Ashley, the hygienist, is great with young kids! I prefer taking my six year old here rather than a local pediatric dentist. All staff members have been kind and genuine. Theyve taken time to address our concerns and made us feel like they care about us individually.

What a fantastic experience from John and the rest of the staff. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist very systematically laid out what else would need to be done (having a few cavities filled). On my return for the procedure, the staff remembered me by name and promptly took care of me. Dr. Masengill is extremely efficient and the procedure was painless. Also, the open floor plan, ample windows, and ambient music makes you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am happy to leave a review. I called Rocky Hill Dental when I was in a tremendous amount of pain. They were able to get me scheduled as quickly as possible. Which I really appreciated. Fortunately my pain did subside before I got there. When I arrived there today the staff was very professional, and took care of me quickly. Dr. John was kind and did a thorough examination of my mouth and answered all my questions. Dentist can be very expensive but they werent, that is not to say that they were cheap but the value I received in my experience was way more than I expected. I would highly recommend that if you need a Dentist that you go see my new and permanent Dentist at Rocky Hill Dental. Thank you.

Went to the office as a new patient for regular check up, cleaning and toothache. Waited about 40 minutes to see Doctor. Took about 16 minute for Teeth cleaning and check up. So far the shortest time I ever had on Dental appointment. No resolution on my Toothache. Pain still continue and now I need to find new dentist.

Dentist and staff were very personable, office was very clean and had welcoming feel, and is very easy to find. Plus they play great music, it helps bring the scary dentist feeling down haha

I was experiencing some tooth pain and found that my dentist had gone AWOL. Dr. Masengills staff welcomed me to his practice. He discovered that I had an cracked molar, an infection, and needed some immediate treatment. Everything was taken care of in a prompt manner. They scheduled the root canal appointment with a specialist. I was in for a temporary crown a week later. The permanent crown was fitted about two weeks after that. I cant thank them enough. Dr. Masengill and his assistants (Dani and Kelly) are professional and compassionate. I recommend this practice with full confidence.

Our whole family had a great experience at Rocky Hill Dental! It was our pre-schoolers first trip to the dentist and they were more than understanding and adjusted to make things that much less intimidating. Weve found our new family dentist :)

Both ladies at the front were very helpful. In and out quickly. I felt like what they did needed to done.

I filled out my paperwork online and was taken straight back when I arrived. After my exam for a broken tooth, Dr. Massengil gave me the options and once I decided, he and Dani went ahead and fixed my issue the same day. The procedure went great and they described the process and what to expect each step of the way. I went home to wait for the numbness to leave and the pain to rush in. To my surprise, no pain and 2 days later everything is still great. Thank you for the excellent service and letting me catch up on a couple of episodes of The Office on tv while you all worked!
