I was told by a friend about this dental office and it was everything she said. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and greeted. Everyone in the office has a wonderful personality which made me very comfortable to open up about my what I liked and disliked about my smile. Any questions I had were answered. I would definitely recommend everyone to go to SOUTH KNOX DENTAL. It is an experience you dont want to miss especially when you get to leave with a perfect smile.

I went right in at appointment time so there was no long wait. Staff is professional but friendly. They gave me treatment options but were not insistent that it had to be done immediately. I felt like a participant in developing my treatment plan. I highly recommend South Knox Dental to anyone who wants personalized service and who wants to be remembered the next time you go in.

Had my first appointment a few days ago and it went great. Everyone is so nice and made the trip to the dentist fun. They present the home town dental office. They make you feel more like a part of the family instead of just another patient. Dr Gloria Serrano gave the best and most thorough exam I have ever had and made sure all my teeth, gums, and jaw were ok. If this sounds like what you want definitely give them a call.

Fantastic dentist! Everyone one was beyond nice and friendly. They have a wonderful in-house insurance plan that is affordable and and very helpful if, like myself, you dont have dental insurance. I would recommend them 100%. They truly are incredible!

Everyone is very professional and makes patients feel at ease.They also familiarized themselves with my ins plan which was good.My hygienist is so good I would take a good cleaning over a massage. Best dental experience by far! I had to go in for “emergency extraction” and for someone with dental anxiety you can imagine my nerves. Dr Serrano Lindsey, Kelly, Shelley are the best team and the best folks I’ve met in a long time. I felt completely at ease. Ended up getting a wisdom tooth out as well and felt no pain. It was a very pleasant experience from my first call through the actual appointment they extremely exceeded my expectations. I’m excited to have found My Dental Team!!! My boyfriend will be there on Monday for a cleaning and I am so excited for him also!!! Give them a shot you will not regret it!

She is very friendly and takes time to go over what is going on with your teeth and the solutions to resolve any issues. I was greeted by Kelley this morning who was very friendly and professional. I can’t say enough about this dental practice! Everyone is great! I love JENNIFER, the FRONT OFFICE STAFF and the NEW DR and of course I miss Dr Freeman I hope he’s enjoying retirement. I’ve been a patient at this office for so long and even if they didn’t take my dental insurance I would pay out of pocket just so I have Jennifer taking care of me. When I was a child I had a very bad experience that left me scared until I started at this wonderful dental office and Jennifer made me feel comfortable and not anxious. The entire staff makes you feel like family and they care about the patient it’s not just a pay check to them. I refuse to go anywhere else. Thank you all so much!! They also remodeled the office and it looks wonderful!
