I typically do not do a review on any business let alone such a in my face , lol, presay kind of review. The only reason I am doing this now is because of the amazing care and advice I have recieved at Todays Dentistry . Dr Pam Caine has shown what an amazing passion she has in the look of my smile, but the time she has invested in the over all health of my smile as a whole. Her concern with my jaws have gone beyond ur normal attention. She has personally made a point to adjust her schedule to mine. She makes sure we have adequate time to discuss her concerns and plan of action. Not only did I recieve a phone call from her personally at 7:15 pm, but she also asked my opinion in her thoughts. 5 stars will never do justice for Dr Pams genuine personality, professionalism, kind and caring soul. I will add her staff go beyond and above to make sure I feel not only confident in my care but comfortable as well. ( and yes those words go hand n hand). Be proud and love your smile . Dr Pam and her Staff make sure of it.!!!

Dr. Cain and his staff always have a way of making me feel calm and comfortable. They take the time to explain everything in detail and he looks for the best cost approach to situations. Dr Cain’s office has been amazing!!!My daughter is 14 and had her wisdom teeth (all 4) removed. She was nervous. I was a little nervous too, but after hearing that Dr Cain performed this exact surgery on his own daughter, I knew mine was in good hands. I was able to be in the room with her, rubbing her leg (which later she told me she could feel and it put her at ease) during the procedure. His team worked so diligently to extract those difficult teeth, while monitoring her closely the entire time.I called and spoke to Tina a few days after because my daughter was experiencing a lot of pain on the left lower side of her mouth. Tina explained to me that the 3rd day is usually the worst for swelling and discomfort and to continue to follow the medication and rinsing regime, but bring her in if I felt she needed to be seen. I did just that! Tina and Debbie took a look at her mouth, snipped and removed a suture that was bothering her, irrigated the areas well, then gave her a couple Aqualizer mouth guards to temporarily help with her clenching issues (which was contributing to her pain). They were great!!!Angie was even able to get us in earlier for our post op appointment due to an unpredictable family issue that had come up. I would most definitely recommend this office/staff/team to anyone looking for dental/mouth surgery!

Dr. Pam is an exceptional dentist. She gave me the most thorough dental exam I have ever had and spent time with me explaining my dental issues and treatment plan. On my procedure day Dr. Pam made sure I was comfortable and did not experience any pain at all. She truly cares about her patients and their successful dental treatments. I highly recommend her.

I have been a patient for 7 years and have always been very pleased with my care and attention. Dr Pam and her staff are so friendly and competent, that going to the dentist is no longer a terrifying experience. I have received top notch and current treatments. Dr Pams goal for me has always been to save a tooth, first but she involves me in the decisions. I have had major implant and cosmetic work over the last 13 months and I can now smile with confidence.I am more than a set of teeth. Dr Pam makes recommendations which affects my total health, as I have bladder cancer and my treatments affect more than my teeth. I feel I have a team of physicians, dental and medical, caring for me and are not in isolation.Gave me more than I expected- had major chapped lips from my CPAP mask and Dr Pam ordered me a non-petroleum ointment and never charged me. Provides a blanket every time as I am always cold. Took my call when she was on vacation to ask questions and to reassure me. Came home early to treat me.Best of the BEST care.

The staff at Dr. Cains office was extremely friendly. They worked with me and were able to fit me in for a consultation the day that I called and got me in for my procedure within two days of that. Insurance information as well as a detailed sheet of what I owed was given to me and was presented to me clearly so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Overall, a great experience (for a dentist!).

This was my first visit with Dr. Pamela Cain and I was very impressed with Dr Cain. After an extensive exam Dr. Cain took the time to explain the results of the exam and she provided various options that could be used to fix my teeth. I saw the periodontist and he was great. He seemed to be conservative and thorough in his diagnosis. I went to him for a second opinion after i was told i had very bad periodontal disease by another dentist. I would highly recommend this dentist office. Office staff was great too. Ill be going to them for all future needs.

