There’s a personal aspect of the Capsule you don’t get a a normal pharmacy at times & I’m extremely grateful because it’s very hard to navigate at times. I just cant believe I didnt know about this sooner!! Just received my first delivery today which was ordered at 3:00 p.m. and transferred from a Walgreens that had been given me grief for years, by 8:00 p.m. I had it delivered at my house!! The pharmacies in my area have just gotten worse and worse The people working there seem like they dont want to deal with you at all, while capsule is the exact opposite.. After being extremely frustrated with 3 local pharmacies and the lack of customer service and personal attention, I needed to find a new solution. I tell everyone about Capsule. They are attentive, extremely quick to respond as well as kind and compassionate. The app has saved so much time and I get personalized texts from them to remind me to refill. When there has been an issue with a prescription, they immediately contact my insurance or doctors office and FAST! I dont know how they do it. I will never use anything else. Unfortunately, I was doing a delivery job for capsule through Wonolo. I parked my car directly infront of there office, ran inside to pick up my deliveries and when I came back my vehicle was stolen. I asked them if I can view the videos to see what exactly happened and they refused to show me the video recordings. I’m a familiar face to them and have been working for them the past two months. Very unfortunate and displeased the workers didn’t show no sort of empathy.

Most pharmacists are on power trips trying to undermine a Neurologist/Pain Management Dr due to a freak accident caused by an electrical injury. Its odd they would try and rediagnose something that has paperwork and MRIs to prove it.A person who I felt actually cared called me and we are trying to figure out why I was forced off of medications because of their refusal to fill something sent by a Doctor.My regular doctors office said they were refusing to send Capsule prescriptions as a whole due to how they handle things. I was informed they called and were asking questions that my doctor explained they wouldnt answer as they were so personal and a pharmacist has no reason to ask it.Capsule lost a whole doctors office from sending them prescriptions and I was forced off of prescriptions I very much needed.Its a shame Capsule used to be wonderful for simple things and I would hope they still are but theyve made my life hell. Nerve damage/Herniated discs left to a trial by fire.Capsule needs to calm down on the powertrip.

Horrific experience. I once liked them. And then I needed an inhaler for same day delivery as was having a pulmonary attack. And they gave me the run around and left me on hold for three hours. And said they cld not reliever it for two days. (Three separate agents with zero customer service skills.) I then asked for it to be changed and sent to a rite aide where a person can actually get a prescription filled when they need it. They then put me on hold now for another half hour. No response. No one picking up. Choose reliable pharmacies instead of capsule where you can actually get a prescription filled same day!

Capsule isn’t just great because they deliver to wherever you are 7 days a week. It’s really about how fabulous the pharmacists and pharmacy agents treat you. I’ve had multiple issues that would normally be a huge pain for a traditional pharmacy to get taken care of without massive problems. Capsule returns my messages without my having to keep at them. They even called me on a Sunday morning to solve a problem that was too complicated to solve by text. And they do it in a super friendly and professional manner.

My mom is disabled and I created a capsule account so she wouldn’t have to worry about receiving her medication. Recently I added my daughter to my account because Capsule manages prescription transfers. Capsule communicated with the physician to update her prescription. After one day my daughter received a new prescription. Communicating with Sonia makes Capsule service and customer care feel individualized. Prescriptions are delivered within the time-frame selected. The app is user friendly. It’s convenient to add over-the-counter medications to your prescription delivery order, reducing the inconvenience of going outside on sick days. Capsule is the best pharmacy delivery service and I’m glad my doctor recommended Capsule.

When I first started using Capsule, their service was timely and efficient. In the last year, they consistently cancel half of my orders, with either no understandable reason and/or no notice at all. They just don’t show up. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and it takes forever to get someone on the line who can explain why orders are being cancelled. Overall, their services have gone downhill significantly. Given that they are dealing with something as important as medication and health issues, this is unacceptable.

I have been using Capsule for a few years now and always have positive experiences. Customer service is excellent and they are always willing to reach out to my insurance, doctor, etc to help expedite quicker. Today was the first time I had a prescription that requires refrigeration. Capsule delivered it in a temperature preserving bag with an ice pack enclosed. I am so pleasantly surprised and grateful that they go the extra step to ensure medication is delivered safely.

