Give the dr himself a one star. Visited his facility only twice. The first visit I knew and felt the incompetency. So I have him another change since my son recently had a traumatic brain injury I need a dr who’s on their A game. Second visit Dr Duran was not prepared had nothing ready didn’t have the test available to test my son for RSV then sent me to lab Corp And come to find out they don’t do those type of testing in the office. Also the second visit he stated he was to busy to do my son a 4 month check up. Literally listen to his heart beat and that was it.

Great experience! I was able to make a same-day appointment with Dr. Duran. He took his time with us. He asked us many different health/psychological questions and gave my son a thorough physical and even checked his vision to arrive to a diagnosis. He recommended my son to do a discipline-packed sport, and to see a behaviorist to help him cope with his frustrations. I cant thank him enough! By the way, if I have to wait two hours to see him next time, I would do it. He is worth it. -Thumbs up Doc!

I love doctor Duran and have been taking my kids there for years, however, the receptionist... can’t remember her name but she gives the kids their shots. She is rude on a regular basis for no reason. The stars are specifically for the doctor. The new lady is pretty nice but that older one.... ugh 🙄

Dr. Duran has a small office. Yes sometimes when i come theres a bit of wait but not always. He helped me find out my daughter is Autistic and referred me to a neurologist and get my daughter set up with the right therapies she needs. I really appreciate all he has done for us, and the admin has been super helpful too. Im very grateful of his services. He knows his stuff!

Im sorry only 2 stars because the medical assistant there is super rude and has no good customer service whatsoever! The receptionist is nice, is the other lady with dark hair that is extremely rude she doesnt say hello or anything!!! She gave our son a few shots and as she was walking out of the room she practically whispered he will need to come back in 2 months! The dr is great but that lady is not!

Horrible office. My daughters have been going there for a year. They lost my daughters chart had no records of her and when I inquired how do they not have her records the Drs asst Jessica was rude and loud for no reason said they no need to have records on file and even said not to take my daughter back. Horrible customer service shes only there for a paycheck could care less if your child is sick and needs medical attention.

Give 0 start took mine dauther for cold she had.lady from they have bad attitude they dont knoe work patience there I dont recomend this place knoe one took mine kids out there 0 start

Bren bringing my daughter here since she was 2 and they have been amazing. On occasion we havr had to wait for a bit but they have been understanding. (Even saw us on a slow day when I mixed up apppointment days).

My children have been going to dr Duran for almost 17 yrs and today was the first time I had a issue where her drs supervisor called me and was extremely rude hung up on me and wouldn’t allow me to speak with my Children’s dr

If i could give this place ZERO stars i would. BEEN HERE FOR NOW 1 HOUR AND 10 mins JUST SITTING IN THE ROOM & there is NO ONE HERE. They take their sweet time! Its literally dead here all the time and they take about 2 hours to see my daughter! Im CHANGING MY DAUGHTERS DOCTOR ASAP. The nurses here are soooo rude. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!

The stuff is courteous, and the doctor take his time to listen to the patient, and they always get me in whenever my child has an unexpected fever! The waiting is not too long.

He is nice, and appears care but you are going to wait a while

There was one person ahead of my daughter and I had an appointment and I didnt get seen for 2 hours, very run down. And not good staff. Horrible experience
