I came here because I was having a suit altered at Robbie and Co next door. This is a nice privately owned pharmacy - apothecary, not a big chain store. It is mostly prescriptions but have your basics of other drug stores. Very bright and very clean. This is a well-run store with nice helpful people. Thank you.

My derm suggested them for something and at first I thought it was kind of weird, a mail order pharmacy? But they are the best pharmacists in the city, and the nicest too if you ever have to call them for something. Super impressed!

Nice staff super fast delivery

The person who called me to get the confirmation of the order from me had a hard time communicating clearly what he needed from me. Also, when they called, they sound shady like a spam call. I almost hung up on them. So keep that in mind when you are expecting a package from them. Delivery left in mailbox per instructions. No issue there. Prompt and fast service.

I love Manhattan Apothecary, I’ve been using them for years. They’re always on top of prescriptions sent over, and their lovely representatives follow up with me when it is time to refill my medications. Even when I have issues, their reps always help me fix them which makes things less stressful for me. They deliver my medications on time, with live updates, and somehow they seem to have better prices than other pharmacies. Through and through, they’re the best. All of their employees are great.Recently, I had a big headache in dealing with one medication and their employee Eli helped me out. Everything that could go wrong, did, and Eli fixed everything and followed through until the prescription was filled. I REALLY appreciated Eli’s help that day, and the help of the rest of their team. Love this place, they couldn’t be any more amazing or professional!

Annoying! Why do you send so many text messages within a few minutes. I blocked them because this is unacceptable. One or two messages are more than enough. There’s so much more I could say about this pharmacy, but that’s enough for now!

This pharmacy is excellent. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. I got real time updates on the status of my delivery by text. I also received my delivery one day after I made my order even though it was supposed to take at least 2 days. Going to be honest, I dont write reviews but even after a week, I had a post-it to remind me to. I have been trying to get REQUIRED medicine for my son for quite some time and each time I was stone-walled by insurance. However my sons doctor sent it to Manhattan Apothecary and I had called to check with them. Not only did they have extremely helpful staff but they sent it directly to our house since my son is high-risk for COVID. Thank you for everything.

During this pandemic I have come to rely on the quick turn around time from order to delivery. Never had a complaint that they were delivering to the outer boroughs. Hey the pharmacist even found a coupon for my meds and applied the discount for me.

Very fast and convenient service. They always try to seek out coupons for you so you’re paying the least you can. I would probably use them for all of my prescriptions if I could. I used to like the prescription reminders, when they call at around the time you’re due for a refill to remind you, but lately they’ve been very annoying about it. I’ve gotten 3 voicemails, and 5 texts so far asking if I need a refill. One courtesy call is appreciated and more than enough! That’s the only downside though; it’s a really good pharmacy compared to the big chains.

This is my second time using Manhattan Apothecary and both times have been so easy and seamless. I have also used their sister store Morris Apothecary in NJ. They really are AMAZING. My 5 prescriptions were called into CVS by my doctor, however, Manhattan Apothecary offered better prices for 2 of them. They contacted CVS for me to have my prescriptions from the doctor sent over to them. On top of that, they then matched the lower prices for the other 3, so I ended up getting all 5 prescriptions through MA. One of their pharmacists/representatives DJ, went above and beyond to answer my emails in a timely manner and make everything super easy for me. The fact that they even email back and forth with you is amazing and super convenient for anyone who is working and doesnt have the time to sit on the phone or like me is in and out of meetings. They had my card on file from last time, which made checkout a breeze. They also offer FREE home delivery, next day! Best prices, best customer service. I really cant say enough!

Jenis from M.A. messaged me through their system a little later, and then through their system I gave a photo of my insurance card and some delivery details. I use this place for all my derm care and Capsule for everything else. I love not having to take time out of my day to visit a pharmacy in person, and the delivery service is free and same-day. My only complaint was that you had to call to schedule a delivery, but I just recently found out they moved to a text/web-chat based platform. No call needed.