Dr. Pam and Dr. Rob are amazing. I came to them unable to have a simple cleaning without anesthesia, pain, and anxiety. As a team, they diagnosed my problem and created a thorough treatment plan. Dr. Pam tirelessly worked to fix the root of my problem and what no one had ever told me- my bite! It was causing my teeth grinding, sensitivity to cold, gum recession, and bone loss. With highly precise technology and equipment, she was able to shift my bite. Within 3 months, I was no longer sensitive to cold and did not wake up with a sore jaw from grinding my teeth throughout the night. A few weeks ago, I had my first cleaning at Dr. Pams with the great Catherine without any kind of anesthesia or topical anesthetic!!! It is a fantastic feeling to walk into my dentist office and not be anxious about a routine cleaning! Thank you, Dr. Pam and Dr. Rob!!!!

I am so happy I found Dr. Pam! I had put off getting dental work done and finally made the appointment with Todays Dentistry.I expected a lot of judgement over the condition of my teeth and how long it had been since seeing a dentist, but not one thing was said about it. Dr. Pam did my exam, explained my options to me and that she would lay out a treatment plan for me. She was completely professional. I came in to discuss the treatment plan and how much my insurance would cover and what I would owe was explained clearly and I was even given a print out of the costs. I have been in to the office twice now and both visits were pain free even with the numbing shots both the hygienist and Dr. Pam quietly and calmly reminded me to breath deep and relax. I could not be happier with my experience. The entire office is professional yet friendly and approachable. I am actually looking forward to the next visit!

I have a real phobia of any type of dental work, when talking to Jessica making my appointment she assured me that I was in good hands and that both specialists would make me feel comfortable about my procedures. After visiting many oral surgeons and dentists, Dr. Cain was the most thorough, most accurate and most helpful in diagnosing the issue I had with temporal mandibular joint damage. Only the surgeon she referred me to was able to diagnose the same problem. She is not only brilliant but fiercely protective of her patients. It’s been a year since she adjusted my bite and I have not broken any caps.On Monday she measured for the work she did Tuesday. She and her staff are very friendly and professional. Everything went just as she had explained it on Monday. Virtually no pain and I can tell a difference in my bite which is what she was working on. I appreciate how Mrs. Pamela Cain explained every dental term in the terms that I could understand. When I look puzzled she broke it down more. I liked the way she demonstrated the dental work that needed to be done to my teeth, and will me money, pain, and time. I am so terrified of dental work because of the experience that I have had I the in past. However I feel that this office is the better choice for my husband and I. We both have had our regular denist to retire on us.

Totally impressed with Dr. Pamela Cains knowledge. Never had I had a more thorough examination. She found things my previous dentist missed. Dr. Cain explains everything. She has the knowledge to analyze the most unusual and difficult situations of the jaw & teeth. Cant recommend her enough. I totally appreciate all she did for me.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They truly want you to have a positive experience. Dentist is knowledgeable, capable, and personable as is his support staff. They seem to be up on the latest technological advanves that get the job done better, swifter and potentially safer. Offices are pristine and comfortable. My only complaint is the cost, but if you want the job done correctly, sometimes you have to pay a little more. Im in the process of getting an implant which is very costly (at least to me). I was given a credit card application during my first office visit which would allow me, if accepted,but 12 months same as cash (i.e., if its paid within a 12 month period there will be no interest charged). The office staff is also quick to take your insurance and file it for you.

I suffered for months going to the dentist and being told its just TMJ muscle pain. Just rest, take some Motrin, and use a heating pad. I had a gut feeling that there was something wrong even after an MRI determined there was nothing abnormal. Upon my first appointment Dr. Pamela Cain spent two hours examining me and then was very honest with me. She couldnt help me, but knew someone who could. She referred me to the Piper Clinic, which I went to in November. He even said that she sounded like she knew her stuff!!! Over the past few months she has called me and checked on me, even on the weekends. I am so grateful that I found her and that she took me seriously!! Dont ever let a dentist tell you that its just TMJ. Follow your instincts and find someone who will listen.

About 6 months ago I was diagnosed with a throat cancer. As I faced radiation treatments, Dr. Pam Cain provided in-depth knowledge about its effects, dangers to my teeth, set expectations, performed special procedures needed by the Oncologists, and was very aggressive in executing a plan to save my teeth from the radiation. My doctors were astounded that my dentist was so knowledgeable and helpful in minimising the side effects of the radiation with great dental hygiene. I am now thru the radiation and the cancer eradicated. Thank you Pam for your compassion combined with your professional expertise. My quality of life was and is improved by your actions on my behalf.
