Met Dr Ali at Dr Philips office. Liked his manner and professionalism. Did not feel rushed. Did have difficulty verifying my appointment, told different location then called back to correct so we were late.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Ali is probably a nice person, but my visit with him was unproductive. He may have years of experience in sleep medicine, but it is dated. He does not listen and came across as a know it all. Not everyone can be treated with the same treatments. He was not knowledgeable or helpful to me. Waste of my time and money. He needs to learn to listen, and update his know and treatment approaches. Hr has peoples lives in his hands.

My wife was being seen here and following the treatments that were given to her. She was diagnosed with asthma and peak levels were low for her. They were going to follow up with her two months after receiving her treatment. She unfortunately had to work and couldnt find time to follow up. Her job required her a form to fill out stating her problems with asthma and what she should avoid. We drove an hour to drop off the form and two days after had to call in to find out the doctor refused to fill the form because they are accusing my wife of not following with treatment. Regardless, that puts her life at risk while working. Time to find a better doctor.

Wouldnt trust anyone else in Orlando with my lungs. Wonderful doctor

Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:45 follow up appointment, was the last to leave before lunch and Dr Ali was not pleased.We sat in the waiting room until 10:45 watching people that were there before us and after us walk right in, along with walk-ins being taken care of (must have been picking up prescriptions??)At 10:45 we made it thru the next door to go over the paperwork.Then at 11:10 we made it to our room to wait for Dr Ali.11:35 we finally got to see Dr Ali, we had a conversation and he was NOT at all happy. (He took many notes,) We completed our business and exited the front door at 11:50. EVERYTHING here can be verified by security camera.Dr. Ali is a great Doctor but needs to work on some of the employees.

Dont waste your time here. This office is unprofessional and staff is incredibly rude. They dont care about your wellbeing and are very vengeful if you miss an appointment for reasons that are out of your control.

A wonderful caring doctor.

Dr Ali saved me from memory loss, chronic pulmonary illness and a loss of energy by discovering and treating my extreme sleep apnea... Thank you
