I took my 4 year old daughter to the dentist for the first time :) the front desk staff was excellent! Everyone was very friendly. We Only waited for a short minute in the waiting room which was very nice & clean… we was took back by a wonderful dental assistant who walked my daughter through everything she was doing & made her experience the best she could. Then we got to see Dr. Jessica which was super nice, & very informative! Unfortunately we didn’t get the best of news we wanted but I feel my daughter is in the best of care with Dr.Jessica. As we was leaving the check out girl was very sweet got our apt scheduled for 6 months & went over the best of treatment plan and cost ! Thank you to everyone for making today go as smoothly as possible!

We had our first dental visit today and the staff made it the best experience! My 18 month old was not a fan of having to lay down but the hygienist and dentist handled it so well and were so kind! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, we got taken back very quickly and were done start to finish in less than 30 minutes. Highly satisfied with our decision to come to East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry!

Lovely place!! They sure know how to make a kid’s dentist visit enjoyable. I observed not just my own child, but the others there as well. All staff were kind and efficient. Could not have had a better experience.

This is an amazing pediatric dentist. Dr. Jessica is so good with kids. My son is 5 yo and very nervous when it comes to doctors, dentists, etc. and he is more than comfortable here from the time we walk in until we leave. The whole staff makes u feel comfortable and welcome while getting down to business and getting the job done quickly. An example of their appreciation for their patients was made apparent at our appointment today. As we arrived, we saw outside, a bouncy house and a shaved ice stand that took tokens given to the kids as a treat after their appointment. As we entered the waiting room, a super friendly, very fun and funny guy was sitting in the corner, juggling, telling little jokes, and making a large variety of balloon animals and objects of the kids choice for them to keep. (My son chose a blue sword, but I really liked the monkey or the caterpillar.) Then after we finish our appointment and head to the front to check out, there’s a very sweet lady doing face painting. He chose Spider-Man, but there’s many more possibilities as she is very talented. As we check out, they gave him a water bottle with some bubbles, sunglasses, and another free toothbrush plus more. Bottom line, this is a wonderful place for children’s dentistry. I would recommend them to all my friends, family, and anyone else looking for a good pediatric dentist. You won’t be sorry!

We love Dr Jessica and her team! We had the privilege of meeting Dr Ashley today, and the experience was just as fabulous! The team does a great job talking to my kids and hearing about their interests, and in return, my kids trust them enough to let them clean their teeth with little fear. The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We always leave feeling like we get quality care from a team that loves the work they do!

My kids hated even the thought of the dentist... Until I brought them to Jessica and team. Now - they cant wait to go. They love the movies on the ceiling, video games in the wait room, and the tokens at the end when they have been good! (Oh yeah, they love the staff and the fun atmosphere too!) I love that they explain things so the kids can understand. But they do it in a way that makes them feel smart, important and have a responsibly to come back each time with no cavities.!!

My kids are 8 and 4 and we just had both of their first (ever) dentist appointments here with Ms. Janet and Dr. Ashley. The kids did so well and loved the office and staff and felt so at ease the whole time. We can’t wait for the next visit and hope to stay in the no cavities club.

Their lobby is set up very kid friendly for starters. My daughter had so much fun just running around meeting other kids. The receptionist was a complete sweetheart! The dentist was so wonderful with my daughter despite her being so difficult. Very pleased with them and grateful to have found a dentist for my kids.

I brought my almost 4-year-old son to East TN Pediatric Dentistry for his first dentist appointment today and the staff was so welcoming and friendly. My son felt comfortable the entire time. We loved the modern lobby that was catered to the kids. The dentist hygienist and dentist explained everything that was about to happen to my son before they did it which helped my son relax. I highly recommend this dentist office.

The East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry is the most beautiful state of the arts business here in Knoxville.Amanda the front desk receptionist, took time out of her busy schedule to explain to me about new patients enrollment.And about their list of dental insurance that they accept, Blue Cross- & Blue Shield and Delta Dental (All State) were on top of their list.If you love how beautiful the outside of, East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry.Then your kid’s would love the inside, it has a kids’ corner and a video game area in the waiting area.The entire lobby and waiting are was completely spotless, and Amanda was happy to help me with all my questions.

Everything about this office is exactly what a children’s appointment should be. The front desk staff were friendly both to myself and my daughter. They have the appointment set up like a little world tour complete with a passport and stamps. The cleaning was quick, painless and comfortable for my child. The office decor, color and theme were appropriate and fun for children! Dr. Phillips was very knowledgeable and willing to take her time to answer my questions and explain different treatment options for how to proceed with my daughter’s specific needs. I highly recommend!

Both my kiddos had cleanings there today, the girls were so patient and caring. My youngest(4yrs) was scared and hesitate about getting his cleaning but the girl was so so sweet. I think her name was Kayla and Janeet was amazing with my oldest (6yrs) cleaning and She did both boys’ xrays. She never once got upset with my youngest when he was crying and not wanting to get his done. She was wonderful at making him feel comfortable and she was able to get it done without to much crying. Dr Ashley has the best bed side manner. She was very informative and reassuring. Love this place

My nephew (8yrs) has been going to this dentist since he got his first teeth and (his parents) recommended them to us. We have been bringing Claire (5yrs) here since she was very small and have always had great experiences. Claire was VERY difficult for about 4 visits and each time they were so patient and kind and found ways to make her comfortable and get her little teeth cleaned! We highly recommend E. We really enjoy our experience at this dentist. They make the atmosphere very welcoming for younger patients. They can watch TV while getting their teeth cleaned, and even small details,like giving them sunglasses to shield their eyes from the bright light,, make the visit more enjoyable.

Caleb has been going to Dr. Jessica for several years and she has been great and her staff is so friendly. They always make sure they explain to Caleb and I what they were going to be doing that day. The hygienist and the dentist were both so great with my son! It was his first visit and his birthday and they made him feel so special ! They made it so he wasn’t nervous at all !

Minor procedure went well. An overestimated treatment plan was reviewed prior to procedure which allowed a substantial credit to be delivered once care was provided. Anesthesiologist and staff was very patient safety driven!!!!! No regrets!!!!!

This was my daughter’s first visit here. She hasn’t been to the dentist since before the pandemic. My little one was hesitant and nervous going in but everyone was so gentle and patient working with her! It put my mama heart at ease. We look forward to going back!

After a very negative experience with a different provider, we chose East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry for a checkup for our 3 year old. He was very hesitant and apprehensive because of the previous negative experience at a different place, but relaxed by the end of the appointment because of the kindness and patience of the staff. He left with a cavity free smile on his face!

We recently visited for our childrens (ages 2 and 4) first dentist appointments ever. All of the staff are amazing and were so calm and patient with them. They make it such a great environment for the kids - headphones to watch cartoons/movies while they get work done. Sunglasses so the light isnt too bright. 1 parent gets to stay with their child. I love how inviting this dentist office is for kids. Everyone is so friendly and my daughter LOVES the ceiling TVs with headphones.