If I call the assistance number and request that a medication be available on the day due for refill then I expect them to do their job and order it so that there is no delay. Why do I keep running into this situation that it is not in stock on the day ready to refill if I call prior with fair notice to order it in case ? When I speak with them they say they will make note of it and then still on the day that its to ready to be filled its not in stock? Even though I called days before to avoid such situation ? This has happened too often. Does management have to be notified here ? Because lately I notice there is a lack of diligence with some employees . To the point I have to question if its deliberate due to judgment?Edit. Also let me elaborate further for the judgment I perceive on their part . Another reason is because they also seem to have difficulty getting the refill days correct and also the date last filled correct . Computers dont have problems processing dates , only people do. Therefore I can only assume its due to intentional error again because of judgment. Its not very hard is it if its a computerized system it should be able to pick it up very easily when a script is due and when last filled. I dont want to hear about glitches anymore . There are no glitches when it comes to computers as computers can follow a simple calendar over the course of a year . A computer can recognize if there is 31 days in one month or 30 days in one month or 28 days in one month and nothing is going to change for the following month to create any error they attribute it to . Computers know the day last filled and the day it is next due and that goes for all scripts.People are the ones who make errors when it comes to this. Either intentionally and insidiously or not.Choose your staff better or at least keep them on a short leash when it comes to this type of garbage.

Had a Dr appointment late afternoon and my Dr wrote a prescription and sent to Capsule. Before we even stepped into the elevator the Capsule Pharmacy was already working on prescription and had set up delivery within 2 hrs! Amazing! Impressive! And do appreciated as we were able to start prescription immediately.

Kind of disappointing scrolling through and seeing a few fake reviews. However, I’ve had only great experiences with them, and I’m not a bot lol. I try to support local businesses, but Capsule is genuinely so good. Their customer service blows me away every time. It used to be a good service but how they outsource ALL OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My order has been wrong the last two times and today they processed the wrong medication. Its taking longer to get my medication.

I had the worst experience ever with Capsule. They kept saying they would process my order and they did not. I ended up having to go collect the order that was supposed to arrive in the afternoon, after work at 7pm. Upon arrival, the order had not even been processed yet. I had to ask them to expedite the process because I had been waiting for this order since afternoon. Honestly Ive never ever encountered such incompetence like I did today.The reason I gave this one star is because this afternoon I spoke to a lady called Mel. She really tried her best to help me. Although the process didnt eventually work out. She was very helpful. Thank you Mel. Otherwise there is a specific person who I spoke to three times. They literally would say, Ill send you confirmation in 15 minutes and hours later nothing would have come.What frustrated me is I had been in communication with the pharmacy via email where they promised me everything was on track and if they encountered any challenges they would call me. Only today, the day I was supposed to receive my order did they call to say my insurance hadnt approved the payment. I asked them to do cash payment. Im sure you can guess what they said. Thank you maam well process in 15 minutes. But the outcome was the same - no communication.. I had to call so many times Ive lost count. Honestly I am so disappointed and I will never be using this pharmacy again.

Then I lost my job during Covid and they decided not to accept my Medicaid insurance. Horrible, they have a script over a week and on the day of delivery and I need my medicine they decide the verify it, though It’s a refill. Then they say they’ll send it to me to decide never mind that was a bot that sent that meaaage.You never know if it’s a actual person or just automated responses, medications need a personal response.

Not reliable. I made a purchase and confirmed it with them at the last day of my coverage. The next day, at the time I was supposed to be receiving my medicine, they sent me a message asking for confirmation again, as if I havent done it in the previous message at the same chat. I explained that I had confirmed the day before, but the next day I was uncovered. So they just sent me an automated message with my name written wrong saying that it is ok, they would cancel the order then. Now I dont have my medicine and cant buy it because it is too expensive without the insurance coverage. If I had gone to any CVS I would have it with me now.

Capsule is the best, most efficient way to get your medicine. They work with you, will call the Doctor if need be and are just so responsive when you ask for help. They reply to texts within 5 minutes and really try and help. Best on prices and service!!!!
