I dont grasp the other reviewers. I felt that Bennitta (Dr. Edmeade) was great and that my annual check-up was more than fine. The wait times may be exacerbated by social distancing measures, but Ive been to even slower offices pre-Covid. I likely have to call later today to follow up on some items (Im unsure where to find my lab order), but I do have responsibility and autonomy over my own health, especially if the office is centrally located and seeing dozens to hundreds of patients a day.

Amazing experience! Waited no more than 5 min in the waiting room and no more than 10 in the room for the doctor. Dr Haber was very attentive and listens well. Also, it was so easy to schedule radiology studies and they can all be done on the same day and in the same place! The online patient portal is also so easy to figure out and great to be able to see all tests completed. Highly recommend!!

I saw this doctor for a few months and the first time she seemed welcoming and kind, but after a few times of coming in and getting no aide at all I got frustrated and spoke to the staff about my frustration of the doctor not helping me feel better after months, they responded with hostility. They even manufactured things I said and did against me, which is an example of an office which is disorganized and a staff which is making decisions based on made up rumors.I don’t feel that explaining to your doctor they have not been giving you the care you go to them for is “inappropriate,” and the fact they responded this way is upsetting. The only care I ever got from her was “get a flu shot”. I went fora second opinion and was given relief, relief I wish my PCP had given months before.In the end, my time as a customer there was as waste of time and money. I have found a new PCP and urge this office to listen and care for their patients more. We come to you looking for aide. You are our doctor.

Avoid Bennitta whatever you do! Horrible, horrible experience. She does not care about you at all. Zero compassion or empathy. Rude. She should not be in the medical field. I have heard wonderful things about Tanya Haber. However, you will have to wait a long time if you want an appointment with her.

Bennitta is amazing!!! She takes her time and cares for you, I dont know who Joseph or Sarah is but sounds like some people didnt get their way and is now being trolls Super sad, Bennitta your amazing continue your great work ❤️

The reviews are right, avoid Bennitta!! Its a shame because Tanya Haber is very good.

STAY AWAY. They are incompetent in dealing professionally and in a timely fashion with patients. This is not just an isolated incident, my mother has been treated horribly at many appointments as well. I would stay AWAY from florida hospital groups, all the patients are just numbers, the care is no way comparable to private offices. Dr.Haber is an excellent doctor but the staff and the system that Florida Hospital operates is disappointing.

Dr. Haber always takes her time to listen. Very welcoming and warm staff/atmosphere.

Clean office, rarely ever do I wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Dr Aydur is very sweet and attentive.
