I really dont like going into the dentist and even shiver with jacket on. She explained everything she was going to do before doing it and did anything I needed for my comfort even giving me a couple of small breaks when I needed it. I will be going back for further dental care

Very disappointed! My husbands dentures have never fit!! I feel Aspen should not have taken on making him new dentures when they saw his bottom gums had rescinded. The top are wearable, but bottom not stationery.

I went to Aspen because they were able to get me in quickly. The staff was pretty nice and I can look past them trying to sell me products I do not need. However, I tried to schedule a cleaning and was told no because it was not the treatment they recommend even after I told them I could not afford it and I just needed a cleaning. I wasnt treated like a patient I was treated like a shopper at a store.

It was suggested by a co-worker that she had a great experience with Aspen Dental. They exceeded my expectations with the their upfront costs , treatments provided and friendliness of all their staff. I arrived for my appointment in time and called back with two minutes if arriving. This was may second visit and as in and out within an hour.

I went to get a cleaning. Not only did they not provide me with the service I came for they presented me with a list of things that I needed done prior to the cleaning. It equaled to almost $10,000. I was like oh thats more than I can afford They suddenly said they could do it all for about $2500. I cant wait to call the BBB to give them a complaint about this business.

Overall a good experience staff was friendly. I had my teeth pulled Friday and both Dr chan and her assistant was very friendly and professional. Only problem I have with Aspen dental is theyre expensive.i was charged $864.00 for extractions. I wont be getting my dentures there because they are ridiculously expensive.

Booked appointment for today at east town location, somehow the receptionist booked it for Chapman hwy even though we were very clear with each other on the phone. When I called to confirm appt and give insurance info I told them that the email said I was scheduled at Chapman hwy and the individual assured me that it was at east town again. Then I get to east town today 30 min early for my appt, fill out paperwork, hand in paperwork, wait to be called back; to be told when I get called back that my appt was scheduled at Chapman hwy. Not only am I losing money from not attending work today because of an scheduled appt but am now wasting my time jumping through hoops for aspen dental. Time is more valuable than anything if you couldn’t get it right the first time I’m not rescheduling to waste my time and money again.

The office is nice and clean, the front staff is nice and professional. The techs and hygienist and doctor are very nice, but they are in it for the money. I have insurance that covers a cleaning and exam, yet they try to charge me $100 for the cleaning. When I said I couldnt afford it, somehow they were able to take off $60. So thats kinda weird. But anyway, they asked me if I ever wanted braces because my teeth were a bit crooked, I said I thought about it, but not for a while. They still tried to charge me for it that same day. They dont listen, they are high pressured sales people that have a dental degree. Would not recommend

The staff was very nice and the dental hygienist expmained the importance of brushing your teeth to my son in a way he could understand however when I made the appointment the staff was aware of my sons age (12 years old) and had no issue booking a new patient appointment. At the new patient appointment after the x-rays were taken the dentist told me we would have to take my son to a pediatric dentist because he had a cavity on a baby tooth and the adult tooth was slow coming in because of things he was unsure of what to do (fill the cavity, pull the tooth or let nature take its course) because he did not work on children, he still had his teeth cleaned. I wish we were made aware before hand that they did not have a pediatric dentist at the practice. I have appointments for my 2 older children next week (I asked if they could handle any issue that might arise with them and they said yes), so I will see if any issues arise.

I went to get an estimate on 3 or 4 things and The Dentist completely ignored what I wanted. They instead had pages of things that they wanted to do and things they wanted me to spend my money on beside what I wanted. Aspen Dental made the entire visit about themselves and not about me. They are horrible. Aspen Dental is the worst of the worst.If I had not gone here I might of gotten the dental work that I needed done. Now im in severe dental pain because of the way this place does business. I went in to get a tooth pulled and they wanted to up sell me on other things instead.

The best experience ever 🤗 I felt like I was at home. Dentist thoroughly went over the details of my needed procedure and also let me view the x Rays and pointed out everything so I can understand. X ray team very nice and coached me what to do. I was little nervous going to the dentist being I havent been in 6 yrs😃 I will definitely be making Aspen my new dental home!!

