I have had both my children with Dr. Bhargava about close to 10 years now or so or little under, however even with previous off track we continued with her being she is known to the community as one of the best at doing her job, many times we have come in with having long waits, and as some negative replies she can be cold rude and disrespectful, which we have experienced in the pass years some disrespect but today on our virtual call I was not going to allow it. I told her if you are concerned about the issues of our choice using virtual visit and the system did not text my phone and we were waiting, but I had to be told she has to make the appt. quick because she has other patients to see. Excuse me you are being paid for all your patience. I dislike having to file complains rather give great reviews than negative. You can see the frustration as she was trying to hurry through, I felt I accomplished nothing on this visit. I understand that with a in person and a virtual visit is very different, however given the circumstances of todays world it pretty much is what it is, yes though my children are vaccinated and going face to face, I did not need to be told that they are more exposed in school than in her office. Though there is only two options now face to face or online learning which caters not to ESE students of special needs. The discrimination there we are pretty much forced to send our children to get IEP/504 accommodations in school, which arent always met without advocating. We are doing our best to keep them safe and masked and healthy. I have to admit am very disappointed in our visit it being virtual or in person. And I have had all my other doctors be able to do their very best virtual and not felt disrespected or uncomfortable.

No personality, cold, doesn’t listen, puts parents concerns to wayside. After 6 days of tests and being at children’s hospital we left with a diagnosis of maybe it’s viral. Now seeing another specialist in the area and he is FANTASTIC acts like he truly cares about my concerns and my child. Do not come here!

Great experience! I read some previous reviews about wait time and prepped accordingly with snacks and toys. We were in and out within an hour of waiting and this past time only 30 minutes, so dont let these other reviews bring you down! Dr. Bhargava is very sweet and understanding and set us up to get some test run, etc. The NP is also great and the staff are excellent and caring. I would definitely recommend this place.

The doctor is very helpful and took a lot of time with us to help figure things out. But the staff is completely opposite. They are in a hurry and dont work well with children. They are short and even rude on the phone when I would call. With questions. They make you use hallway bathroom every time for some reason. And not the one in office. Just dont feel very welcomed. Also both times we have been here we have waited over an hour. Office is dirty, torn up chairs and not very kid friendly. All I want to do is wash my childrens hands over and over again, after everything they touch. Just doesnt feel clean. I would not recommend this doctor, and probably wont be back if we have any other concern.

Dr. Bhargava has treated my daughter for about two years. She takes time to listen and after many trials and errors my daughter found the best treatment for her. Digestive disorders are hard to treat as everyone is so different and it takes time to figure out whats best. Unfortunately its time to find an adult doctor. Grateful to Dr Bhargava and staff for the help my daughter has recieved.

NOT SURE WITH THE BAD REVIEWS, BUT MY SON HAS BEEN COMING HERE FOR ABOUT SEVEN YEARS. AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE DR. AND STAFFS SHE IS VERY THOROUGH WITH DETAILS. I DONT MIND WAITING FOR HER WHILE SHE IS WITH ANOTHER PATIENT. I WOULDNT LIKE MY TIME TO BE RUSHED ITS NOT “HI AND BYE” OR A “DRIVE THRU” APPT. WE DRIVE FROM ST.CLOUD TO SEE HER AND WOULDNT HAVE IT ANY OTHER WAY UNLESS SHE RETIRES LOL

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE! The doctor is VERY IMPATIENT RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND APPARENTLY THINKS ITS “NORMAL” FOR A 3 month old baby to CHOKE while they’re historically crying. She said she’s been doing this for 20 years and clearly she DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL SHES DOING WATCHING MY DAUGHTER SUFFOCATE WHILE CRYING AND CALLING IT NORMAL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Best staff and doctor Ive ever taken my kids too! Under Dr. Bhargavas care my daughter was able to get her life back. Her disease was robbing her of childhood years. Never in four years have we had one issue. My daughter turns 18 next year and we will have to find a adult gastro doctor for her or she would stay her patient forever!

Dr. was great front staff horrible and very unprofessional. After several attempts to talk to a manager about a charge I felt was not okay, instead of the manager EVER contacting me or ANYONE FROM THE OFFICE, for that matter they simply kept ignoring me and sent me to collections for $25 dollars. Ridiculous. I have medical office experience and NEVER in a million years would I ignore a patient trying to figure out a charge, instead just send them to collections so they go away. Terrible.

I took my 2 month old son in for chronic diarrhea and vomiting. She was nice the first appointment but when the special formula still didnt clear up the issues she told us to pump him full of rice cereal (to stop him from going) and Karo syrup (to get him to go again). She didnt treat the cause of the problem just the symptoms. Fearing her advice was a safety risk we returned to his pediatrician who immediately changed his formula and hes been doing great ever since we even got him off of the reflux meds. When I called to cancel his follow visit the staff was rude and actually hung up on me. Also every visit was an hour long wait in the waiting room. Do not take your children here

Dr. Bhargava is the second Dr. to treat my child. I went to her after a failed attempt at diagnosis with another Dr. My first appointment with her really demonstrated that she is the right Dr. for us. Before the first appointment the office worked with me to get all my childs medical records from her previous gastro, her pediatrician and the hospital. On the first appointment she had already reviewed all my my childs records and asked us to tell our story in our own words. She asked good questions about our regimen and some follow up questions about our treatment. She takes careful and thorough notes. We ran some basic tests (skipped by previous dr.) and got us on a better path to treat my daughter. Dr. Bhargava will use data and facts to make her diagnosis/treatment plan. Shes not afraid to tell you the hard truths. I think some may find that tough to take, but for me, I want the truths to help my daughter. My daughter has never been better. I will continue to work with Dr. Bhargava even though she is further away than other Dr.s and I may have to wait longer to see her. I know she is giving her other patients the type of care I expect for my own kid.

My son was referred by his pediatrician to Dr. Sangeeta to figure out what was wrong. At first, I ddnt want to drive an hour and a half each way. At the first appointment, she did everything I was anticipating should happen to try to diagnose my son. She answered all my questions and I left still uncertain about my sons condition, but clear directions on what we needed to do at home. She discovered a fissure and prescribed a regimen of fruits/vegetables, Miralax, and consistent bowel training to try to heal the fissure and get my son using the bathroom regularly. Also, sent him for a blood work up. We returned in 2 weeks for a follow-up. She checked his fissure and did another blood occult test. Fissure was not healed and still + blood in stool. She wanted to schedule him for a colonoscopy, but said we should continue what we are doing for 30 more days and re-check then. She didnt want to do a colonoscopy on such a young child too quickly, which made me feel comfortable. She gave him the time to heal, instead of running tests or putting him through unnecassary things. When we returned in 30 days, there was no change. She informed me that she suspected Crohns Disease and wanted to do a colonoscopy/endoscopy to rule out or diagnose him. After that was done, she came to the waiting area to explain her findings and it is Crohns Disease. Since the diagnoses, we have been seeing Dr. Sangeeta for his continued care. She takes the time to answer any questions that my son, my husband, or I have. Her staff in the office is excellent, as well. I highly recommend Dr. Sangeeta!

We are never seen by the doctor or nurse practitioner on time. At the minimum they are 1 hour behind schedule. We have now been 5 times and the wait beyond our scheduled time is between 1 and 2 hours.
