Everyone on staff are so sweet and understanding. They are always so helpful when you have to reschedule. They work well with all ages, my daughter started going when she was 5. The hygienists are patient and understanding with children and how some people are nervous about going to the dentist.

Dr. B is very focused on the patient, answering questions and explaining procedures. Beth, the dental hygienist, does an excellent cleaning without hurting the patient. Everyone in the office is helpful and friendly. No complaints at all from me!

West Knox Dentistry is everything a dentists office should be. The receptionists, the hygienist (I think her name is Betty?) and the doctor are personable, friendly and professional. I am new to the area and have been calling around to interview good dentists, and these people fit the bill. They are down-to-earth and want to provide you with practical solutions. Growing up receiving yearly dental exams, I had never heard about a waterpik! The hygienist nicely suggested that I might want to get one to help fight gum inflammation. I was so happy to receive a practical, affordable suggestion to maintain the health of my gums on my own; instead of needing to spend large amounts of money in the future on preventable dental issues. I highly recommend West Knox Dentistry!
