Wonderful people who really care. It reminds me of the family pharmacies I knew as a kid where they know your name and are willing to stay open late or make a call on your behalf. The best pharmacy Ive found in the 10 years Ive lived in Manhattan.

Any one who complains about this pharmacy has had the exact opposite experience I have had there. The employees have all been super friendly and I have had them go out of there way several times to help me with issues that have arisen due to the ridiculous insurance industry. If youre looking for a great pharmacy that cares about their customers and are not one of the big chains you will be happy with your choice of Melbran.

Very small pharmacy across from the hospital..NY Columbia-Presbyterian.Great staff, professional and courteous. Very helpful pharmacist.

CHECK MEDS EXPIRATION DATE at pick up! They dispensed a medication two months away from expiration which typically should have about 1-2 year life span. I asked to exchange for a newer product but they flatly refused giving all sorts of excuses. I will never go back and will advise my doctor never to send my script there again. I’d give no star if there was a choice. Utterly bad experience for me.

Hole in the wall. Labels on the bottles are faded and can’t read properly. Tried calling up to get the name of the medicine as label was unreadable and was hung up on 7 times. On the 8th call I pressed the buttons saying I was a doctor and they picked up. So obviously patients don’t matter to them even though it is the patient’s money that keeps them in business. I would never go here again. Horrible.

Google maps says I got directions for here a week ago but I dont remember doing so. Did I really do it? I must have, but its a little upsetting that Google knows more about my location than I do.

I have used Melbran for years great owners & service they always have what i need if you are in wash heights and need it filled go to early they get busy and the place is small but much better than chain pharma