I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:45. I waited in the lobby and was shown back at 11:15. I was instructed to have a seat in the examination chair and that the hygienist would be right with me. I waited for 45 minutes before she came over. She then asked me to follow her to another area and asked if I would have a seat in this new chair. She then said, she would be right back. I waited another 25 minutes. At that point, I was just about to pull off my drool bib and reschedule, but she then reappeared.The staff was very friendly and nice, but it would have been nice to be informed that I would need to set aside 2 hours of my day for my appointment. I understand the circumstances with safety and precautions, but I really feel like better communication with patients would have made my experience better. Just giving my honest feedback. I still plan on visiting again for my next appointment. Hopefully it will be better.

They have a friendly staff. Dr.Carle is a great dentist. But the company is all about getting your money. And its really obvious. While sitting in the waiting room, examination chair, and at checkout. I heard them mention the same deep gum cleaning to 3 different people. Including myself. I know they have to find ways to pay for new machines and tools. But theyre so obvious about it.

A few months ago I had a crown put on and paid most of it at the first visit, the second visit they wanted $350 to finish the crown, which was over the amount that was needed. I paid $100 and they said theyd bill me. I got a letter saying I had to pay them while the claim was still out. The claim hadnt processed, yet so I called my insurance who said they had sent a remit to them asking for further information and Aspen NEVER responded. I answered their questions and they processed my claim. I only owed an additional $49 which is certainly different from the $350 they wanted. At one of the cleanings last year, a doctor came in to check me after waiting a very long time, she came in wearing a bib and said I didnt have any cavities. I did have one that the doctor before her found and not had it filled, yet. I asked her, I dont have any cavities? She said, no, none. I told her about the other doctor saying that I had one. She backtracked and said, oh, well that one, but I dont see any others. She just said I HAD NONE. This should have been enough for me to change offices.I went this week for a cleaning and after 30 minutes of not being acknowledged and other people being taken back, I went to the receptionist to inquire. She said, did you sign in? Of course, I signed in and answered the questions. She said, oh, I wasnt up here when you signed in and I threw the sheet away. !!!! She said, fill out the health history form and we will get you back. Lets recap, she said she threw the sheet away which has patients names on it, which is a HIPAA violation and should have been shredded. I took the form back up there and she very snarky said, your appointment was at 9:45, not 9:30 so you havent waited that long. That is not true. I told her I had the email and the card that said 8:30. She said, that comes from corporate and we cant do anything about that. The appt card came from the HYGIENIST. I showed her the email and she wouldnt look at it saying it had nothing to do with them. Someone came up to take me back and I asked for the office manager. She said, she was sitting up there. Was she sitting up there the whole time and didnt say anything? I told her, Im done with this office and I left.I called after I left to ask for her. The receptionist answered rather huffy and said, Can you hold, were seeing patients? I would hope you are seeing patients. That was an unusual way to answer. After 8 minutes, Brittany answered and said she was the office manager. She was not rude, but she was not sympathetic and understanding as you would think an office manager should be. She said, Ill go over with her that it shouldnt have happened. She didnt seem concerned over what I told her and certainly wasnt apologetic.I did call corporate with my concerns that same day.I went there because it was a convenient location and my previous dentist didnt take my new insurance, but I certainly regret making that choice.

They lied about taking our insurance and didnt tell us until after being seen that they dont work with our insurance even though we asked beforehand and they said that they did. They stuck us with the bill like we had none. We have to conact our insurance to back pay us for paying out of pocket this time and for the next visit for getting a cleaning. We had to pay for our visit up front. They had great service...until we found out they were lying to us... I def do not recommend them. After we finish getting what we had to pay for up front out of pocket, they will not be hearing from us again...

I will admit with what I needed done i was scared for two reasons. 1 Cost, 2 pain. I was surprised by how flexible the cost was and although I chose not to be put to sleep this was absolutely a pain free experience. The work was performed by Dr. Carle his DA Monique. Monique made the whole experience of 19 extractions bearable. I dont think I would have done as well with out her encouragement. But the after care was also phenomenal thanks to DA Amanda who made sure my new dentures fit comfortably she was great. Thank you Aspen for letting me smile again.

