Dr. Caine and all of the staff were very kind. I didn’t have to wait any time before getting called back. Dr. Caine explained all of my options thoroughly. They calculated how much I would owe for the procedure that I am going to have done which I really liked. I also got a gift bag to boot!

As always Dr Cain and staff were professional and caring. I had a tooth extracted and barely felt anything. Dr Cain provided an after hours contact phone number incase I had any issues. His assistant during the procedure is very sweet and helpful.

Dentist visit december 9. hygenist did not stop workibg and check out why equipment was not working properly. drill was not operating at speed and water was spraying everywhere. she subsequentlt did not actually clean my teeth. dentist noted equipment not working snd went to check compressor, pressure better but water still spraying everywhere. he continued with drilling anyway. my husband said water was due to water in compressor because of air leak. dentist chipped right front tooth because equipment no working caused him to slip. dentist unwilling to correct or fix problems he has caused. dentist made misleading or incorrect statements about what treatment and results to expect.

It’s always a wonderful experience with this office! Dr. Cain and her team are fantastic and very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone 10/10. 😊

Dr. Cain provided detailed consultation and recommended alternative solutions to my issue. Dr. Cain was very easy to talk to and he was not in a hurry so I didn’t feel rushed. His staff was very accommodating, especially considering concerns of COVID19.

I am fearful of going to the dentist or anyone who is going to work on my teeth. However, my first visit went so well Im not afraid to go back to have my dental work done. Due to Covid 19 concerns I had not been to have my teeth cleaned in 7 months. During this time I also had a broken ankle and could not stand so therefore did not brush or floss as I would have normally. I was happy to see ETP taking all of the precautions to keep their patients safe. She cleaned my teeth and my experience could not have been better. Always an excellent visit.

This office excels in all 3 areas. I highly recommend this office.

Not impressed. Went there over a year for periodontal maintenance and only saw the periodontist one time. Also difficult to get cleaning appts because there is only one hygienist. Not a preferred provider for BCBS and they try to convince you the insurance doesn’t cover much more in network.

The staff are always friendly. My hygienist is always willing to work with me on appointment dates/times. The atmosphere is pleasant. Sometimes there is a wait but usually not a long one. They do not participate with a lot of insurances (possibly none) but prices are average. Nice place if you need a periodontist.

I have referred patients to Dr. Cain for approximately 20 years. Together, we have planned and provided treatment to hundreds of patients, often having challenging dental conditions. Dr. Cain is meticulous in the planning of patient treatment, and provides me with the timely communication that I need to care for the patients on this end. Over the years the overall results of treatment, including grafts and dental implant placement, have been remarkably successful. We are fortunate to have Dr. Cain in our local area.

Was fine during my gum scaling. Dr. Cain was great!! However when I went back for my cleaning I was in so much pain from the hygienist, I cancelled upcoming appointments. I’ve never feared dental work until that cleaning incident. Not to mention she pulled on my lips hard and got it sucked into the mouth vacuum. That was in October of 2017.
