Dr. Abby and her staff are always amazing and patient with my three littles. They always assure the kids are comfortable, today my four year old had her first filling and thanks to good staff, my little girl left happy! They love the little treat box when they get done doing good! Most kids dread the dentist, however, my kids always look forward to their yearly exams and cleanings. 😁

Always professional and very polite. Went in for a filling and every step was painless and easy. Nobody enjoys going to the dentist for work, however if ya have to go i suggest HFD all day. They make any procedure or visit comfortable. The dentist and staff are all superior.

Years of grinding my teeth at night had taken a toll on smile. Dr Roach and Stacy did a great job. I now have a temporary while I await my crowns. I put this off out of concerns of pain and cost, but they took care of both those issues. I look forward to getting my permanent crowns.

The office staff is very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth last visit was amazing. The only reason I didn’t give a 5, is I haven’t had any dental work other than cleanings in 40 years. I had forgotten the process of filling a cavity. A short explanation of the procedure would have been nice. I just like to know a little about what is going on and how long it will take, etc.

This was such a positive experience: the receptionist was friendly; the hygienist was knowledgeable and good at her craft. The dentist was kind and appears dedicated to excellence. I come from LA. My last dentist tried to convince me I should have a crown redone although the X-rays showed no need to do that and I was in no pain. It is such a joy to find so many ethical people in Tennessee!

This office is very clean and the staff is very nice! The hygienist ( Derek) that cleaned my teeth was so knowledgeable. I’ve always been anxious at the dentist but he made me feel at ease. As far as Dr. Roach I didn’t get a real feel for her, she seemed a little rushed but was kind. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone I know. For once in my life I am not dreading going back in.

From the time I first called and asked about being a new patient to today when I had a chipped front tooth repaired in about 30 min. they treat me like Im their only patient. Dr. Roach and staff are excellent. I had a broken tooth and they got me took care of next day and my new crown 2 weeks later and its a front tooth that matches and fits perfectly. They are very polite and want to help. I was offered a filling for less money as I didnt have insurance which I thought was treating me like family. I very highly recommend this business we are customers for life.

The staff is very friendly and I got in and out quickly. I had to bring my baby with me when I went in for a cleaning. She started to cry and the staff helped by walking her and keeping her entertained. They did not seem bothered by it at all. They are also easy to schedule with.

The best dentist office in Knoxville. I was misdiagnosed by another office and ended up having a tooth infection. Dr Abby was able to see me within an hour of calling when they were booked up for the entire day, and has helped me step by step with this current issue. I will never go to another dentist office in Knoxville.

Like many, I dread dentist appointments, and I get anxiety just with the smell of a dentist office and the sound of the drill and even cleanings. But my opinion changed when I visited Hardin Valley Family Dentistry recently. I’ve never been to a dentist office that made me feel so cared for and taken care of. I went in with an emergency tooth ache, so my anxiety level and pain were high, but they got me in right away and took great care to make me comfortable during the xrays and exam. I highly recommend Dr Roach and her staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Hardin Valley. I needed a new upper denture, and Dr. Kherani did a wonderful job matching the bite to my lower denture, and the denture itself is excellent quality and looks incredibly natural. It took several appointments to get to the finished product, and I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. Her staff is very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely return for any dental needs!

Had a filling come loose.Called and they got me in the next day.The dentist and her assistant as well as the front office staff (rebecca) were more than gracious and courteous. I was in and out in less than 45 min. They always greet you with a smile and it is not fake. Dr.karani left and this new group that replaced her is top notch.Nobody likes going to the dentist(its a fact)But if you do have to go, i recommend Hardin valley dentistry. Every experience is customerOriented.

I really enjoy Hardin Valley Family Dentistry. I was scared by dentist at a young age. Dr. Sonia Kherani and Now Dr. Abby have made my dental experience amazing! I dont mind to get my teeth cleaned or small dental work done. Dr. Abby completed two fillings for me last week, and I didnt feel a thing! The staff are so friendly, and professional and always working with me. I highly recommend Dr. Abby to anyone looking for a dentist that truly cares about her patients.

Tooth hurt after she did filling, could not schedule to fix for a few weeks until I threatened to go elsewhere. had first appointment of the day and as I sat in the chair for 15 minutes I watched her pull up and walk in. Apparently her time is more important than her customers. Then she would not fix the filling only claimed it was my bite, then grinded my teeth down. She lost 5 patients that day. Steer clear of this place.

The timekeeping is extremely poor and they don’t seem to care. My wife dropped them last year because she was unhappy with the cleaning and polishing. I decided to stay with them, because they were close to work and I thought they did an OK job. Yet again last week and today, I was sitting around waiting for an appointment and when I complained they asked me to reschedule with another dentist. Apparently I was always complaining but if they kept their schedule, this wouldnt be an issue. I hasten to add that they injected my gums just before informing me. Very unprofessional and cowardly and I obviously won’t be recommending them. I assume the review won’t be published for very long.

I have never had a scheduling problem. In fact, once I needed to move an appointment up by a week. I called in the morning as soon as I knew. They put me on a wait list, and sure enough, a couple hours later someone called to cancel and they called me back and got me in that day! Also, one time my daughter forgot she had an appointment and they found out 2 hours before the scheduled time. They let someone else take her slot, and kept temporarily moving her to slots later in the day until finally she was able to come in. This saved us the no-show charge.The hygienists are thorough and gentle. Dr. Kherani is professional, humorous, and personable. She remembers details about my family, and asks me about updates every time I go in. I like Dr. Kherani better than any dentist I have ever had in my 55 years.The entire office is spotlessly clean. It is also quiet. The equipment is the latest, and all files/x-rays are on the computer system accessible in each room so the techs and the dentist can instantly go back and compare things they think might have changed. They also keep up with what services my insurance will cover each visit, and ask if I would like, say, a fluoride treatment I didnt even know I was entitled to. I never feel rushed; everyone always has time to answer any questions I have.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks in advance, and called to confirm on October 4th, only to show up today to the appointment to be told that there was a miscommunication and the appointment was gone.I took time off work because I was assured twice that I had a 3pm appointment for today only to waste my time and work day.Horrible customer service. They just kept saying oh must have been a miscommunication. No regards for wasting my time.Looks like they lost a new patient.