Aspen dental was amazing! I had all of my concerns addressed, the staff was friendly and compassionate, and everyone was absolutely wonderful! My wait time was minimal and as I went through all of the xrays and exams, the next person was ready for me as soon as the last person was done. I was real nervous before I went in yesterday to have ALL my teeth pulled and dentures put in immediately afterwords. I went in at 730 in morning and by 9am I was out with my new teeth. The dentist was absolutely wonderful and the staff is great. They know what they are doing and although I my mouth is sore from all my teeth being pulled I am so happy. The dentures are gonna take some getting used to but I cant tell the difference between fake and what my teeth looked like many years ago. I can say so much about this place and nothing would be negative. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing there teeth fixed

Great service and attention to my personal dental needs. However, I was shocked to learn that my dental insurance (Met Life) only covered about 1/3 of my total bill. Unless you have the money to pay in full for the balance, you can expect to be taken to a small room and apply for their Extended Payment Plan at 24.99% APR.

Good luck getting an appointment. Called yesterday with an emergency and was told they would call back to schedule me within an hour. They finally call me back today while Im at work and cant answer. I call back and am told that I have to go through being put back on the list of people to call. I was told I was going to be a high priority. That was several hours ago and still no call. At best, I may get an appointment 2 days after calling with an emergency. I can barely eat or drink its so bad. At this point, Im ready to yank the tooth out with a pair of pliers. Im sure any damage would be healed up by the time they get around to making an appointment. There are plenty of other dentists around that wont make you jump through hoops to have an emergency taken care of. These people obviously dont care about emergencies.

This place is really fancy honestly, very high tech. Lots of x-rays and a teeth scanner that will actually show you your teeth. The people were really friendly as well. The only issue I have with this place is that its very obvious they want your money., probably to pay off all the fancy equipment and tons of people working. I came here because my normal dentist closed due to COVID. My normal dentist, had a watch on a tooth or two for potential cavities and they filled two already. The dentist here showed me on the scan that I had one cavity. I can see it, thats fine. Then he opens my mouth and says he finds 4 more... i can see the scan now and my old dentist never said none of that... come on now. So ill come get my teeth cleaned and get that one tooth filled, but I aint doing all that extra. Just be informed people if youre going to come here.

I had to wait an hour and half to finally get back. (Why make appointments if the office doesn’t keep them! You should always account for extras with each patient insuring the next appointment will get seen in there assigned appointment time) When I did I was seen for no longer than 4 minutes by the dentist. So basically I spent a lot of unwanted time Just to hear come back!! when I could have been doing important things that had to get done. I go back on the 26th I’ll see if things are better.

Went in for a check up. Told me I had 2 cavities. That sounded right to me because I could feel that sensation. Then they told me I needed new dentures. Huh? The poor girl was just trying to sell me top rated dentures. I actually felt bad for her because I could tell that she was being pressured to sell. The next week I come in to have the cavities filled and by the end of the day I could feel something was wrong. I had to wait another week. The dentist said the filling came out. WHAAAT? So he refills it and can you believe by the end of the day something was wrong. I go back and they tell me I need a root canal. This place has a lot of good reviews, but let the buyer beware.Also Google Aspen Dental. They have had problems with lawsuits. If you had a good experience, you just got lucky.

Had all 4 wisdom removed. Was very nervous but the doctor and his assistant were wonderful and it was painless during procedure. Was even able to drive myself home but this was because I didnt have to be put to sleep. Now I cant tell you it didnt hurt later but that was explained and expedited. Pain pills and ice helped that and feeling better after day 3. Thank you .

I work in customer service, so I try to understand and be kind in situations like these. I have had an issue with billing since November, and someone was able to help me then. All of a sudden, the problem is reoccurring, and now no one will return my phone calls. I have called for 5 weeks to talk to someone and have left messages and no one will talk to me. I have also gone in person and no one was available to help me then. I am highly disappointed and upset with the service I have received.

Changed my dentist and tried them. The woman that x-rayed my teeth was nice. The dentist and hygienist seemed like my teeth were really bad. I knew I had to replace my silver fillings to white on the top molars. Hygienist said gum line was bad but been to the dentist religiously. Previous dentist said my gum line was fine. They wouldnt do the the white fillings unless I do the gum treatment. Not coming back and getting a second opinion.

One of the nurses my first experiencehere was super nice. The dentist was great. One of the office assistants was terribly rude.Today is my second time. I need a filling. Since its been 6 months since my last assessment, they are making me have another??? Also my appointment was at 11 30. They asked me to come in at 10 30. Guess what? I just now at 11 30 am back for my x Rays.So. It is hit and miss. Prices are insane. But its open weekends and Fridays. Ot is like the purgatory of dental practices. Very duplicitous.

