. Also, costs for office visits, prescriptions and eyeglasses may be surprisingly expensive, depending upon ones vision insurance.

Been going to him for years, Ive have taken my elderly mother and aunt here and have always had the best care. Extremely helpful finding the right contacts for me, and my mothers cataracts surgery was amazing.

I have been his patient for many years and have always had an excellent experience with his care. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He gets a 5+++ from me

So very very Slow. The receptionists were unable to answer basic questions and they scheduled me incorrectly for an eye exam. I arrived with an appointment, waited 45 minutes and was still 3rd in line to see the doctor, and left. 2-stars because the building was nice enough, but the staff and schedule management was super inefficient.

What a breath of fresh air! The doctor is so personable as is the staff!

Cant recommend these folks highly enough - Id need 10 stars. Rare these days to find both competence and kindness from the staff and the MD. This is the place to go - trust me.

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST!!! He is a great talker and makes so many false promises infact Ill just share my fathers story....My father had accompanied my mother to her eye exam, after meeting this scum whom he thought was a great person/doctor they sparked up a conversation about my father having cataracts. Then my father made an appointment, on the day of the appointment he said the cataract was really bad and needed to be surgically removed so believing his word my father consulted with him and Dr. Parker explained that he could complete the surgery for a total cost of $1,500 it will take 23 seconds by computer so he wont have to touch your eye and youll be able to see better than youve ever been able to once you heal after surgery (he also promised a FREE 3 month follow up after surgery as a package deal) so he made another appointment and paid the $1500 upfront now after payment he tells my father that he needs to go to the urgent care for bloodwork ekg and a physical which cost an aditional $400 why wasnt this mentioned during consultation? Arriving at the eye center behind Winnie Palmer the woman at the desk tells him he has to pay $189 right then on the spot this was a fee for anesthesia or he cant do the surgery so my father paid an additional $189 after paying $1500 once again wasnt mentioned during the consultation. Day after surgery first follow up visit goes well but he referred my father to another doctor for further follow up appointments but wait a minute we recieved a bill $100+ for that visit in the mail what happened to the free follow ups for 3 months? Fast forward 3 weeks later go to this new doctor he was extremely great didnt ask for any payment during any visits perfect then what do you know long behold another bill in the mail but wait I thought he had 3 months free follow ups? And yes in case youre wondering we still have bills being sent to the house that will not get paid debt collectors keep calling my father sees worst than he did before surgery and ended up with a lazy eye after surgery.

Awful experience. Not recommended to anybodyWent with a discomfort in my eye. He didn’t find anything and overcharged me
