Awesome pharmacy! The beauty of it is how easy it all is. They deliver your order so easily and sweetly, you barely notice… and then you have what you need wrapped beautifully as if it’s Christmas. I strongly recommend.

They’re very personable and will work to get you the lowest price possible. I’ve been using them for the last two years for my dermatology medication and if my insurance won’t cover a certain prescription, they will find alternatives. This is how all pharmacies should be.

The service was excellent, and delivery was timely. The only thing I could wish is that they would work GoodRx for discounted prices on expensive medications.

Way too slow. My condition is worsening as wait for my medication. I wish my dr would send the script to my regular pharmacy so i could pick up the medication the same day as I always did. I will be making sure to change the way I receive my medication because it’s is unbelievable. It will be 5 days between I had my antibiotic prescribed to me and when I will actually receive it. And as I said, in the meantime I am doing worse which means it will be harder for the medication to take care of it. Thanks for nothing.

In particular, Jair provided incredible assistance today, but in general their customer service is ALWAYS spot-on. Apotheco is a terrific pharmacy that delivers to your residence. My dermatologist uses them, and I was skeptical at first but what I love about them is that they are 100 % honest about the time frame of their delivery capabilities, so youre not left wondering, getting anxious or even angry about your prescriptions arrival. They tell you when they can be there, and they deliver within that window. And they contact you immediately if they have to adjust the time frame. Its really nice not to have to worry about something as important as a prescription delivery.

Apotheco is great! They always answer right away unlike other pharmacies where I spend endless time on hold. They deliver for free, even all the way up to the northern tip of Manhattan where I live. Delivery is almost always the same day, and the driver calls when close by. They’re fine leaving the medication without a signature which is great in case I’m not home. Overall the easiest pharmacy I’ve even used!

RX was delivered to my door on day expected. Next time will request a call before drop off so I can determine best location to leave package — based on time of day and weather. This company returned my call immediately and were professional and informative. And the RX is working noticeably well.

Very helpful and pleasant. Answered my questions but could have been more specific. For example, I was told it would cost $65 for my brand name prescription but (for some reason) $75 for the generic option, so I elected to take the brand name because it was $10 cheaper. After getting the prescription, it dawned on me that the amounts might be different so I called again. I learned in fact that the generic would provide me with more than twice as much medication than the brand name for only $10 more. So basically I wasted money. This should have been explained to me when the options were first offered. Other than this, my experience has been good.

Was very easy to use - my doctor sent my prescription to Apotheco, they figured out the best products that fit with my insurance, called me to verify payment / pricing, and sent it via a courrier. I was able to track the courrier, he came right to my apartment the day after I ordered and handed me the products. Would highly recommend (they also respond to calls and messages very quickly)

My prescription was put in and delivered the same day. I had a co-pay, but was able to call the pharmacy and make the payment the next day. They did not harass me for a payment or hold up my medication. Most pharmacies will not do that.

Excellent service. I never went in— they shipped prescribed medication to me in Westchester, from NYC, promptly and efficiently. And were helpful over the phone.

I prefer Apotheco over my regular pharmacy Duane Reade. Apotheco staff go out of their way to contact my doctors or mu insurance. DR will never do this. I have to follow up with my doctor myself constantly, or worse, my insurance. Apotheco staff are never rude, always kind and professional. And they deliver without a fee. The pharmacist in Duane Reade is always angry and miserable; I couldn’t ask a question without her making me feel belittled or stupid. This is the very reason I want to transfer all my prescriptions to Apotheco.

This is a bittersweet posting. I have experienced very good service since Apotheco bought Schillers, but I miss the neighborhood feel of Schillers and certainly all the products they had available. I bought many gifts there as well as many items for my personal grooming and beauty products. I am so happy that Jen is still working there. Shes a ray of sunshine in the new store just as she was in the former one. The one thing I dislike is the shortened hours of operation.

They are the most reliable people in my life honestly. I have used them many times and they deliver within hours, even during this crisis. Thank you.

I used to love Schiller’s because of the excellent service. I’ve visited three times since the new owners took over and I’m extremely disappointed. Not one familiar face in the whole store, so I assume all the former folks were fired. Also, the new employees are extremely unfriendly (hostile even). No greeting, no smile, no one asking if you have questions about your new prescription. Also, on my last visit the cashier rang up my prescriptions and several other items, took my money, and then walked away leaving a pile on the counter and not even offering me a bag. They’ve also significantly reduced Saturday hours and eliminated Sunday hours altogether. As I renew my prescriptions, I will probably switch pharmacies. Then at least the indifferent service will be at convenient hours.