I had a root canal on 5/7/19 on tooth #30. I formed abscess on the tooth 2 weeks ago. I finally get worked in 5/21/20 and when they seen that the problem was from their work on the root canal and crown I paid 1874 for they couldn’t get me out of the office fast enough and referred me to a Endodontics dentist. I call I can’t get in for weeks due to Covid. But found Dr leach and his team saw me and got me in today. After They reviewed my X-ray it showed that the Dr. Nestor has left pieces of the metal instrument in the canal! Why didn’t they tell me this at the time of service? I had planned to have the tooth retreated and save the tooth at a additional expensive of 1500 or so but was told that my tooth can’t be saved due to the poor quality of work. Also when I went on 5/21 you know that the dentist saw it on the X-ray she showed no sympathy didn’t answer my questions and had Josh the assistant manager come in and rush me out the door. As I kept asking questions and requesting paperwork. I called backed today and talked Joshua again and told him the results, I had to request that he at the very least apologize on the behalf of Aspen. He did at least try to be a little more humble today! As a patient I feel I have a right to know that you left a foreign object in my canal and to know that the tooth was a ticking time bomb ! Now it can’t even be saved ! Shame on Aspen Dental as a whole group ! This was done at the Morristown Tn location.

Im sorry but I can not recommend Aspen Dental. The East Knoxville practice is for basic cleaning and fillings ONLY. The Alcoa dentists are more knowledgeable, but their office staff sucks. They have difficulty with the billing. Months after my wife went to the office in Alcoa I received a bill. I paid what I was told at the front desk during the time of the visit. They will not even let you in until you have paid. But then, I received a bill months later??? I dont know or want to know why, I just paid it. I recently had an Emergency and was told I had a 4 week wait until the next available appointment. Days later, I could not take the pain any longer and just went to the office and sat down. I told the office staff that I was not leaving until someone could see me. Hours later, I finally had someone look at me. They could not help, so I received some medication and was told to make an appointment with a specialist. They gave me a business card so I could call the specialists office. A week later, I had an Expert look at me and said I needed my tooth extracted. However, they do not do the work at that office. He told me I had to go back to the Alcoa office to have this done. A month later, Im still waiting. The Alcoa office told me they need the paperwork from the Specialist before they can make the appointment. Needless to say, I can not wait any longer. I made an appointment with a different dentistry. I got an appointment within two days. It has been good so far. Hopefully, it will continue and will be better than Aspen Dental. I hope this review helps anyone that is in pain. Aspen Dental is NOT the dentist I would choose to help in an EMERGENCY. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

I am giving only 4 stars not because of the dentist or the hygienist they were fine. Everything in the back was great.Im irritated because I got a new patient problem appointment like the very next day but to actually fix the problem I have to wait over two weeks.I was irritated that they dont actually do anything beyond x-rays the first visit which whatever fair enough but to have to wait for weeks to get the original problem fix has me really irritated. Not sure what they could do about that but they need to be clear with someone before the appointment is scheduled on the phone about what it means that your problem wont be fixed the day you go and you may have to wait several weeks to get it fixed. Someone may want to get it done elsewhere first. Otherwise staff and dentist and the assistants I give five stars. Just super irritated about having to wait weeks to get my broken molar fixed.

Sir, On 11/15/18 I called the Aspen Dental office to say my temporary crown fell out, so they said come in at 11 am. The young lady that took care of me had to make another temp. crown and it fit perfect with my lower partial of mine. I did not get her name but she is very good and professional at what she does in this Dental Office ! Thank You so much . Everyone was very polite. They got me in did the exam and took time to explain my options and ways to go about it. They also went out of the way to help me find assistance in paying for procedures that I have to get done. I would recommend Aspen to anyone who needs dental assistance of any kind.

It was all very pleasant. The equipment was brand new and next gen. The people were very nice. And then they told me it would cost nearly $12,000 to fix my mouth, even with my insurance.

I made an appointment twice with Aspen dental never called me back about my appointment which the girl told me someone would remind me the day before I haven’t heard from anybody cents. I would love to get my teeth fixed I have insurance with 100% covered
