Very rude and disrespectful! There is even a drunk worker there, idk how I can trust them with my medicine.

Terrible place! The worker was very rude and made threats when I didn’t have a mask even tho I’m fully vaccinated. The whole entrance is filled with “stop! Mask required” papers all over the place. Just ridiculous! They will definitely lose business. This whole covid bs in New York is out of control!

Amazing experience with King’s 91st street location. Michael was so helpful in scheduling my vaccine and the entire experience was seamless.The nurse that administered both of my shots was compassionate and gave a gentle jab.Can’t say enough great things about my experience.

Very bad service. The pharmacy is a joke. I was asking a question about the vaccine and she actually walked away from me. The manager dismissed me for asking about a booster. Don’t waste your time going here

Pharmacists are so rude. Zero customer service skills. I went to pick up my medication and the two girls were on Google, searching peoples names that had filled prescriptions to see who did what for a living etc etc.,!! And they werent even trying to be discreet about it. Gross.

The pharmacist refused to reccommend me a creme against inflammation at an ingrown hair. She told me to go to a doctor. What is wrong with New Yorker pharmacists constantly telling me to go to doctors for ridiculously tiny issues? That happened in the past all the time. I never go to doctors for nonsense like that. Walked over the street to CVS and was lucky that their pharmacist was not crazy. He gave me a cortisone creme. In other countries and other US states i am never told to go to a doctor for this. Something is seriously wrong here.

Pharmacists are not paying attention. Claimed I had no insurance coverage despite just finishing a Doctors appointment. They had no interest in trying to resolve despite being quiet and not busy. Called insurance myself who then had to call these jokers to explain how to do their jobs. Didnt want to explain it after-the-fact. If they cant run your insurance right, how can you expect them to fill your prescriptions accurately?

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. The pharmacists there are inept at their jobs. They did not give the right amount of medication. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If you do use this pharmacy - make sure that you count your medication before you leave. Would not be surprised if the pharmacists are stealing the medication.

Prices are reasonable. Manager is very nice...I wish his staff is more like him. I take it back. Everyone seems nice and friendly except for one. The shorty black girl behind the pharmacy counter. Ive been here several times and she have an attitude with the customers for no reason at all. These are patients wanting to ask questions and she rolls her eyes and answers with real annoyance. Are we bothering her? I havent seen any of the customers respond back rudely so her attitude is really unnecessary. I wish people can treat everyone with compassion and kindness rather than disdain. Well be a better world with less people like Shorty.

I called the pharmacy to confirm that they compound medications. I was so thankful a pharmacy in close proximity provided the service, I headed over without asking further questionsUnfortunately, as soon as I arrived, I was incorrectly told that NO insurances would cover the compounded medication. I agreed to pay out-of-pocket because I was desperate to get home to my baby. As I waited, I called my insurance company myself and was told they sometimes cover compounded medications. Then, the pharmacy staff told me MOST insurances dont cover the medications. When I tried to learn more about coverage, the pharmacist was condescending and abrupt. They REFUSED to even run my insurance card.I DO NOT recommend this pharmacy

Its a pleasure to have a local pharmacy with old fashioned values...and a knowledgeable and patient pharmacist who always answers my questions. My go to pharmacy for 25+years!!

Very bad service from the counter people to pharmacists. I will not be getting my prescription from here ever again.

They are price gouging. Charging over $14 for a can of lysol. Shameful behavior during a pandemic.

Apparently if you’re a person of color, you get followed around the store. And despite them having capacity to racially profile and stalk you, they still make you wait five minutes to make it to the register to check you out.

Id give it 6 stars if I could ! One of the best INDEPENDENT Rxs around. Excellent variety of brand-name, generic Health & Beauty Aids, Vitamins, etc. The real hidden virtue is the selection of Household goods - all the stuff you forgot to (or cant) get elsewhere, in one place - hardware, stationary, cleaning products, small clothes items - even some food staples and snacks. Reasonable prices, and sales too. A local gem.

Small pharmacy in a rather awkward space beneath an apartment building. Conveniently located next to the Post Office. We get our prescriptions here and are happy to support a smaller local chain with our business. Staff has always been pleasant.

Do you like discussing your prescriptions loudly in front of strangers? Do you like seeing the pharmacist eating her dinner behind the counter? How about a dog running around behind the counter.. is that cool with you?

Very nice staff, quick, efficient, & pleasant. Only critique would be to maybe update the interior & product displays. Id love to help with that, as a former window dresser on 5th avenue!

I enter there for a very quick visit in my way to the post office, and I really like this place; very attentive staff.

Kings versus CVS or Walgreens - Its the difference between Night and Day. Its nice to go in here and be treated like a human being. They get my prescriptions filled correctly, Im in and out much faster, and theyre less expensive to boot!
